The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short city getaway. So I found it hard to find the actual apartment after I parked my car in the garage. I think the elevators made it even more confusing, think they need to be labelled properly.

- Brie (10/5): Terrific! We had a lovely little night away with our kids in the city, the apartment was exactly what we needed! - It was exactly what we needed for just the one night! Very comfy beds and a great fold out couch. The shower was lovely and a good size. Great little kitchen and European laundry. We were able to easily grab some pizzas from the little shop downstairs, which were absolutely delish and very well priced! Navigating the car park and finding a parking spot that wasn't reserved was a bit tricky. The elevator directions were also a bit tricky to follow but once we had it worked out, it was all good! One of the armrests on the fold out couch was a bit dodgy but again once we worked it out, it was completely fine!
- Yuki (9/5): Highly recommend! - Very convenient location (many places to eat, grocery, station, airport bus, convention centre etc all in walking distance. We didn’t use the trams), helpful owner (and ease of checking in and out). Well maintained basic cutlery. Very clean. Fairly close to a very large police department building, so you may hear some sirens at night (but surprisingly quiet otherwise). We kept our shades/curtains closed most of the time as a similar residential building is right across.

- Matthew (8/5): A very pleasant three-night stay — the apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and clean - A fantastic central location surrounded by plenty of food options and grocery stores all within easy walking distance. It’s also an enjoyable walk to the river and the main parts of the CBD.
Being able to bring my pet was a huge plus as it made the stay much more enjoyable.
The secure parking inside the building was another great bonus. It was easy to access and made everything incredibly convenient.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Melbourne! The area feels quite transient with a lot of foot traffic and movement due to being so close to Southern Cross Station. This may not suit everyone, but it’s also part of the character of the location, lively and constantly active, depending on what you prefer.
- Patrycja (8/5): Good experience - The location. It was close to the town center and public transport access. The swimming pool was a very nice addition, especially at the end of the busy days. The apartment was clean, but the hoover was not the best quality, so we couldn't hoover properly, which caused my husband difficulty to breathe with the dust miste. We needed to keep the windows opened all the time.
- Ruvinder (8/5): - The location of the property is in the middle of city. You can park your car in the parking bay provided and walk or take the free city circle tramp. Its value for money. The owner is also friendly. I like everything just a suggestion mayb a long mirror in the rooms.. And extra garbage plastics.

- Gemma (8/5): - Close to southern Cross station and all the trams it was clean the place where we collected keys were helpful. Have to say staff wasn't very informative at the front desk at tge actual place told us wrong floor they were more ingerested on computer. Also the payment for having your luggage stored I know that when we have to check in at hotels we usually get free storage for our luggage.

We appreciated the extra touches like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, extra toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Loved having a washing machine AND dryer!!! Other apartments were quiet and respectful. Location was perfect. Close to Spencer Street shopping outlets. Chemist Warehouse. Coles for our groceries. Car parking was very much appreciated. Location was also close to Southern Cross station and trams, made getting around the Melbourne CBD easy. Close to restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Entry to the foyer smelt lovely... no nasty smells or odors. Host was EXCELLENT in his response. Thank You!!!

- Johnny (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, right in the heart of CBD. Host was responsive and willing to go the extra mile where possible. Free parking where parking is known to be expensive in the city plus the complexity of road signage. Tv comes with Netflix. Facilities include a gym, bouldering wall, bbq area. Train station, supermarket, restaurants, massage were mins away Sound proof can be further improved especially the room facing the window. Police sirens can be heard at night. Cooking hood needs some cleaning

- Abbey (10/5): Cute apartment with great host and facilities, definitely recommend! - Host was extremely accommodating for us! We came out of area and had no idea where to go, he stayed on the phone to guide me through the city! The apartment has a lot of facilities too, the kids loved it :) Would have loved maybe a printout explanation of how to get to the facilities in the building, but that’s also my fault for being bad with directions. Also…avoid driving in peak hour!! Not the hosts fault in any way, just something I didn’t know as were from out of area.
