- Renee (6/5): The villa is nice, however, the access road conditions are very poor. - The property has a nice ocean view and a good pool, which were definite highlights. The host was responsive and tried to be helpful during the stay. The place was also equipped with the basic necessities. However, overall the experience wasn’t as pleasant as expected. The road leading to the villa is in very poor condition, making access quite difficult. Walking up and down the hill daily isn’t really practical, and even with a 4x4 it can be challenging, some taxi drivers were reluctant to drive up at all. The location is also a bit far from the main areas, so getting to restaurants or other spots isn’t very convenient. For example, if you plan to go out nicely dressed, walking down the hill isn’t ideal as you’ll likely arrive sweaty and uncomfortable. Additionally, we experienced some issues with water and electricity during our stay, which affected the overall experience.

- Lena (9/5): Very nice villa! - Modern villa with great pool and ocean view. Villa and garden were cleaned every second day. Well equipped, good beds and sofa. Nice service and very responsive contact person. The road to the villa is difficult but compared to other roads in Costa Rica doable with a 4x4 even when it’s raining. There were some bugs and spiders every now and then in the villa, which is normal and to be expected in Costa Rica. We had the off season price which was good value for money, not sure about the high season prices!
- Anna (10/5): Best holidays - Beautiful house on the hill over Santa Teresa. We loved the design of the house in every detail and we felt completely private. The host was very responsive and was helping us organising various things we may need (from transfers to booking trips locally). The road to the villa is challenging so you need 4x4. We were during rainy season, so the access to drying machine would be helpful, however is we asked, the host were doing that for us.
