Rustig. Als je geen internet of wifi hebt om op voorhand in te checken, geraak je NIET binnen.
Je MOET op voorhand, met wifi, de berichten lezen en je bankkaart gegevens doorsturen, wat heel raar was en wat plots een heel onveilig gevoel gaf, maar alles was ok!
Het leek meer op een escape room om binnen te gaan ;-)

- Marina (6/5): Good - Cafe at the bottom of building, easy place to have breakfast Memory foam pillows were too big & hard & uncomfortable with no other options.
Address said 39 but the building had a 37 on it so it was a little difficut to find at first.

The check in lockbox is 5 min drive away on a street with minimal parking, you have to access the key on a fence.
Sofa bed is not a sofa bed, it’s uncomfortable and has a big divide in the middle. If you want to use it they will change you an extra $55 for linen even tho the advert stipulates it included a sofa bed.
On our check in there was not working aircon, took 3 days for someone to attend to fix it which was a failure. The property managers then messaged me 2 days later a 11am with no prior warning advising there will be a tech attending in the next hour to fix the aircon and we must leave the key, despite the reception saying they have a key. We were an hour away from the apartment therefore no one could enter to fix the aircon. We had to request fans which they said they would give us 3 new fans, we received 1 rusty fan. They did not care it was 35 degrees outside I had to send upwards of 50 messages to get them to fix the aircon disrupting my holiday and stay - it was never fixed the week we were there. Reading previous reviews, this seems like a request problem they probably knew about but chose to ignore.
The kitchen and bathroom floors get wet with condensation and do not dry due to lack of ventilation causing a damp smell.

One key is provided when we had booked for 4 guests to stay. The fob is required to go anywhere in the building as you need it in the lift.
If it rains the balcony will flood
Alice’s home who manage the property provides the worst customer service, this is my second time staying at an accommodation that uses them and will never stay somewhere with Alice’s home again. Both times have been an absolute nightmare.

- Skye (8/5): Great unit in a perfect location - Very close to South Bank and West End and just a short walk to the mall. Kitchen utensils just lacking a little.
- Madison (1/5): Bad - I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this apartment and would not recommend staying here. Two days before arrival, I requested to amend my reservation, but the owner never responded. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not working, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. They sent someone to fix it the following night at 8:30 PM, but after an hour, they were unable to repair it.
I followed up multiple times via email, but the building management ignored three of my messages. Eventually, the AC was fixed, but I was still trying to leave two days earlier. Neither the owner nor the Booking.com agent responded to my requests. The day before my requested check-out, the owner said they would get back to me by noon but never did. I sent two more emails, and they simply stopped responding, forcing us to stay because they refused to acknowledge my request.
This lack of communication and disregard for guests is completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed, will never stay here again, and do not recommend this property. Additionally, this experience has made me lose trust in Booking.com’s customer service, and I will not be using their platform again.

- Zaneta (4/5): Good location, bad access checking in. - The location was good. The unit was clean. The pool was lovely. That I didn’t get the location until 2.45. Check in was 3pm nit 2pm. Then discovered I had to go nearly 3 blocks away to get the key. Lucky I had a car, but was still not happy. If I had of been dropped off I would have been very kranky. The key should be close-by.
- Maggie (6/5): Overall good but fix check-in - We really liked the location, close to supermarkets, restaurants,art galleries. Check in was a complicated affair. We had to find a lockbox a few streets away for the keys and return them there. Lucky we had hired a car as dragging our suitcases looking for this fence and then trying to figure out where our apartment was would've been challenging.
- Tara (9/5): Very enjoyable. - Friendly cafe downstairs and on the closest corner. Short walk to convention centre. Lovely, homey and clean. The key lock box was a few blocks from the apartment but easy to walk to using navigator and instructions.
- Stephen (5/5): Suited our needs for the event we were attending but wouldn't stay again. - The location was ideal for our needs. The crockery had been put into the cupboards wet and needed to be washed prior to use. The rubbish chute for the apartment was locked and couldn't be opened.
- Caitlin (7/5): Good location. It's not a hotel, just an airbnb within a residential block. Key held off-site. - The location was great. It was odd that the key information was provided only 3min prior to check-in and the key is located 4 blocks away. I'm not sure why the lockbox can't be onsite as there were about 20 other lockboxes on site. The apartment was advertised with a sofa bed however there was no linen (only a doona) for the sofa-bed even though we requested that it be made up in the booking.

- Jo (6/5): Really stress inducing to be stranded and with messages ignored. They have absolutely no information for check in and we - It was a lovely layout with good space and was clean. Check in isn’t standard 2pm, it’s 3 which isn’t stated until after the booking is made, and they didn’t send any information for check in and my messages were met with reminders that check in was at 3, even as we were out the front at 3 to check in. We were stranded for an hour and didn’t get into the apartment until 4 and the keys were streets away locked in a random fence. Not a great experience with a toddler. The pillows were also unusable.
