Absence d'équipements (vaisselle, matériel de nettoyage., torchon..). Lit inconfortable avec un matelas resté dans une housse en plastique. Petite terrasse extérieure insalubre.

- Lewis (1/5): Crack Den, Rubbish Tip, Sh*t hole, RIP OFF, - Nothing Rubbish everywhere. Crackheads everywhere. Drug addicts of all sorts. Unsanitary room. No hot water. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Owner should be ashamed. I was booked for 7 nights and never stayed more than 15 minutes and booked elsewhere. With no refund option. Absolute TRAP. AVOID this place.
- Richard (1/5): Disturbing - Absolutely nothing!! Disgustingly dirty, mould everywhere (curtains, air con, bathroom) microwave disgusting, walls dirty, toilet not clean, bedding was not clean and looked like just pulled up, stank like smoke, dirty windows, entry littered with cigarettes. Topped off by neighbour smoking joints right at entrance to the accommodation.

Good in terms of size if you're staying for a night or 2 and have small overnight/weekend bag however we were traveling with 2 big suitcases so once they were in the room there wasn't much spare floor space. When we arrived the TV was all smashed and not working and wall had marks on it beside the tv, looked like someone had smashed the tv against the wall- we were not informed of this before arrival. We arrived on a weekend too and there was no contact number/person for the property which I thought was very poor for cases of emergency...so we did not hear back for a few days about this issue and went 2 out of 3 nights without a tv and no form of compensation offered. WiFi also didn't work... Overall we weren't happy with the customer service we received. Noisy at night with people banging the entrance gate closed multiple times each night.
