• Yoriko (7/5): 全体的にコスパのよいホテルだと思います！ - ドゥオーモからすぐ近くでアクセスが良いです！ リビングは広めですし、キッチンもあるので朝は簡単に作って食べることが出来て便利でした。 洗面所も広くて使いやすかったです。 あと地味にアイロンがあったのも助かりました。 テレビの電源がつかなかったのと、扇風機が壊れていたのが残念でした。

• Olesya (1/5): Bad - It was No tolet Paper,No towels, you get the Key only after you pay 30 Eur more taxes, which was Not included in the price....and the cleaning girl was very loud, speaking via Telefone as we were still sleeping, even pillows were hidden so that it was Not possible to find. • Lesley (5/5): Great position, but stay elsewhere - The position was excellent. The beds were not comfortable. It seems you require a different electrical plug, just for this unit. I have never stayed anywhere where the hairdryer provided by the apartment did not plug into any outlet. The contact person, stopped communicating with us in English as soon as we had paid and problems arose.

Apartment is super clean, location is exceptional, comfy beds, building is so neat and safe, and the wifi is super!! i guess its my home whenever i visit Milano ❤️❤️ For my next stay i will ask for extra garbage bags and towels 😊
• Mark (7/5): Comfortable and basic - The Central heating was good, the location excellent, the WiFi was good For a property mentioned as Luxurious, the place lacked such a punch. I would have expected that when I sent instructions to lay out the Sofa bed this would be done; it was not! that the place lacked some other items to be mentioned Luxurious; better and more modern shower and toilet - the bathroom was stinking of cigarette smoke!! that the Kitchenette would include teas and instant coffee, milk and biscuits; it did not. To be termed as Luxurious one would expect a larger TV, paintings and decorations on the walls, and that the apartment would be finished to a higher standard as to lighting, walls and amenities etc. I would term the apartment as NORMAL and NOT LUXURIOUS.
• Angela (8/5): Overall good value for money that could have been more perfect with some home improvement. - The apartment is very clean, spacious and great location; super near Duomo The apartment would have been perfect with some light maintenance of the furnishings. For example, the tube for the shower head was leaking and a simple replacement would be good. The appliances socket needed an adapter head to fit in the socket but there was only 1 spare in the apartment. Thankfully I brought my own adapter.
• Brendan (10/5): Wonderful and enjoyable. - Our first time in Milan so you never really know what you’re going to get when you book a facility. Well, we hit the JACKPOT with this one. Exceptionally clean and tidy and very spacious. And, to top it all off, the location is amazing. Literally a few steps from the Duomo. Right in the heart of the city but quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Our host Davide was always available. Excellent communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Until next time, Caio. • Laura (10/5): The property was the location that everyone wants and close to food and all the sights. - The location was perfect for a Milan sightseeing trip! Everything was wonderful.
• Nataliia (2/5): Dirty time capsule - Location was amazing, 5 minutes walk from Duomo All place is like a time capsule into 70s, really old AC what doesn't work, I'm not even sure if it was AC fluffy dust was flying out of it all the time but no signs of cooling the air. Slightly disappointed that after naming the place Luxurious the owner didn't bother to match the description, didn't even put a bottle of water in the apartment. The wear and tear of the Luxurious bedding left me speechless, pillow cases had some kind of mold on them and loads of spots overall on everything. Bed placed upstairs where there's no space to stand straight makes no sense, but it is what it is
