• Lashanta (1/5): Bad - This was absolutely a horrible experience for me and I'd like to be refunded. We never found the place because the location was not listed on the website. We tried calling the numbers provided and nobody answered. We drove the area for three hours to find it. It was impossible as there was no visible sign or anything. I would either like to be refunded or offered the night stay that I originally paid for and never received. Professional robbery!

• Jennifer (8/5): Great Value and Location. - The entire property is beautiful and in a great location. The space was adequate and nicely decorated- a good value. There were not guests in the main house (which is exquisite) so we were able to enjoy the view and pool on the back deck overlooking the ocean. The shower was the highest pressure shower with adequate hot water, I've encountered in the Bahamas (travel here for work a lot). The A/C worked great. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Highly recommend Manuelos and the Blue Sail for dinners. The London Pub downtown has a fantastic Cracked Conch Burger. Although the property is in a fantastic location and some of the spaces have incredible views, this cottage did not have a view. The outdoor seating cushions at the main house and in the courtyard near the cottage need to be replaced; they are mildewy and stained. There were two chairs at a dinette, watch out because one is broken. The property needs some TLC and clean up and it seems like the owners are working on some of it. Parking is tight but other guests were willing to move when requested. There is a shelf near the bed that needs to be moved, my poor hubby hit his head several times- ouch.
• John (4/5): Poor, disappointing. - Close to beautiful empty beach, probably the best feature. Address was very hard to find, even the local taxi driver took over 30 mins to find it, as there was no number or name of the property on display. No communication from host, power was out when i arrived, and was given no help when i sent a message. Requested late check out 3 days before leaving, no response, cleaners turned up early on departure day and were upset at us for being there.
• Tamika (10/5): It’s was amazing. - Comfortable, great location and it looks just like the pictures. Can’t complain about anything.
• Mas (4/5): Good intentions, poor execution - Cornelia was attentive and responsive. The house has a nice pool, with a great view to the sea. Room accomodations were lacking basic things: where to hang your towels, curtains are deficient, room is small and placement of certain things is inconvenient. Staff was noisy during the weekend when performing their duties which didn't allow us to sleep in. There's very little attention to detail in general. I'd recommend to the property management to spend a little more time thinking about guest needs.
