- Federica (9/5): Ottima posizione , migliorabile come offerta. - Ottima posizione vicino a Villa borghese, al museo Boncompagni Ludovisi e a diverse fermate di bus. Stanza molto ampia e comoda, idem il bagno Qualche confezione di bagnoschiuma /shampoo avrebbe fatto sicuramente comodo . Il bed and breakfast è situato in un edificio un po' datato, con un odore non proprio piacevole che si sente per le scale ed in ascensore. Anche le stanze, sembrano essere state fatte con con l'intonaco, e mai più rifinite. In generale danno l'idea di lavori lasciati in grezzo,senza essere rifiniti . Credo che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia un po' alto rispetto a ciò che viene offerto .

- Анастасия (3/5): На сайте организатор приложил все фотографии всех комнат, которые есть, поэтому, чтобы не разочаровываться лучше пусть х - Месторасположение, близко к центру, но при этом спокойный район Вид из окна (писали в описании, что вид на улицу, а по факту вид на задний двор) Номер «делюкс»: нигде не было фотографий, которые реально соответствуют этому типу номера. Балкон, который на первой фотографии - это может быть не ваш номер, поэтому уточните заранее, какой вид из окна. Одно окно не открывалось, так как было сломано ( Очень плохая шумоизоляция, всех соседей слышно. Если решите остановиться здесь-купите беруши.

- Elena (5/5): Poteva andare meglio - Si trova in una via relativamente tranquilla, non c’è interazione diretta col personale ma rispondono abbastanza velocemente alle richieste per messaggio. La prima sera ci siamo trovati senza acqua da qualsiasi rubinetto. Mentre aspettavamo che la direzione ci rispondesse e risolvesse il problema ho letto che le recensioni negative facevano proprio riferimento alla mancanza di pressione dell’acqua, si vede che è un problema ricorrente. Stessa storia si è ripetuta due mattine dopo ma dovevamo andarcene quindi pazienza. La finestra davano in un angusto cortile interno, mal tenuto e pieno di macchine dei condizionatori. Pensavo sarebbe stato tranquillo ma c’erano comunque rumori fastidiosi.

Staff were a text away and always helpful.veey clean and quiet. I wish there was more coffee 😂 but easily I bought it from the local grocery store right down the street for the machine they had.

Excellent and prompt communication with the staff via WhatsApp. No hangers for towels in the bathroom (inconveniently placed) and hangers for clothes too high, but these are only minor issues. Nessuna indicazione per eventuali neccessità (Tipo approvigionamento carta igenica). Mancava l'asciugamano per bidet. Gli appendini del bagno scarsi. L'appendi abiti dell'armadio (IKEA) alto... io non ci arrivavo. La TV non funzionava con modalità normali, solo con app. Quindi inutile e complicata. Siamo dubbiosi sulla tassa di soggiorno, dato che non ci hanno chiesto neanche i documenti x la registrazione.

Visto le temperature sarebbe stato carino far trovare dell’acqua per rigenerarsi e magari anche un bagnoschiuma. Ma niente panico, a pochi metri c’è un supermercato!!

L'affaccio dalla finestra non consente alcuna visione se non quella di una corte inguardabile. Il deposito bagagli è privo di ogni forma sicurezza necessaria allo scopo. Non all'altezza delle offerte di Booking.
