• Tamara (7/5): - Good location close to train station and bus services, room was clean and laundry handy for our stay. The room was very hot and stuffy even with the window open, would not recommend staying in summer.
• David (3/5): Awful - complete waste of money - The location is great and very close to Euston The cold water wasn’t working in the shower. When I spoke to the reception they told me they couldn’t do anything about it until 9am onwards the following day when it was 33• in London and I had been travelling all day. This was at 7pm!!! The shower was boiling hot. I tried for an hour to change the settings and it wasn’t something that could be used. There are also no fans and no air conditioning. We couldn’t open the window on an evening either as the street was busy and the gate wasn’t locked so anyone could walk in. Avoid this place! Poor service and poor facilities. In major need of a refurb.

• Maxime (9/5): Très bon logement - Le logement tout équipé, la propreté, l'accueil chaleureux et très clair dans ses explications. Le quartier est calme tout en restant proche des transports. L'isolation phonique est moyenne mais pour le peu de temps passé dans le logement, essentiellement pour dormir, ça n'a pas été un gros problème. Nous avons été dérangés 1 fois par des personnes qui rentrent à 3h du matin sans aucune discrétion.

• Amparo Francisca (8/5): Very nice, some details but for what we paid it was what i expected. - The location is very convenient. Near a lot of transport options, but walkable to some attractions as well. The facilities had all we needed, although we spent most of the time outside. A specific problem with my room was that the shower wall had a small leak, so we had to angle the shower head so that the floor didn’t get too wet.
• ZULKIFLEE (10/5): Excellent and Fulfilling. - The Reception staff and the fact that it is very close to London Euston and London Kings Cross St.Pancras. Also, Euston Square and Warren Street Station are just nearby. First time at North Gower Street this year even though I had been staying at Cartwright Gardens on three previous occassions. N.A.
• Anke (6/5): Londen was fantastisch, de locatie en personeel waren prima, maar de studio zelf was echt niet het geld waard - Het hotel lag erg goed bereikbaar in het centrum De kamer /studio was echt vreselijk klein, het tweepersoonsbed heel klein. Dus geen comfortabele kamer om lang in te zijn
• Chris (5/5): - It was very convenient, we checked in easily & the staff were friendly & helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was a real problem with noise. Neighbours in nearby rooms appeared to be in & out of their rooms at all hours of the night. This combined with very noisy drains and external disturbance from traffic & sirens, so we slept very badly.
• Claire (8/5): Great location - The location is fantastic, just around the corner from Euston Square, but quiet as it's a distance from the main road. The person on reception was very welcoming. There was nothing I didn't like, it was clean, quiet and good value for the location.

• Jelena Ganeva (10/5): All-time favourite of ours. - Location, hands down. This spot is my default whenever I travel to London. It's not posh, and the rooms are just a tad tiny, but it has soul. And a backyard! It's really convenient. I mean... It is what it is. As I said, it's not a posh place, but you have your privacy and a bed.
• Amélie (3/5): Le séjour s’est bien passé mais clairement un gros bémol sur cet appartement - Proches des lieux d’intérêt Appartement minuscule, impossible même de fermer la porte des toilettes tellement c’est petit. Matelas très peu confortable, équipements désuets.

Abbiamo alloggiato nel piccolo monolocale (piano terra) ed è veramente molto piccolo ma comunque vivibile, noi siamo stati 3 notti. Il letto molto piccolo così come il bagno. Per la doccia si deve aspettare un bel po' prima che arrivi acqua calda. La reception al mattino apre alle 9.30 quindi con il volo di ritorno al pomeriggio per lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza si deve aspettare che arrivi qualcuno.

• Rafael (10/5): Pequeña pero acogedora - Estaba en una zona fantástica a pocos minutos de la estación St.Pancras International, con enlace desde ahí hasta el aeropuerto. La habitación era pequeña pero tenía todo lo que necesitaba para los dos días que pasé allí, además de limpia y cómoda. Todo estuvo bien.

• Rob G (8/5): Pleasant stay right next to Euston - Great location right next to Euston station. which was great if you are a solo traveller because all the restuarants near the station were full of solo travellers so you didn't feel conspicuos eating alone. Small room but had all the amenities for cooking your own meal. Felt safe and relaxed. Pub almost next door. Bed was incredibly soft which some people might like. Saying that I slept alright. But the mattress could be a bit firmer. Bathroom is very small but it does the job.

• Eevamaija (7/5): Kolmas kerta - Kovin pieni, mutta siisti ja rauhallinen huone. Sängyssä oli hyvät tyynyt ja niitä oli monta. Hyvä sijainti, Heathrow kentältä suora metroyhteys aivan lähelle ja yhdellä vaihdolla vielä lähemmäs. Moni asia aivan kävelymatkan päässä, esim. teatterit 2-2,5 km päässä. Keittiönurkkauksessa ei ollut paljon välineitä, mutta kuitenkin kaikki, mitä tarvitsimme, löytyi ja ne oli ilmeisesti äskettäin uusittuja (siisti leikkuulauta, lähes tuliterä vedenkeitin, terävät leikkuuveitset). Liian pehmeä sänky, joka oli hieman kapeampi kuin normaali parisänky. Jyrkät portaat toiseen kerrokseen, ei hissiä. Iltaisin vastaanotto ei ole auki, joten saapuessa avain piti hakea toisesta osoitteesta, joka oli n. kilometrin päässä. Viiden yön oleskelun aikana roskiksia ei tyhjennetty kertaakaan. Suihkusta tuli turhan kuumaa vettä, eikä sitä saanut säädettyä viileämmäksi.

• M (5/5): Un fiasco - El servicio de lavandería Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, sin posibilidad de sentarte a comer en un rincón. Falta de un comedor o playroom de uso comunitario cerrado.Baño diminuto.

El peor colchón de mi vida, viajo mucho y en mi vida he dormido en un colchón completamente hundido, las llamas del somier estaban rotas, pedí el primer día cambio de colchón y de las llamas, cambiaron las llamas pero dejaron el mismo colchón, fui a hablar con ellos y me dijeron que me lo cambiaban al día siguiente, pero me engañaron, no lo cambiaron ni para el último día, imposible descansar, estaba completamente hundido, un colchón deteriorado colocado sobre un sofa cama... recomiendo nunca elegir este hotel, yo lo pague íntegramente y no pude dormir.

May be much bigger rooms available?

• Jasmine (8/5): Great location, comfortable for a short stay - Comfortable room with facilities such as tea and coffee, microwave which was just what I needed for an overnight stay for work. Really good central London location. Clean room. The man on reception was friendly and helpful when I arrived. As I arrived in the evening, I had to collect the keys from their other site but it was not far away and it was on my way to the property anyway. The property soundproofing not very good so it sounded really loud when other people were doing and going from their rooms. The bathroom was very small. It was fine for an overnight stay but may be an issue if you were staying longer.

• Fluxions (10/5): Very good apartment with kitchenette well located near Euston Station - This property is well located just a short walk from Euston Station. I was upgraded without request to a better quality room which was larger than expected with a good kitchenette with most necessary facilities and a table for a laptop. Access was simple and the receptionist on duty both friendly and helpful. The building seems well maintained and it also seems a safe area with a good-sized Sainsbury's Local just a couple minutes away. The room on the first level looking out to the street was subjected to some noise from the thoughtless in the street late at night. A Tube strike called for midday on the day of arrival was not welcome but this is certainly not the fault of the property - just one of the vicissitudes of travel with which one has to cope! The toilet and shower recess was compact, but one expects that in London.

• Zaruhi (3/5): - nothing was special or good. Very basic for everything. 1. The toilet paper was damp, and the room smelled musty. 2. I arranged for a package to be delivered to the hotel and before doing so, I asked if this would be possible, and I was informed that it was, although the hotel would not take responsibility for the package. The delivery was confirmed as having arrived. However, when I came to collect it, I was told that it could not be found. I understand that the hotel is not responsible and that it is possible someone may have taken it, but I must admit that I am quite disappointed with how the situation was handled. I also have another reservation with this hotel in July. But due to this experience and my impression of the level of care shown, I am considering canceling that booking.

• ingrid (8/5): Je recommande cet établissement - L emplacement proche de la gare est idéal, proche commerces et restaurants. Établissement calme, tres propre, très bien équipé : produits de soin dans la salle de bain, kitchenette, bouilloire, sèche cheveux... Il est juste dommage que l'eau de la douche soit soit froide soit brûlante

• Miroslav (9/5): - Mala, utulna, pekna izba, v dobrej lokalite. Ma dokonca vlastnu kuchynku, chladnicku, mikrovlnku, hriankovac, vlastna kupelna. Ubytovanie bolo celkovo super. V blizkosti je kopec restauracii a barov. Metro iba 5min pesi Chybala mi zasuvka pri posteli. Jedna bola za matracom, ale ta bola v principe nepouzitelna. Museli sme mat telefony dalej od postele (co nieje zas nieje problem). Okna su klasicke, anglicke, jednosklo. Pocut cez nich, a trosku taha studeny vzduch. Na izbe ale bolo ajtak prijemne, teplo.

• erminio (3/5): - Franchement je sais pas ce que j'ai aimé ,un peu l'emplacement on était une demi-heure du centre-ville à pied Appartement en mauvaise état dans une pièce sans intérêt. La kitchenette c'est un buffet avec tout dedans jamais vu ça, c'est le plus cher hôtel que j'ai fait sur mon périple Angleterre et c'est le moins bien. Attention le touriste je vous ai prévenu
• Lotta (5/5): Trevligt trångt och bra läge - Gillade området med närhet till både tunnelbana och flertalet busslinjer samt promenad avstånd till Regents Park. Praktiskt med mini kök men lite undermålig funktion på spisen som enbart hade två plattor så det går inte att laga några lyxigare middagar - vi åt enbart frukost i rummet. Sängen är smal och lite nedluggen mot mitten samt att det är trångt. Plus för bra garderob där cabinväskorna fick plats på övre hyllplanet. Vi har även bott på Systerhotellet som ligger trevligare så det får det bli nästa gång. Städning ingår ej under vistelsen - under våra fem nätter utfördes ingen städning och vi fick be om extra rulle toalettpapper - känns lite snålt Sen ovan - utöver det är det bra boende men trångt och det hade varit bättre om man fått två nycklar
