Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Parking and a lift for easy access.
A spacious and comfortable apartment. Some basics like hand wash and pantry staples like salt and pepper which are available in AirB&B would greatly enhance the stay. Extra cost for linen. Somewhat overpriced for the off season.
