• Vitor (8/5): Visita curta a Roma junto ao Vaticano em familia. - A localização é impecável, para quem tem como foco a visita ao vaticano, uma vez que a distância é curta (3 minutos até à entrada). A Casa é porreira para estadias curtas, no entanto já merece um carinho por parte do proprietário, nomeadamente no vidro protector da banheira que não é suficiente para reter as aguas do banho (algo tão básico), que melhora substancialmente o conforto dos visitantes. A cozinha que utilizamos unicamente para pequeno almoço, apresenta o mínimo, no entanto a limpeza dos utensílios é má. Creio que as funcionárias (os) que vão limpar o apartamento entre estadias, não dão importância aos copos, talheres, etc e por isso a falta de higiene nos utensílios. Falta a maquina da louça, que percebo que não exista para que não se cozinhe, mas quando se aposta numa sala centrada numa mesa com cadeiras e sem sofás, deixa de fazer sentido. No entanto, esteve-se bem e a critica que faço é exclusivamente construtiva, pois há espaço para melhorar. Há muitos restaurantes nas proximidades e supermercados para os bens de pequeno almoço, ou lanches. Deixo o contacto nas fotos do taxista que cumpre com os horários para o regresso ao aeroporto (55€). Os utensílios da cozinha e os já mencionados anteriormente
• Georgina (9/5): Great stay in an amazing location - Location was great, just a 5 minute walk to vatican city and 1 minute to an abundance of restaurants. 15 minute walk to metro station which we used to get easily to the colosseum and other major sightseeing areas. Well equipped apartment with everything we could want. The communication with the host was amazing and they went out of their way to sort a small issue we had prior to arrival. When we arrived at the property we were met by the person looking after our check-in who could not have been more friendly and informative. Overall we would book here again! The bathroom could do with an update. But this did not hinder our stay at all.

• Mercedes (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación a muy pocos pasos del vaticano y museos vaticanos, muchos negocios donde comprar alrededor para abastecerse y lavandería. Además muy cerca de estación de metro que conecta con principales atracciones. El departamento muy espacioso, tiene ascensor, lavadora (secadora en la lavanderia cercana), la cocina muy bien equipada. Solo detalles, faltó un basurero gris para poder dejar basura indiferenciada, solo pudimos separar para reciclaje plasticos y latas. Y además falta una hoja de la shower door (se ve la bisagra rota) y al ducharse se sale el agua.

• Cruising... (8/5): Great location - Fantastic location, walking distance to The Vatican. Bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Pl We would have liked extra pillows...as no sofa or soft seating so if you wanted to just relax in bed it wasn't very comfortable.

• John (10/5): Great Apartment in A Great Location - This was the third time I have stayed at this property which is wonderfully located so close to the Vatican and I would stay here yet again. Perfect for a hub from which to explore Rome's many treasures. There are no negatives with this place.

• Manali (8/5): Great location and comfortable bedrooms - Location, cleanliness, tv in all rooms It was very hot in Rome. AC was in the bedrooms but it took some time to cool down the room. Fans will be helpful especially in the dinning area and in the bedrooms as needed.

The apartment needs 1-2 things to be perfect. The water when you took a shower was not under pressure. In addition to a washing machine, it also needs a dryer. and it would be the perfect apartment. Atom picked us up and helped us with the apartment

Right next to the Vatican and just about 5 minutes from the metro station Ottaviano from where you are 4 stops (5-6min) from the city centre where most of the attractions are. The neighborhood was very lively, with bars and restaurans around, but the apartment is in a building that is away from the crowd and you can have a quiet time and get some good rest. Pretty spacious, modernly furnished, clean. We were a family of five adults and an infant and were comfortably settled in. We loved the evening gatherings around the huge dinning table. Simone was great. Available at all time, texting back in the minute and offering solutions for your problem/question. I will definitely stay here again, if I ever visit Rome again (which I hope ☺️).
• Katarína (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment, it has everything you need for your stay. Communication with the landlords is excellent, they respond to messages immediately. The location is really excellent, a few minutes walk from the Vatican, close to shops, right under the accommodation there are restaurants, cafes, breakfast places. You can get everywhere by foot if you like to walk.

• Warn (10/5): Highly recommended!! - The apartment was extremely well equipped, including kitchen facilities, washing machine and air drying rack. It was also incredibly spacious! The TVs didn’t connect to the internet, meaning we couldn’t watch Netflix etc. Some frosting on the bathroom window would be good - not a huge deal considering it’s a top floor and the window is up high.
• R. (9/5): Superb - Would highly recommend, the apartment was of good quality. Would stay again. Public transport is very close and it is easy accessible from termini station. Supermarket and shops close. Vatican next door. Good restaurants near. Owner is quick to respond and very helpful. Only thing missing was a blind/curtain for the windows in the bathroom and kitchen. For a family of five, the refrigerator/vriezer combi was too small. Would have preferred a bigger fridge/vriezer. No aircon in the living room, when entering the apartment, it would be very hot inside.
• Wilberto (4/5): Do not recommend. - The place is big & close to the Vatican. No privacy. There are windows at the bathroom and kitchen that one can be seen taking a shower or making breakfast. There are no curtains to close the view from other apartments. At midnight, we were left outside of the building because the street gate door lock was broken. The owner came to the apartment while we were not in (he/she advised through email before he/she came in; but should have not done it unless we were present). The quality of some of the apartment fixture were very cheap; they broke when we used them. Neighborhood was not that good; exit was close to a place where the same people used to sit all daylong and starred and commented every time I passed by with my wife, daughters and son (what a shame). The apartment complex administrator was too intrusive in relation to entrance to the apartment complex and use of entrance keys. The experience was not what I was used to while vacationing. One can feel the springs of the bed mattresses. Only close to Vatican City; parking is extremely difficult to find (despite the fact that it is advertise as having parking available - there are 2 parking lot very close but one charges a minimum of 30 euros a day with keys and the other only available for a few hours; everything else is parking on the street).
• Marijke (9/5): Excellent ! - Very central location, near to Vatican. Taxi stop and metro station, luggage storage ( in case you extend your day after leaving the appartment) and grocery stores in a walking distance. The appartment itself was very nice ! Spacious ( we were 4 people), very clean, everything you need ( and more) for a very comfortable stay in Rome ( airco - important in summer 😄- , fast working WIFI, towels, washing machine …) . Simone is a very good and friendly host : clear, in time and complete communication!
• Silvina (10/5): Excellent choice: Location and very modern - The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures, very modern inside, great room sizes and has a big balcony in the Master bedroom, tv's in all rooms and dinning, nice modern light fixtures and amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped. Location is excellent! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and the Vatican. Communication with the owner was great, he was able to accomodate our check in by 1:30pm. I can only say, not as a negative comment, I wish I would have known on the instructions or details, that it does have an elevator that we did not see until the following day, and upon arrival, we went 5 floors by stairs with all our luggage. It is a small door with no sign to the right after entry first steps. I thought it was the trash bins door!

• Arthur (9/5): Superb - Great location steps away from the vatican and St. Peter’s Sqr Overall very good but a little troublesome on the initial check in to get codes and keys. But Once that was out of the way it was smooth. Owner was good to respond with info.

No heating, ineffective aircons and hence lack of drying facilities, ineffective shower screen, no bathroom window covering, some bathroom mould, inadequate kitchen utensils, no comfortable seating, Italian only TV (not sufficient for an obviously international rental, 4pm check in is way too late, WiFi was intermittent, garbage disposal is way too complicated and shouldn't be required for short term renters (aren't we paying for cleaning?).

One bathroom for 8pls is defenite a NO..incomplete plates, no dish cloth, no towel racks, not enough toiletries, plug bathroom sink from time we checked in, utensils provided for 6 only, even they knew there 8 of us...we check-out at exactly 10am and the cleaners arrived before we check ouy time..not worth for what we paid for...

• C (7/5): Good stay but could use some improvements - - Perfect location close to Vatican City - Felt like a secure building complex in a nice neighbourhood - Loved the addition of the washing machine - Beds were fairly comfortable - Large Balcony - Smart tvs - Bathroom needs some tlc. Silicone is mouldy, the plug is too small for the bath so you can’t have one without the water going down. - The whole apartment does not have air conditioning. Only two rooms have air conditioning making the dining room and kitchen unbearable to sit in on hot days. - At the side and under the bed in the smaller room was filthy and cleaners need to pay more attention to this when cleaning.

• William (10/5): Fab apartment, would come back again - Property is immaculate, location perfect for where we wanted to visit No issue with the property at all, only issue was the building. Apartment is on the top floor, the elevator is extremely old and dodgy!

• Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location next to the Vatican with lots of amenities on the doorstep. The apartment was a good size being Spacious, bright and airy. It was Immaculately clean, good facilities everything we needed was in the apartment. Hairdryer, straighteners, iron etc Only thing missing was a blind/curtain in the bathroom. Would highly recommend down to location but the apartment itself was of high quality. Would stay again. No blind in the bathroom window when showering.

Check out hours to early, owners sugest a storage lugage service in the street wich is a little expensive. I suggest that the owners offer a voucher in this store to the guests as a courtesy. sofa in the room is quite run down, it should be replaced

Cutlery and dishware were not the cleanest and needed to be washed before use. Since it was a central location, it was a bit louder at times from nearby traffic.

• Teresa (8/5): Bellissimo Appartamento - You will feel like an Italian living in this lovely apartment with shutter doors opening to great views. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious, bright and airy and the apartment is located within 200m of the Vatican, and close to some amazing restaurants. The aircon was awesome to have in each room . The location is brilliant and very easy to catch a bus from here and the best Gelato shop is only a few steps away. I would recommend this place. The apartment is on the 5th floor. On our arrival, one of us got stuck in the lift for 45 minutes so we used the stairs for the rest of the stay which was tiring. (not the apartments fault but still something to think about if you are old/immobile) The stove plate is cracked and shocked me when I touched it. Not the end of the world but there are no wine glasses, only plastic cups nor ice trays which would have been nice to have.
