Yonah (5/5): Okay place - The location was right in the center of the city which was convenient. It was spacious. The bathroom was really not clean when we arrived it had smudges everywhere. There was no cleaning to exchange towels or spread bed and we were there for 3 nights.

Marie (7/5): Good - Clean and spacious room. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. The airconditioning unit was not cold enough. We had to use our portable mini fan in order to sleep comfortably.

Cons: Poor cleanliness, poor check-in/cust service, ANT INFESTATION. - I like that the location was in District 1 and walking distance to many nearby attractions. There was also a convenience store within 100m of the location. Location is by far the best part of the stay. First disappointing thing was the self check-in process. So the process is that they direct you to a link which has a one-time passcode to get into the apartment, and another subsequent lockbox passcode so you can access your room keycard, which will help you tap into the premises and your room moving forward. However, the one-time was not updated and was WRONG. As we reached relatively late in the night (around 11.45pm local time), we were looking to quickly access our room and rest for the night. We were desperately calling Cozrum on all hotlines, but ended up stuck outside the apartment for an hour and a half because the home didn't get back to us and we were left stranded. We were stuck outside the musty alleyway and were just about to find a nearby hotel to crash for the night and but we were fortunate enough to have someone tap us in with their keycard. If the person didn't tap us in, we wouldn't have been able to check-in. Thank goodness the lockbox passcode was working. Cozrum got back to us at 6.22am, and we would've been stuck for 6+ hours if we had waited for them to get back. Ridiculous. If we had to stay in another accommodation because of the lack of proper communication I would have fought tooth and nail for a refund. Room conditions were mediocre: room was quite dirty, bedsheets had stains, toilet not cleaned properly, large fresh yellow stain in the shower area (Had to clean this and it was nasty), rusty shower faucet. Honestly, for the price paid and the good location, it is not out of expectations so it's fine. However just don't expect a very clean room when you stay here. Now the ABSOLUTE WORST thing: the ant infestation in the room. They provided a kitchen area with sink, hood and induction cooker. However the hood and under the sink have clearly not been cleaned and there are ants all over the kitchen counter. So the ants can be seen crawling all over the toilet and the kitchen as well.

Molly (7/5): Good - The flat in itself is great, we were so comfortable and loved having the self cater options and being able to watch Netflix after a month of backpacking. The location is fantastic. HOWEVER, the temporary code to let us into the property for the first time did not work. Luckily another a guest was checking out and let us in, otherwise we would have been locked out completely. I messaged them about the code and it wasn’t read until 8am the next day. Communication with the staff is slow and they message from multiple different numbers, making it unclear how best to reach them. We were lucky but book at your own risk!
Polina (8/5): price quality ratio is OK, fresh and new - Apartments are very fresh, furniture is new. Enough space for 3 people, very comfortable. The units don't have any sign outside and the common door is closed by code/card, so it doesn't attract attention to strangers, what is a good point. Check-in was bad. Agents didn't reply messages or calls for several hours, we couldn't leave our luggage until some of the guest opened the door. However, when the agent wanted the payment he annoyed me with calls, but I warned him that I can't talk right now, I'm on excursion in the forest, and will do the payment in the evening when I'm free. No hot water in the shower. Could be cleaner, we found the remains of an orange in a water jug, hair on the floor and bed and an old dish sponge.
Ling (7/5): Good - Central location, clean, value for money The AC is not cold enough, mainly also because the AC is placed not facing to the direction of the bed. It took quite a long time to be abit cooler and it can be very hot at times especially coming back to the hotel after a hot day out.
Hen (9/5): Superb - The room was perfect. Exactly like the photos. It was big enough for us 3 and really comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpfull! We had a really nice stay. The only problem was that the wifi didn't work and they didn't fix it in time while we were there.
Mr (1/5): 2 hours to check in waiting in street, no staff! - nothing i was left to wait in the street for two hours because there are no staff and they do not reply to messages on time. After i first got a reply . i waited 2 hours with stupid messages before being sent the door code and then finally later the room number and code. why not send it to me the first time , two hours earlier. It has no staff on site at all and rats running under steps as you walk in, staff seem to enjoying being annoying on texts

Dashaan (2/5): Potential scam property! Look elsewhere to stay! - When I arrived at the location, I noticed a rolling gate was closed, so I had to call the property owner to inquire how to check in. They informed me that the nearest worker would be approximately 20-30 minutes away to check me in. Mind you, it's 36 degrees Celsius and muggy. There is no way I'm willing to wait to be checked in. I had to book elsewhere and file a transaction dispute with my credit card. Terrible experience.
