• Ickovics (1/5): STAY AWAY!!! - Location was very good The biggest issue was the noise — we were woken up early every morning and could hear footsteps and movement directly above the bedroom at night. One morning, there was hammering above our heads for nearly 10 minutes at 8am. When we raised the issue with the property owner, his response was simply, “You can complain, but unfortunately nothing will happen,” which was quite disappointing. He was very unkind and not understanding. In addition, the apartment had a strong smell of animals, and the sheets, towels, and couch felt unclean. The photos on Booking.com are also very misleading — they show a new and modern apartment, but the reality is quite different. The space is cluttered with the owner’s personal belongings and feels more like someone’s lived-in home than a rental property. There were even clothes in the closet and personal items, such as sealed pictures, scattered throughout the apartment.

• Emma (10/5): Can't wait to come back - I loved my stay in this flat! It's a real home. It's warm, very well equipped, and located in a brilliant neighbourhood. The rental is managed by a company. I had asked whether it might be possible to check in a bit earlier, and I was told it would be ok. However, the person ended up arriving two hours after. I think, I would have preferred a clear 'no' from the start, so I could have made better use of these time. Also, the door is a bit unusual and I had quite a bit of trouble getting it to work properly. Make sure you know exactly how it operates before the representative leaves."

Clean, comfortable, spacious, all you need in the kitchen. We had a lovely stay and heartily recommend this location, We will be back. Thank you! N/A
• Andy (9/5): Comfortable flat in a great location. - Great location for a flat, the flat was not dedicated to guests but that didnt take away from the experience. the bed was very comfortable. Welcome and key collection was easy with a responsive host. Didnt like someone else's possessions around me.
