Shannon (1/5): Bad - I enjoyed nothing about this trip On arrival, reception knew nothing about me, although I made a booking. I was feeling very uncomfortable by the way they looked at me . I was there for a show. I ended up taking other accommodation. The lady said they would refund me as they didn't meet my expectations. I'm still waiting for refund . Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all. They blocked me on all social media platforms
