• Carmen (10/5): A fost un sejur extraordinar ! - Locatia este foarte aproape de gară și poti ajunge f repede în punctele de intalnire pentru excursii ! 👍 Deși multă lume ne-a speriat de zona gării datorită oamenilor nu tocmai ok … este o zonă sigură ! Este foarte aproape de restaurante foarte bune 👍 ! Nu avem nimic de reproșat !

Stefano was very kind and helpful at all times. Also possibility to leave luggage after check out, as we had late evening flight. Highly reccommend.

• Katharina (10/5): Alles super! - Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, man ist in 5 Minuten im Zentrum , die Corso Umberto ist quasi ums Eck, ebenso der Piazza Garibaldi ist in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Der Hafen ist ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Unterkunft selbst -> Stefano ist so ein netter und bemühter Gastgeber. Er hat uns täglich gefragt wann wir frühstücken möchten und an einem Tag hat er uns ein Lunchpaket vorbereitet, da wir früh außer Haus sind. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer, eines der insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Es ist sauber und sehr groß, wird täglich gereinigt und die Betten sind bequem. Einziges Manko man sieht nicht aus dem Fenster, das Wetter war dann immer eine kleine Überraschung beim rausgehen aus dem Haus 😅 Die Gegend ist typisch Neapel, nicht besonders attraktiv aber mit einem gewissen Charme. Ganz klare Empfehlung !

• YONG (10/5): - 相比罗马和米兰，那不勒斯的住宿性价比非常好，按照谷歌地图导航也比较准确，在老楼里的民宿。 房东会按手机号用WhatsApp联系，发送进门提醒，如果不使用就在booking消息沟通好。每天早晨按商定时间来做早饭，现煮咖啡和烤热的面包，酸奶水果，很不错。 对面100米就是著名的披萨店，还有本地副食超市和几个水果摊。50米的本地炸披萨更是美味完美，性价比爆棚！ 街上晚上也比较安静 暂无，那不勒斯城市的风格就是老旧，民宿本身没毛病

• Claudia (7/5): Mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più per il rapporto qualità prezzo, soddisfatto l'essenziale - Ottima la posizione da cui si raggiunge facilmente a piedi sia la stazione centrale che la metro ed anche le zone centrali con una camminata. La struttura è pulita e la colazione è fornita per tutti i gusti Un po' scomodo l'accesso alla struttura, ascensore non così grande e comodo soprattutto per l'accesso con passeggino e bambini. La doccia del nostro bagno allagava il bagno dopo le docce e funzionava solo il doccino, nota molto a sfavore poiché l'arredamento è moderno e la camera family è molto spaziosa

• CRICRI (10/5): Cura e amore nella gestione di questa struttura - Posizione strategica proprio alle porte di Spaccanapoli. si percepisce l amore dei gestori dalla cura dei dettagli : dal colore filo conduttore in ogni stanza , alla colazione preparata con attenzione da Stefano disponibile per una bella chiacchierata o per qualche informazione turistica. • Aleksandr (10/5): Grazie, Stefano, e alla tua squadra per la gentilezza e l’ospitalità - Отличный вариант для остановки: чисто, комфортно, уютно, приятно. Отель находится в центральной части, на оживленной улице, но в номере хорошие стеклопакеты + электрические жалюзи снаружи, так что сон комфортный. Завтрак по итальянским меркам отличный, даже удивляет мини шведский стол, учитывая, что в отеле всего три номера. В номере есть мини бар с напитками и снеками - тоже большой плюс. Спасибо Стефано и его команде. Все очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые. Отдельное спасибо Катерине за подробный маршрут по Неаполю. Было бы неплохо добавить чайник хотя бы на общую кухню. А так все отлично.

• Pep (7/5): Zentrale gute Unterkunft - Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sauberes Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter Stefano ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er schreibt alle hilfreichen Informationen über WhatsApp und ist immer erreichbar. Auch die Koffer konnte man am Abflugtag noch in der Unterkunft deponieren. Wir hatten von den drei Zimmern die, die Unterkunft anbietet, leider das Family-Zimmer, da sonst keines mehr frei war. Hier hat man kein Fenster zum rausschauen, das Bett ist in der Empore, mein Mann musste geduckt gehen da er sich sonst den Kopf gestoßen hätte. Die Steintreppe nach oben, ist sehr eng und steil, echt nichts für ältere Menschen. Länger als 2-3 Nächte würde ich dort nicht schlafen wollen. Man weiß nie wie der Tag draußen ist, ein sehr komisches beklemmendes Gefühl, weil es auch im Frühstücksraum leider kein Fenster gibt. Der Tag begrüßt einen erst sobald man vom 2. Stock mit dem alten Lift runterfährt und aus der großen Eingangstüre in den Trubel tritt.

Muy limpio, habitacion amplia, todo esta recien reformado. Desde las 8am que empieza el desayuno se empieza a oir ruido, no es molesto si te levantas pronto

Pyszne śnadanko i poranną kawkę przygotowała Kasia ( Polka) , która bardzo chętnie nam przedstawiła w skróbie co warto zobaczyć w Neapolu . Pokój musielimy opuscić do 10:30 ale walizki mogły pozostać nawet do wieczora .

At night it can feel a bit intimidating if you’re new to the city, but it’s actually quite safe. We had no issues going out late at night or very early in the morning. You’re also just a short walk from the main street and several great restaurants. The hosts were very kind and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Everything was great

Outra curiosidade é estar atrás da Antica Pizzeria de Michelle onde foi gravado o filme Comer, rezar e amar. Nada em relação a estadia, mas a taxa para turista cobrada pela cidade é bastante alta ($4,50) para uma cidade bastante suja como Nápoles.

• Ming (9/5): A Unique Luxury Escape with Stunning Views - The staff were genuinely accommodating, and the breakfast was exceptional — offering a full English spread with scrambled eggs, beans, proteins, cheese, alongside fresh juices, salads, local pastries, croissants, Danishes, and fresh fruits. The rooftop views were breathtaking, and the pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. Staying here truly felt like stepping back in time — a perfect retreat if you want to immerse yourself in the charm of a 16th-century monastery. It’s easy to imagine yourself in the world of The Decameron. Although the hotel is set high on a hill, the location is absolutely worth it if you're seeking a luxurious resort-style experience. Taxi is required if traveling with luggage or late in the day.
• Natasha (10/5): A roomy, modern apartment- perfect for families and excellent proximity to the train station. - We had an excellent stay in this apartment. It was very clean and well-appointed, and had plenty of room for our family of two adults and two children. Stefano was an outstanding host and gave us very clear instructions for accessing the property. He put on a great breakfast every morning and also helped us get a taxi to the airport on our departure day.
