• Sara (8/5): Appartamento grande centrale consigliato - Apppartamento grande in zona centralissima. Le camere sono a matriosca, non c’è un corridoio che le separa ma è necessario entrare nelle altre per raggiungere la propria. Questo potrebbe essere un problema per la privacy.
• Fabrice (7/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement qui est vraiment en plein coeur du vieux Naples et la grandeur de l'appartement. Il dispose de 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes, ce qui est vraiment pratique. La literie est confortable. L'accueil malgré le fait que l'un de nous parlait italien. Les personnes qui nous ont accueilli, nous on à peine parlé et rien expliquer. L'appartement n'a clairement pas assez d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, et notamment pas de micro ondes et pas de casseroles pour faire chauffer le lait des enfants le matin...

The owner was extremely kind, welcoming, and flexible, which made our stay very smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and clearly well taken care of. The location is also very convenient, close to the city center and easy to get around Naples from. Everything matched the description perfectly, and we felt at home during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nothing i didn’t like everything was phenomenal
• Martina (3/5): da non ripetere - appartamento grande e molto centrale non venite in questa casa ve la sconsiglio. siamo state accolte con l’asciugatrice accesa e tutti i panni stesi di fuori. LA COSA PEGGIORE È LA DOCCIA (allego foto). LA COSA ANCORA PEGGIORE é la signora vera che, dopo non averti salutato all’arrivo, ti imbuca in casa quando non ci sei e qui ti viene il dubbio: come fa a saperlo? telecamere? la vicina che ti spia dalla porta di casa? o dalla finestra del bagno? bella domanda! La signorina vera é entrata nella nostra casa ben due volte, la prima per ritirare i panni e portarne altri che ha gentilmente lasciato a caso sulla sedia e la seconda per spegnere i condizionatori, lasciati appositamente accesi per scaldare la camera considerando che fuori c’erano 10 gradi. ovviamente non avevamo concordato le sue visite, altrimenti le avremmo negate, ma sicuramente ha approfittato del fatto che fossimo 7 ragazze di 18 anni, ma ciò ci ha solo spaventate. Inoltre la camera era sporca e polverosa, la carta igienica era poca e senza scorte e in uno dei 2 bagni non ci si poteva sedere senza mettere le gambe nella doccia.

Padrona di casa molto disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno per ogni chiarimento. Nella casa non mancava nulla riguardo ai confort base per soggiornare tranquillamente. Dovessimo tornare a Napoli la sceglieremo nuovamente
• Elisa (7/5): Tutto Ok, ma poteva anche andare meglio - La posizione è sicuramente ideale per chi vuole visitare il vecchio centro di Napoli. A pochi passi ci sono locali in cui si può fare colazione al mattino e tanti ristoranti per pranzi e cene. Comodo alla fermata metro Duomo, che dista circa 7 minuti a piedi. Consiglio agli host di aggiungere degli attaccapanni e porta asciugamani e magari di cambiare i cuscini con qualcosa di più attuale (cuscini in memory accontentano normalmente tutti). Uno dei lettini era piuttosto scomodo e rumoroso. La doccia, del bagno all'ingresso, andrebbe controllata perché si allaga.

El apartamento es grande y el hecho que esté equipado con lavadora y secadora es un punto a favor. La limpieza en el apartamento debe mejorar de forma considerable. No sé si tuvimos muy mala suerte pero encontramos pelos en las sábanas de las dos camas que teníamos preparadas. El propietario las cambió, y nos dijo que sí habían sido lavadas, pero quizás el ciclo de lavado rápido de 15-30' (que vimos estaban utilizando para lavar un juego de toallas) no es suficiente para dejarlas limpias. El suelo no estaba tampoco realmente limpio.

• Evelin (10/5): Spacious flat in the heart of Naples - The property was huge and very comfortable for three people. Location was perfect in the heart of the historic centre of Naples close to restaurants and main attractions within a few minutes walk. The hosts were available around the clock and were very helpful. We had an issue with hot water in the first night but they instantly came and fixed it🙂 There was a ceiling lamp in the middle room that gave off a subtle light throughout the night, which might be a bit bothersome if, like me, you prefer sleeping in complete darkness. The neighbours were somewhat noisy late at night, and one evening there was a particularly loud argument. But that’s part of the atmosphere in Southern Italy—and honestly, we enjoyed getting a glimpse of what everyday life is like in a typical Neapolitan building. The hosts don’t speak English but again that was not an issue at all.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a property in central Naples! Nothing to note, it was a great place and a very comfortable stay for my family.

• Leong (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay - Location was perfect, very close to many attractions and restaurants. We only stayed one night but found it comfortable and convenient. Great value for money The layout of the flat is a bit odd (you have to walk through each bedroom to get to the next bedroom) which means that if someone in the middle bedroom wants to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, they will need to go through another persons bedroom.

Apartment was clean and good equipped. First impression was bit scarred (bars like in the prison), but we felt safe.
• Maruska (7/5): Good - location in centro historico and two bathrooms...comunication with owner very good apartment has 3 rooms for up to 8 people but...only last one is private, other two rooms are walking through...all 3 windows are looking to the courtyard..and it is loud one..all night long..funny noices, tv, arguing...if you are light sleeper bring ear plugs...towells are very, very shabby, needs change pronto...

• Martin (10/5): Review at La Casa di Vera - The house is in a very central location, 2 minutes walk from Via dei Tribunali. The house is spacious and clean. The owner was really fantastic, extremely helpful in everything, from support on the house, to help in finding parking for the car, to advices on where to eat and to go. The owners of La Casa di Vera, Salvatore and his family, are absolutely great and making everything to make your stay more comfortable than possible. I recommend them to everyone. Everything was great.
• Simon (7/5): Nice place (but a few things missing in the kitchen) - The location is perfect to discover old Naples and at walking distance from most of the attraction. We would have appreciated to have the basic things to cook (boiler in addition to the coffee machine, salt, pepper and olive oil...) because those are not worth buying for a short stay.
