Квартира достаточно просторная, чистая, почти все есть из бытовых мелочей. Хозяин быстро отвечал на сообщения. При закрытых окнах хорошо слышно улицу, но сама улица не сильно оживленная. Не работает посудомойка.

• Sarah (9/5): Amazing location, great apartment for an easy family trip - Excellent location for sightseeing. Also perfect for local coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket. Felt very safe. Apartment was exactly as the photos showed. Good size for family of 4. Excellent communication from the host. Bathroom could have been cleaned better - some hairs and dust. Rest of the apartment was spotless

• Elliott (6/5): Great location, nice balcony but property maintenance could be better - Great location, near Victoria station. Was nice to sit out on the balcony. The shower was hot and powerful. My friends complained the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The property wasn’t cleaned to a high standard, there was hair and dust in the bathroom and it didn’t look like the floor had been mopped in between guests. Also the dishwasher did not work and there was no light in the bathroom, just the light from the mirror.

• Jan (7/5): They need to put in a quality bed and a comfortable couch - Location The bed was of a low standard . My husband fell out of bed(middle of the 1st night) and I fell out of bed on 2nd night.again in the middle of the night. We then used cushions from the lounge to put under the mattress on each side of the bed. Check out was 11 am and the owner/cleaner entered the flat at 10.30am. They should not arrive until the specified check out time of 11.am.
• Stevem (9/5): Good value for money in Central London - Good size apartment. Great value for money in Central London. Some written instruction in apartment would be helpful , eg How to hook into the internet, operation of the TV and what to do with rubbish and key on departure.
• Powpow (10/5): Convenient, clean and has everything you need! - Location is as convenient as it gets to do the London sightseeing! We got the tube from St Pancras and it couldn’t have been easier. We walked to the palace and Big Ben and just roamed around the gorgeous streets. Apartment has everything you need from cooking to relaxing and the shower was great. Bed and couch are quite squishy but that comes down to personal preference. Thank you to the small family business for accommodating us! We’ll be back for sure. Bed was too soft, couch uncomfortable. But we hardly spent time there as we were out and about!

• Sarah (8/5): Convenient stop over for Hyde park gig - The flat was clean and well appointed beds in clouding Dora bed were comfortable.. decent shower and well equipped kitchen There was roadworks going on right outside… clearly no fault of the letting agent, but would have been useful to know… they started work at 6:30 which was not ideal after going to a gig. Curtains font block out much light either.
• Neringa (8/5): Overall a nice flat in good location. - Good amenities, easy to find, good location. Spacious and tidy. The smell in the communal areas leading to the flat is very bad. The smell lingers into the flat but it’s not bad inside.
• Melanie (1/5): Beware! Don't book - awful experience!! - The numerous issues overshadowed the whole stay! Awful experience. Firstly communication was dreadful. Radio silence from property despite several attempts of contacting the property from weeks before the stay, all the way up to the day before checkin. It got to the point where Booking.com also attempted to contact them with no success and so they advised that we should turn up at the property as planned and if we couldn't check in then I was to contact Booking.com and they would look into finding us alternative accommodation. This was unnecessary stress. The property finally replied the afternoon before our stay - they never apologised. The main issue we had was on arrival we discovered that the balcony door did not lock. This was far from ideal - but made even worse seeing as its central London. We explained that we felt very uncomfortable staying in a property that is not secure but they ignored the message (as you can see from the images). Another example of poor communication. We then spotted on Booking.com that there was a recent review stating the balcony door lock was broken. So the property was aware of the issue but had done nothing about it. Other areas where they fell short - here was a large hair ball in the kitching sink on arrival (cleanliness wasn't the best). There were stains on bedding. There were stains on the pullout bed and no bottom sheet or duvet covers were provided. Just a duvet (with no cover) and some pillows. This is not hygienic. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or at the premises. At the very least you'd expect to be able to wash your hands. Do yourself a favour and steer clear!
• Rita (5/5): The apartment was lovely, but the lack of communication and secrecy of the details to check in ruined the experience com - Lovely small apartment. Clean and comfortable. The check in process was terrible! I don’t understand why I could not get the exact address until 24 hours before check-in. That made travel arrangements very difficult. Communication with me was non-existent and I had to email, text, and call to get someone to send me the exact address and code for check-in on the morning of check-in for my 1-night stay. It was all very distressing.

• Amvh (9/5): Perfect appartment , very central located ! - The property was very close to the bus station, was easy to find. It was on walking distance of westminster sightseeing and buckingham palace. And close to the metro. Also there was a grocery store close and a shop for coffee.
• Domonique (10/5): Comfortable, clean, convenient - Really well located, incredibly clean and comfortable, and fully equipped. The balcony is definitely a highlight, it got the sun all morning which was a beautiful way to wake up. Highly recommend, will definitely be staying here again. The only thing that was slightly less than perfect was that it’s on quite a loud road so with the windows open in the evening you can hear quite a lot. But it’s central London, so what more can you expect really!

• Jessica (4/5): Beware of unwritten policies and poor communication - Great location but still quiet enough for sleep, WiFi worked well, unit felt modern, building had an elevator, grocery store next door to building was a plus! First, I did not receive check-in instructions from this property until 18 hours beforehand, which was extremely stressful for us traveling internationally. For 3 days ahead of our stay, I called and emailed the property. I also called Booking.com customer service twice who also called the property with no response. When I finally did hear from the property, I received check-in instructions via WhatsApp. Nowhere on the listing and nowhere in the confirmation emails was I told to download WhatsApp to communicate with this property. Guests need to be told how they will communicate with the property ahead of time, ideally via email since that's what everyone who books this place is expecting. It's ridiculous to not be told in advance that we needed to have WhatsApp. When we entered the property, we immediately noticed a dirty shower drain sitting in the middle of the shower, discarded and covered in hair. There were dried up contacts on the window sill and loose hair throughout the unit. We also noticed that we did not receive a set of linens for the sofa bed. We contacted the property, and they claimed that they have a "policy" that when two people are indicated in the booking details, they assume it is a couple sharing one bed and do not supply a second set of linens for the sofa bed. This "policy" is unwritten and cannot be found anywhere in the listing or in the confirmation emails. It is ridiculous to assume two guests are sharing a bed. This was a trip between me and my sister. Guests are not mind readers. If there is a policy this property wants its guests to follow, they need to share that policy in advance. They also said the cost for additional linens was an extra $15 / night. We appreciated the property manager waving that fee and coming up last minute to the property to deliver linens. They claim they will update their listing with this policy in future.
• Zoe (10/5): Perfect in every way! - Everything was perfect!! This flat was beautiful and spotlessly clean and had THE most comfortable bed! The view was amazing, especially at night. Location was great!! Only a 3 minute walk from Victoria station with shops and supermarket a few doors away. The owner was friendly, attentive and was very easy to contact. We will definitely stay again.
• Darijs (8/5): Very good - Everything was great except the host. I was waiting for 2 hours outside the building to get instructions on how to get in and where I can find the keys. If you book this apartment, please make sure that you get instructions before you arrive.
