- Jan (3/5): Wer kein Problem mit Straßenlärm hat / If you´re not scared from street noise - The flat is 3 min. away from underground station kilburn (jubilee line). Evrything ist around and on the way. In the flat: Towels, washing machine, oven, TV, fridge, warm water, Die Wohnung ist 3 Minuten entfernt von der Station "Kilburn" (Jubilee Line). Alles ist da und direkt in der Nähe. The windows are so thin and leaky that it makes no difference whether they are closed. Whether it was the pedestrian beeps from the intersection, the honking, or the frequent sirens of ambulances and police - even earplugs, didn´t help. Die Fenster sind so dünn und undicht, dass es keinen Unterschied macht ob sie geschlossen sind. Ob die Fußgänger-Piepen von der Kreuzung, das hupen oder die häufigen Sirenen von Krankenwagen und Polizei - auch Oropax helfen nicht.

- Daniela (5/5): Location ok but noisy and not very clean. - Very close to Kilburn station and buses. Check in and check out were super easy. The owner answered my messages straight away and was helpful. The building was extremely dirty, litter and all sorts of staff on the stairs, which for someone scared of rats like me was not ideal. The apartment itself was dusty and not very clean in general and there were no cleaning products to clean (although compared to the average of apartments in London it was luxury). Very loud in the night, any sorts of noises, voices, cars, etc from the street. The curtains didn't protect at all from the sun in the morning. The bed and sofa bed were both uncomfortable, the sofa more than the bed. The shower was ok and the toilet too, but it was not possible to close the door, which is unfortunate as the toilet is right in front of the bedroom.
- Adewale (1/5): NOT HABITABLE - This location is in Kilburn, great location because is in the high street The smelling environment. The corridor too the apartment was smelling, Sight rubbish as soon as you open the door to the corridor, and the smells. The pictures attached confirmed. I moved in on the 22nd July, and by 24th I have to leave because I and my daughter became sick, and have to seek for medical attention urgently.
- Zornitsa (8/5): Very good - Very good location. Close to Metro Station, rail, bus stop, markets just behind the corner, places to eat. Very well equiped kitchen. Two separate rooms. Good size bathroom. Clean apartment. Outside the apartment the stairs are dirty and qite steep.
