• David (9/5): Fantastic, modern, great value apartment, right in the heart of Syntagma - The location is excellent, a short walk to bus and metro stops. 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Very well appointed apartment with all you need. Responsive host throughout the visit. The instructions for locating the hot water on/off switch were not clear enough. Took quite a bit of back and forth to get the right information. Suggest making the location of the hot water switch clear in the check in instructions. Only a minor thing which could easily be corrected.

• PASCALE (7/5): Moderne et bien situé mais propreté cuisine à revoir.. - Appartement très moderne et bien situé. Cuisine pas très propre et pas de produits d’entretien pour nettoyer. Pas de tapis de bains.
• Antonis (8/5): Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα! Για κάποιες λεπτομέρειες η διαμονή μας δεν ήταν άψογη! - Ηταν όλοι οι χώροι ευρύχωροι. Πολύ καλός ύπνος. Θέρμανση σε όλους τους χώρους. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άψογη και σε μηδέν χρόνο. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική. Είδε ότι χρειαστήκαμε σε παροχές. Παρότι η καθαριότητα ήταν όπως πρέπει σου έδινε την εντύπωση μη καθαρού χώρου σε κάποια σημεία. Ένας νιπτήρας εντελώς βουλωμένος και ένα ακουστικό ντους με διαρροή ήταν μικρές λεπτομέρειες.

• Militsa (8/5): Αρκετά καλή ! Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!!! - Υπεροχή τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο Σύνταγμα και στην Ερμού ! Πολύ βολικό ότι είχε δύο μπάνια !! Εχουμε δυσκολευτεί λίγο με το ζεστό νερό να βρούμε που ακριβώς ήταν ο διακόπτης και επίσης στην είσοδο με τα κουτιά υπήρχαν 2-3 και δεν ξέραμε πιο ακριβώς για το διαμέρισμα οπόταν ζοριστήκαμε λίγο κ εκεί , παρολα αυτά η υπεύθυνη προσπάθησε κ μας εξυπηρέτησε!!

• Χρυσα (9/5): Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σε επόμενο ταξίδι στην Αθήνα! - Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Ιδανικό για οικογένεια! Λίγο δυσκολευτήκαμε να βρούμε τον διακόπτη για το ζεστό νερό! Ήταν καλά ^καμουφλαρισμενο^ 😉 αλλά οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν κατατοπιστικοί και εξυπηρετικοί!
• B (8/5): Fijne tijd gehad in het Athene met een prima appartement op een toplocatie. - De locatie was ideaal. Ruim appartement met elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer,erg fijn. We verbleven 6 nachten in het appartement en vonden het raar dat we geen extra badhanddoeken hadden. Hebben erom gevraagd en toen uiteindelijk wel gekregen. Theedoeken wist men niet wat we bedoelden. Verder alles goed geregeld.
• Zülal (6/5): - Tesisin konumu çok iyi, 3-4 kişi için çok ideal ve rahat bir ev. Ev yeterince temiz değildi. Çoğu yer oldukça tozluydu uzun zamandır temizlenmediği belliydi. Yataklar ortala temizlikteydi. Duş ve tuvalet ise temizdi.

• pinba (7/5): Spacious flat with a centric location - -Good centric location, close to restaurants, bars and touristic attractions. -Spacious flat, perfect for 2 couples. -Modern look and clean. -Easy communication with the hosts. -Lift available in the building. -The single beds were uncomfortable. -Window in the bathroom of the main room is not closing. -Having to turn on and off the water boiler. -Only 1 set of keys.

We ask for a cleaning service as the dust was everywhere in the air and they brought as a kind men but it wasn’t a cleaner -Broken lamb and it was not fixed , -broken window and they but a knife to lock it as “fixed” -the towel had a hole -the bed had a hair and a stain

• Marija (8/5): Wundervolles Appartement ohne adäquate Reinigung & Pflege - Ein wunderschönes geräumiges Appartement in zentraler Lage von Athen - wenige Minuten von Syntagma Platz & Ermou (Einkaufsstraße) entfernt. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, großer Wohn'- und Essberich mit Küche. Meine Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, der Check-out konnte etwas später erfolgen, was ich sehr nett fand. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass die Wohnung nicht gepflegt und richtig sauber gemacht wird. Da es diese Kritik schon mehrmals gab, habe ich gedacht, dass man diese Hinweise ernst nehmen wird und ich "mehr Glück" haben werde. Staub an sehr vielen Stellen, Glas/Spiegel, Tische nicht richtig geputzt, Fenster müssen im letzten Jahr evtl. sauber gemacht wurden. In einem Zimmer (zwei Betten) gab es kein Licht (eine Lampe war kaputt, die zweite funktionierte nicht). Das Sofa ist so schmutzig, auch der Teppich im.Wohnbereich. Einige Handtücher waren zwar gewaschen, aber die rochen so, als hätte man kein Waschpullver benutzt, sondern eine grosse Menge ohne adäquate Waschmittel in die Maschine getan. Im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Betten haben eine ungesund weiche Matratze, wahrscheinlich schlechte Qualität, zu lange benutzt. Für das Geld finde ich könnte man mindestens günstiges Duschgel & Shampoo anbieten. Und die Wohnung endlich ordentlich sauber machen! Ich habe mich in das Appartement "verliebt" und es tut mir in der Seele weh, das nan sich nicht drum kümmert!

• Jane McWilliams (9/5): A very stylish apartment in a great location. - The flat is stylish and well appointed. The location is very handy for Plaka and Syntagma Square. It is very spacious, and the bathrooms are great. The beds were a little uncomfortable. One of the windows in the en suite bathroom doesn't close fully, which seemed to make the bedroom noisier and hotter than it should be.

• Deirdre (8/5): Very good - How central it was to everything in the city. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The appt was nice clean & had good air con as it was quiet hot in Athens while we were there. Nothing everything was great.

• Zefkas (9/5): Perfect location and really big apartment. - Really big apartment with a big sofa and TV. The rooms had a lot of space and hangers. The location is very good as it is one road next to Ermou street which has all the clothing shops, restaurants and a main metro station 5 minutes walk away. Monastiraki square is 7 minutes walking distance. The place had some dust in a few places. One towel had a hole in it and 2 bed lamps were broken with wires hanging out.
• Pana (5/5): Perfect location- needs more attention to cleaning - Location is fantastic. Very spacious apartment. The apartment definitely needs some attention when it comes to cleaning. Hairs in showers. Sheets didn’t seem like they had been washed prior to our stay. No pillow cases on the pillows or quilt cover.

• Kathi (8/5): We had a great stay at Syntagma Square two bedroom aparment! - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The bedrooms were separated by the kitchen area which provided good privacy. We loved the location because it was an easy walk to many different areas of Athens. The hosts were very responsive to messages and they graciously allowed us to check out late. We are very particular about cleanliness, and we felt that the showers could have been a little cleaner. The bedding, however, was very clean and comfortable.

Couldn’t find which apartment it was as it wasn’t labelled with which number to look for once inside and no information provided (3rd floor, number 2 in the lift!) WiFi and a dishwasher would have been useful.
