Madden (3/5): - Location was not clean. We were notified of this and offered a refund or a 50% discount. We opted to stay and have the refund but it was never paid.
Hamish (1/5): Don't go - Not clean like the photo It's up an alley down a side road with druggys like a halfway home set up Someone bought a cheap unit and decided to make it an Airbnb, stayed 1 night then got out of that place quick.
Ferrier (1/5): DISGUSTING & FILTHY ACCOMMODATION - Absolutely NOTHING. It had no TV. It smelt disgusting. It was dirty. There were no towels. There was no hot water. It hadn't been cleaned. The neighbours were junkies who shouted and swore most of the night. No one returned my calls. No one returned my messages. Absolutely disgusting!

Donna (5/5): Passable - Location, easy walking distance to Adelaide city and attractions. Got in at 10pm. Went to address which was same address a pub Rob Roy. Went in there and they had no idea of the accommodation. I walked around dark alleys alone and finally found the unsigned and unlit black gate. I then fiddled around in the dark trying to u lock the security key box. When I got into the accomodation so late, I was craving a nice cup of tea but there were no tea/coffee making facilities. The hot water took a long time to warm up and water pressure was weak in the shower. Rooms were windowless and like demountables. For the price (more than $150 per night) this was disappointing.
Leigh (6/5): Room did its job, couple of simple fixes would make it better - Location Shower/ bathroom. Water pressure was rubbish, hot water was lukewarm at best, shower curtain was way too high, so bathroom flooded when you have a shower. No fridge, no decent size bin.
