- Peter (1/5): Awful - Nothing Our bathroom flooded
- Mdhr (7/5): -

- Gina (3/5): Very unpleasant and inappropriately priced. - The property was not consistent with the images and description. It was not in a condition that justified the cost. I would not have stayed there if it was accurately depicted. The property was not newly renovated as described. Many of the fittings were broken such as the fans, bedside lamps, shower, fridge. It had nothing on which to put clothes or cases in the rooms and the bedding and linen was not pleasant. The back verandah was unsafe and at a great height - it would be extremely unsafe for children. The bathroom windows did not close. The information about how to access the property was not provided until I rang the owner and there were no instructions about how to use the tv - the remote was broken and the tv didn't work as far as we could ascertain. There were numerous cockroaches in the property in all areas including the toaster. It was really hot and the fans were broken.
- Mumtahina (10/5): -
- Andrew (5/5): Passable. - Affordable and 2 bathrooms. No Air conditioning, main bathroom didn't have a center waste and washing machine leaked everytime we used it, ending up with water flooding the bathroom multiple times. All provided portable clotheslines were broken and unusable. Towels were dirty to start with. Bottom of the single beds sunk. No security screens on front bedroom (second story). Bathroom window not functioning properly.
- Nabina (1/5): - Requested for Tax Invoice and never sent to me
- ryan (10/5): -
- Nasoor (1/5): Awful - Nothing. Just the location Awfully hot. No AC, fans were very dusty and not working
- Wendy (8/5): Great value for money tidy place with everythibg you would need for a visit - The price was perfect especially for a bug event at Accor stadium. Was clean.
- Dargin (1/5): - I like the spacious bathroom, other then that it was very poor The second bathroom had no drain,so when the washing machine leaked which is a constant thing everytime you do washing the whole bathroom fills with water which is also very unsafe and risks electrocution.. no cooling so its beyond hot and uncomfortable you cannot sleep or just be comfortable and you cannot open the windowsto allow air flow because there aren'tany screens on them to stop mosquitos from coming in it definitely isnt worth the price you pay for it
- Dan (8/5): Great place in great location - The apartment was in a great location, clean and tidy and well maintained. Single beds were poor quality and had legs missing at one end so you slept on a slope. Pillows were horrendous,

- Xuewei (10/5): - A really worm place where can stay the owner
- Robert (7/5): -
- Zhou (8/5): - 厨房设施较齐,做个简单的早餐没问题 冬天入住,被子有点单薄。
靠近街道,晚上路过的车辆偶尔有炸街的引擎声,有点吵
- Darren R (8/5): Fit me and my brother's needs perfectly. - Convenience in proximity to work. Apartment was large. Wi-Fi was good. Liverpool Rd is very noisy. Nothing else was negative.

- shahed (1/5): HORRIBLE, WORST AIR BNB IN MY LIFE!!! NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN. EXTREME UPSET AND WOULD LOVE A REFUND!!!!!!!!! - The kitchen was good.
The place was clean and tidy. The first day we arrived, the power got cut off resulting in the TV, LAUNDRY, HEATER not working as we couldn’t put it on due to the power cutting off. I had called the home organiser MULTIPLE TIMES even resulting me even messaging him. He said he would ask someone to check it the next day however, we were still waiting for him for HOURS which then he didn’t even come!!!!
COMMUNICATION WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT PART!! if u can’t communicate why have a air bnb to host???
We also had plenty of dirty clothes which we weren’t able to wash due to the laundry not working!!!!
Sdyney was very cold at that time and no heater meant it was EXTREMELY BRUTALLY COLD.
- Micari (8/5): -
- Jason (8/5): Great stay great location - Size and location More cutlery is needed
- Slobodan (3/5): It’s a shame! Newly renovated units but not being properly taken care off! - The unit is closed to bus stop. Smart tv with Youtube; spacious, new floor, new benchtop, new toilets, fresh painting 1. Main bathroom shower walls so so dirty!
2. All windows have no fly screen, full of spider & spider net!!!! Paints marks on glassinternal doors need to be removed
3. Kitchen cooktop not working properly; we can not start the flame;
4. Fans, heaters
5. Bedside table lamps, living room reading lamp have no power points to plug-in
5. Spare bed linens in carpet are so dirty
- Ghimire (5/5): Passable -
- Katarnia (4/5): Would never stay here again - Spacious rooms and big ensuite. Upon arriving at the apartment when trying to unlock the door, it took forever as the key wouldn’t turn in the lock. had to giggle the door for a little while to get it to open.
The beds were rock hard and pillows are all hard, which is great if you like them but not great when needing another type of pillow. There was markings all over the walls, slight mould on ceiling. There was a powerpoint hanging slightly out of the wall in the dining room. The floors weren’t mopped properly. They felt like they’ve put straight detergent on the floor, so when coming out of the shower was very slippery and dangerous. The fan in the main room doesn’t work properly, there was a very loud ticking noise coming from it which made it impossible to even think. There was no other alternative cooling option other then a pedestal fan in the second room that my sister was using. The photo are over edited on the page, which gives you a great reason not to trust everything you see on the internet.
- Heather (8/5): I also developed a fungal infection from the pillows on the left side of my face I would suggest replacing the pillows a - The pictures posted online are not correct the unit is older than what is portrayed
- Courtney (1/5): Bad -
- Elisa (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (2/5): Still not very clean - Very sad to give so poor review, but it is true that it is not the best choice, it has great potential if cared with love. I had 2 members of my family having a very bad allergic reaction when we were inside the apartment, I think the sofa needs really deep cleaning. The gas stove wasn’t working without matches, they need cutlery (forks and spoons) replacement. Deep cleaning on the fan as well. Very noisy road.
- Caroline (7/5): Value for money. - The location was great, we enjoyed the Thai Restaurant a few door down and it was really lovely.
The apartment was great value for money. I feel it could have been presented better. The ironing board was left out in the lounge room, there was also a picture resting on the wall. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
- Kalam (7/5): Good -
- Shanahan (1/5): Bad -
- Abhishek (9/5): Excellent comfy stay with family :) - Everything. Apartment, location etc The noise from the busy street :)
- Mridu (7/5): Good - Two rooms enough for 4people The property is infront of the road so starts to get noisy early in the morning.
- Millie (1/5): Bad - Hair all through beds, kitchen sink covered in bugs, hair all over the floor and hair in the shower drain and sticking out of it. It was so bad we attempted to book other accommodation. Host didn’t and still hasn’t responded to my complaints. Beware, do not book this property and trust the awful reviews.
- Florence (7/5): Good -
- Amal (7/5): Good - The bed linen was old, the towels were old, and there was no towel rack in the main bathroom. There were no closets in the bedrooms and no teatowels in the kitchen. There weren't any tea or coffee, sugar or toiletries. The unit was newly renovated, but it's still laking some basic essentials.
- Michael (6/5): I’d probably stay there again. - The location was convenient for our needs. The apartment was relatively clean which is important. It is an older style building with some upgrades. No top sheets on beds probably threw me more than anything. No tea towels supplied in our apartment. Getting off Liverpool Rd into the car park wasn’t the easiest. The apartment needed a good clean on the walls with the blinds being very old.
- Angelo (1/5): Would not recommend anyone to stay again - The photos and the actual house is not the same. All the furniture in the photos specially the bed is not the same. Photos look as a new house but the actual property is very old and would not recommend to stay again for anyone
- Lowe (7/5): Good - Great location close to Olympic park The power point in the kitchen was hanging off the wall. There was no towel rail in the front bathroom. No oven mitts or hand towels. Need directions on how to use the TV.
- David (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious. The location suited our visit quite well. Access to the apartment block was good. The timber floors were gritty and not clean. My wife is a barefooted lady at home and the souls of her feet were black within a couple of hours of being in the apartment. Lack of insect screens on several windows. The lack of face washers and hand towels. One tea towel, not much bigger than a handkerchief. Poor hygiene in both shower drains (both had hair build up from previous visitors). No complimentary tea, coffee or milk. Toilet roll supply was just adequate. Continental style of bedding is OK for cool nights, but left little choice on warmer nights. No where supplied for hanging clothes. Carparking needs to be clearly defined (maybe paint simple lines to show the 4 individual bays with the relevant unit number included)
- Sedenio (8/5): If you are looking for an affordable place to stay while in Sydney , this place is good for its price. - Affordability, location , the property manager is very accommodating with my requests No wardrobes
- Chappell (1/5): Very poor, stay elsewhere. - Close to public transport The cutlery was dirty, the floors had not been swept or vacuumed and the kettle had been used to cook food and smelled of old cabbage. There was black mould all over the ceiling of the master bedroom and ensuite. The igniter on the stove didn't work and there was only one small fan heater for the entire apartment.
- Sarah (5/5): Lovely, would be perfect minus the mould and cobwebs - This property is lovely at first glance. The bathrooms after nice. There are nice tall ceilings. It's got a great vintage vibe. The place would have been amazing if it wasn't for the mould The ceiling in the main bedroom and ensuite have mould! Not just a little bit of mould, lots of mould! See attached pictures.
There was a fruit fly graveyard in the ensuite and a lot of cobwebs throughout the whole place. The main bedroom also had a lot of dust on the trim on the walls.
- Bidhya (1/5): Very disappointing. - Mouldy bedroom and bathroom with cobwebs on the wall.
We noticed that the apartment was not in an acceptable condition. Specifically, there was mold on the main bedroom and bathroom ceilings, as well as cobwebs on the main bedroom walls. These conditions made our stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about health and cleanliness and overall comfort.
Additionally, the noise from the nearby highway made it difficult for us to sleep and added to our discomfort during the stay.
- Andry (5/5): Passable - New bathroom, location, value for money Noisy, no dryer, leaky bathroom (small one), outdated kitchen utensils, expired items in the pantry
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oseyande (10/5): Great place to stay, it was exciting staying there - Nice and cozy, very clean Nothing
- Chelsea (1/5): I stayed here once before. It wasn’t too bad, decent enough for me to be comfortable to come back. When I arrived, I ope - Nothing. EVERYTHING
- Imaan (3/5): Poor - Price of stay fell within our budget. The property looked very different to that of the photos. The couches were extremely stained and unhygienic. The beds were uncomfortable. Mould stains on the blinds. Dust and cobwebs throughout. The ensuite toilet did not flush. Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, no extras available. No body soap/shampoo/conditioner. No tea towels for the kitchen. Only 1 towel each, no extras available. Linen cupboard had a blanket in it that smelled awful and was unusable, as well as clothing items left behind by previous guests. Kitchen has old food left behind in the cabinets, including an opened bag of rice, sauces and half a bottle of liquor. There was no courtesy coffee, tea or milk.
- Moses (6/5): Room for improvement - Good location The lounge area had dirty spots, stains, and a musty odor. Additionally, another car consistently parked over the allocated space, leaving minimal room for our vehicle. One of the single beds lacked proper support at the bottom. Furthermore, there was no heating and cooling system as claimed, and no shower gel, hand towel, or wipes provided for the kitchen countertop.
- Sita (7/5): Good -
- Pushpa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fraser (3/5): Poor - It was ok, property manager did not respond to multiple messages I paid for a place with a car space, neighbour parked in my space for ALL days I was there
- Kristy (4/5): Not impressed at all, was filthy! - We didn't realise there were stairs, the kitchen and all the utensils were absolutely disgusting and filthy. There were no hand towels or flannels, the hair dryer was broken and there were spider webs and souders in every room. We asked for a new hair dryer and dishwasher tablets and our messages were not responded to. There was no air con and only 1 pedestal fan.
- Sachin (8/5): Overall, it was good but noises from vehicles made hard to sleep. - Kitchen, bedroom and lounge was good. Noise from the vehicles on the road made hard to sleep
- Neetu (5/5): It was so noisy as the property located on on the main road. so It gives you hard time to sleep. - Location was near to the city. In the night, It was so noisy as the property located on the main road. so It gives you hard time to sleep after a long day.
- Olga (6/5): Convenient and fine for the price. - Convenient location for where we needed to go. Very reasonably priced and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Well equipped Kitchen. Could have been cleaner. Couches in particular were very stained. No wardrobes or anywhere to hang clothes in bedrooms'
- Kenneth (3/5): Convenient location if you have to go to an event near Sydney Olympic Park and don’t want to pay super expensive prices - Location was convenient for a concert at Sydney Olympic Park. The apartment was spacious enough with the main bedroom being quite large. There was parking on site and in IGA just across the road. Bed was comfortable and linen was all clean and in good condition. There was an issue when I was checking in to the property which has been dealt with through the platform and the host.
The apartment was quite hot and the fan in the main bedroom is a little worse for wear but did manage to circulate some air while being a little loud.
- Nat (3/5): Poor - Location very noisy, bad parking options
- Marcus (6/5): Pleasant - No face washers, no soap for the shower. The listing said toiletries provided, but there wasn't any soap for the shower, no face washers and no tea towels.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (7/5): A very spacious, modern and clean apartment that is in a great location. I would stay again. - Great location for taking public transport, bathrooms clean and modern, apartment is very spacious and comfortable. All towels and bedding were freshly laundered so we had no issues with those as other people have mentioned in their reviews. Apartment was clean and dust free. Love the high ceilings. No cooling, fan in main bedroom rattled and was loud. As we were there 6 nights I ended up purchasing a new one to get me through (sorry guests, I didn’t leave it behind!). I also purchased an electric kettle as I burnt myself trying to light the stove to use the stove top one and bought more forks aswell as there was only one. WiFi couldn’t connect to TV so we didn’t have TV for the week but no biggy as I had a book and the WiFi randomly disappeared on the last day which was a bummer as it was our chill out day before the big drive home. Traffic noise is very loud and constant, on Saturday night it is relentless and sounds like it’s used as a racetrack but that is no fault of the owner, just letting others know that if you need silence to sleep you won’t get it here. I also realised that all the apartments are rentals, so there are people coming and going all the time, at all hours and the front screen doors are very loud when they are closed/slammed. Also there are no toiletries provided or tea/coffee/milk so best to bring those things along if you have space otherwise there is an IGA one block away.
- Abdul (7/5): Good -
- Deep (5/5): Passable -
- Margot (2/5): Owners should be ashamed. Update your photos, show the truth. Don't rent out your place to families! - The shower in the main bathroom was good The car spot was next to the fence, car in space 3 parked so close we couldn't fit. The kitchen was filthy, couldn't use the oven so filthy. No amenties supplied except one dirty soap dispenser in the main bathroom. Towels thin and worn, No top sheet, just doona's that are worn out/pilled so scratchy. One fan didn't work, the other so loud we couldn't sleep. Neighbours were loud all night, slamming doors and shouting. Actually felt unsafe. We needed a washing machine, couldn't find the laundry key. Only found out after paying that there's a separate shared machine, photo's clearly show one in the bathroom. Says "freshly renovated" but cannot be true, nothing "fresh" about the place - dark, dirty, noisy.
- Maruf (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lai (9/5): Superb -
- Jorge (10/5): This kind of property suits anyone who would want a place to stay while on holiday. - Generous space, complete facilities, Clean, parking NA
- Clyde (6/5): Overall it was decent but not sure if we would stay there again. - The location of the property was ideal as it was near a lot of food places and near public transport as well. Central to where we want to go and things we want to do. In the photos there was a washing machine and on the amenities list it also said they had a washing machine but when we arrived there was no washing machine to be found. We thought there would be one, but it seemed like it was removed. This is very misleading as we would use it to wash our clothes. The beds had dead flies and insects which seemed like the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There was no aircon or fans for us and during our stay it was 30+ degrees so it was quite a struggle to get some decent sleep.
- Des (7/5): Good -
- Namah (6/5): Pleasant - interior set up, no proper directions to the property
- Matthew (4/5): So close to being great. Would not consider staying again unless some small changes were made - Location was convenient
House was mostly nicely presented
Good sized bathrooms and living space
If cooling was addressed would be a much higher score The amenities said there were fans in the rooms. 1 room had a heater without the ability to cool/blow cold air (only hot) and the other had a very small space heater that had a small fan that kept turning off. The temperature in the house was over 30 degrees which made for a horrible nights sleep without any real airflow. If you opened the windows it was very loud.
There were over 10 knives and one fork (which was broken, so .5 of a fork).
Stains on couches.
Window in second bathroom did not lock.
No safety screen in main bathroom - Dangerous for kids
- Anonymous (8/5): It’s was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Sydney in the future. - The small touches made it feel like a home and we all were able to relax and feel comfortable instantly. Nothing… everything was just wonderful 👍🏻
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sally (5/5): It was fine for what we needed but thankful we didn’t need to stay longer. - It was a good size with 2 bathrooms. Close to Sydney Olympic park where we needed it for the event we were attending. There were coat hangers but no where to hang clothes, no tea towels, no forks, no coffee making facilities. In the larger bathroom towel rack pulled off. Kettle was stove top, old and didn’t appear clean. Windows were thin and outside street noise loud overnight. Stains on the couch. Beds very hard.
- Susan (8/5): Good location for us to Olympic park and car parking on site with lots of room. - Spacious and roomy. Fantastic showers. Beds comfy. All rooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen was greasy and not clean. There were no forks. Cupboards and draws had crumbs. Was very noisy on Liverpool road.
- Graham (5/5): Passable - Very draughty as windows didnt close in bathroom, the shower screen leaks at the bottom.
- Brad (10/5): Exceptional - Easy to get too, clean and comfortable
- Shrestha (7/5): Good - Please keep supplies and comfortable quilt.
- Adam (3/5): Poor - Bathroom was nice in master room . Location horrible no keys didn't know how to get in rude ppl live next door no car spot did not use fridge as it smelt really bad .no washing machine or dryer as we booked said it come with them as we have 2 baby twins needed those items would not recommend to stay there
- Warren (9/5): Great value for money. - Easy access with Key Safe. All checkin & checkout info provided in detail. Well renovated considering the age of the building. High ceilings. Spacious rooms. Great bathrooms. The third person was my wife's 90 year old mother, so the long stairway from the building entry was a small challenge, but we coped OK.
