• Marlo (8/5): Quick last minute check in...Thank You!! - Super easy very last minute check in. We were booked elsewhere and it was canceled for a water issue. Booked this and checked in less than hour. Super friendly staff (on phone). No contact. Easy peasy. Plenty of room. Decor was super cute. SLOW internet service. Carpets need to be cleaned. Should have a hot pad or two and more than 1 tea towel. Master bathroom shower should be cleaned and caulked. The 2nd up stairs bathtub stopper is covered in mold. Very minor things though considering how quickly we were able to book and check in.

• Genesis (2/5): Pictures extremely deceiving ! - Carpet was disgusting, rust on bathroom floors, pots and pans all scratched up so you can’t use them. Sheets are stiff and mattresses were dirty. We slept in our clothes and didn’t walk on the carpet without socks. We didn’t go into the “pool”, but it’s a small little square so you can’t swim, only just sit there. Worst part is we were a family of 10 and we stood there for 4 days and we had one toilet paper roll in each bathroom. One roll wasn’t even new, we ended up buying our own toilet paper. Lastly, they say they are 15 min. From Disney parks but it’s 30 minutes! I only live an hour from Disney and just wanted to be closer for convenience since we would be going to all the parks but it wasn’t very convenient when I could have saved the money and just drove an extra 30 minutes back home…
• Harris (8/5): We rated the stay an overall 8 on a scale of 10 - The property looked like the pictures, which was a for sure plus. The pool was smaller than what it looked like online and the beds were not big people friendly.
• Mcclinton (8/5): My stay was fine and I will be prepared for the things i noticed upon this trip. - It was in a quiet area. It was spacious. The shower near the master bedroom upstairs had mold spots. The drain came up also. The Mickey/Minnie room had ants upon arrival I bought ant spray. The Harry Potter room had socks from the previous guests in the box on the wall and under the bed. This tells me cleaning wasn’t so thorough.

• Merlin (6/5): - Pro's: Really great communication with team. Quiet area with great food in the area. Con's: We didn't ever receive a fob to access the clubhouse and pool. The carpet was really stained and the bathrooms were not super clean either. Ran out of toilet paper on day two.
