We appreciated the fan in the room and practical tips that worked to keep the room cool during Europe's big heatwave. The Hotel is seconds from the train station, an amazingly practical lower cost alternative to staying in Luzern city center.

- Martin (7/5): Great location but depressing room decor - Great location next to the railway station. Breakfast and dinner fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very depressing and appeared to be in the process of refurbishment because the walls were bare concrete. Alternatively, it was being minimalist but I really didn't like it.

- Samit (8/5): Outskirts to Luzern away from crowd - The room is very big and comfort. The location is very good opposite to train station It looks like the roof and portion of the wall is not painted although don’t know if that is design.

- Kurian (8/5): Good hotel - Very neat and clean, and location was pretty good too. Reception service personnel were very nice and friendly. And I should also give a special mention to the person at the Restaurant at night - he was very kind and friendly. Some more options (even paid) in the mini bar and maybe some snacks would be useful. Also, I found it a bit pricey.

- Lawrence (7/5): A few disappointments and overpriced - Reception was fantastic, I spoke with them prior to staying and the lady was very helpful, even letting us check in early. Various coffee in the room, free water, large bathroom and shower. Spacious storage. Housekeeping were rude when I asked for milk or cream for the coffee in the room, as there wasn't any. They refused to give us anything, despite kitchen being open. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable, pillows too thin and uncomfortable, no spares in room. Old tv, unable to connect to media wirelessly. Fitness isn't open in the afternoon at weekends and for this price you would expect more in general. Cold at night
