• olivier (5/5): Dommage - Moyen a 350 mètres de l établissement Pas de poubelle ds la salle de bain, impossible de brancher la bouilloire prise non compatible !pas de gobelets ou autre ds la salle de bain et pour le thé a quoi sert la bouilloire ! Le plus important 103 marches pour accéder à la chambre est ce normal !?
• Katja (8/5): - Yllättävän viihtyisä ja siisti huone ja kylpyhuone, vaikka rakennuksen ulkoasu oli melko rapistunut. Jospa hissikin tulisi joskus käyttöön. Epäsiisti rappukäytävä.
• denis (9/5): Napoli nel cuore - La stanza è come sul sito tutto perfetto e super pulito. IL MATERASSO E CUSCINI SONO MERAVIGLIOSI super comodi. La struttura è a un passo da Spaccanapoli , scendi in strada e assapori la vita di Napoli tra bancarelle pizze fritte caffè e sfogliatelle... Lo consiglio. L'unica cosa "negativa" o meglio di disagio (di certo non è colpa di chi gestisce la struttura) al momento stanno ristrutturando l'interno scale e ascensore di conseguenza i 4piani sono da fare a piedi. Gambe e glutei ne usciranno rinforzati . Ma mi sono trovata talmente bene che non vedo l'ora di tornare e vedere tutto sistemato.

• Cannella (8/5): Soggiorno ottimo e colazione al bar perfetta. Stanza moderna e ben curata. Sicuramente ritornerò qui in un prossimo sogg - Della struttura mi é piaciuta la posizione. In pieno centro storico a Napoli, ottimo per raggiungere i maggiori punti d’interesse. Stanza ottima, ben arredata, molto piccola ma ben curata. Si vede che è una struttura nuova. Purtroppo é in un palazzo un po’ fatiscente, in ristrutturazione, essendo la struttura al quarto piano di un palazzo di 4 piani, non c’era l’ascensore che era comunque in fase di costruzione. Spero che nei mesi avvenire la cosa cambi.
• Massimiliano (7/5): Stanza pulita e carina, ma edificio fatiscente. - La stanza era confortevole e pulita. Ristrutturata di recente. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Lo stato fatiscente dell'edificio... Le scale del palazzo molto decadenti con pareti e soffitto in alcune parti staccate. L'ascensore, molto probabilmente appena installato, non era funzionante. In corso c'era la ristrutturazione della facciata dell'edificio.
• Grigorios (7/5): - Πολύ ωραίο στρώμα και ωραία ανατομικά μαξιλάρια. Ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο με ωραίο φωτισμό και πρίζες. Πάντα ζεστό νερό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης όμως δεν θα συνιστούσα να μείνετε σε αυτό το σημείο της πόλης Ηταν στον τέταρτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ. Δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο για να βάζουμε τα νερά μας. Το πατζουρι δεν λειτουργούσε και καμία μέρα δεν έγινε καθαριότητα
• Vilma (7/5): - El cuarto muy bien acondicionado, tal como se ve en las fotos Que está en reparación el edificio, no funciona el ascensor por lo tanto hay que usar las escaleras, pesado si traes maleta son 4 pisos pero parecen 5😅, el barrio con callejones muy obscuros, en lo personal recomiendo no llegar muy noche, en lo personal no me alojaría de nuevo
• Tadić (10/5): Great location and a great room - Room was clean, the location was great near everything you need. The room has everything you need for a couple of days. There was breakfast included in the stay in the near by coffe shop. The host responded very quickly and gave us all the information needed.

• Przemysław (8/5): Klimatyczne miejsce, dobra lokalizacja, korzystnie cenowo! - Najbardziej podobała mi się jego lokalizacja oraz to, że zdjęcia oddają stan faktyczny pokoju :). Bardzo dobry kontakt z hostem. Dobre śniadanie w cenie pokoju w pobliskiej kawiarence. Blisko dworca centralnego co ułatwia dojazd. Apartament jest w kamienicy bez windy. Warto byłoby to zaznaczyć w ofercie ponieważ w komentarz informacja o remoncie windy pojawia się już od lat. Dodatkowo w naszym pokoju (Pink) bardzo mocno słychać odgłosy z sąsiadujące łazienki, w szczególności pracującego wentylatora, który jak jest włączony uniemożliwia spanie (ciągły uciążliwy dźwięk buczenia). Nie każdemu to będzie przeszkadzało ale warto o tym wiedzieć. Również w naszym przypadku trochę nie odpowiadały nam ortopedyczne poduszki, które dla nas były zdecydowanie za twarde - ale to kwestia gustu.

• Marco (8/5): Super posizione, ottima comunicazione con host. Soddisfatto. - Posizione comoda a tutto, comunicazione con host tempestiva e disponibilissima. Apertura di tutte le porte con link, molto funzionale e senza chiavi fisiche da portare in giro. Spazi piccoli ma ben ottimizzati e curati. Quattro piani di scale purtroppo senza ascensore (in costruzione), pulizia non profondissima.

• MUSTAFA (7/5): The manager's courteous and supportive approach left a very positive impression. Her kindness alone - Very friendly and helpful staff. Always smiling and ready to assist! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, the room was not cleaned during our entire stay, which was disappointing. Breakfast was served at a nearby café, and the provided voucher only covered one croissant and one drink (tea or coffee). There was no elevator in the building during our visit, although one was being installed. In the meantime, we had to use the stairs, which was quite tiring.
• David (8/5): Comfortable room and good mattress. - The room and bathroom were clean,good bed and had air conditioning. The property was on the 4th floor and with no working lift . I didn’t notice that on the booking page and if I had ,I wouldn’t have booked,being 76 years of age ,having both Chronic obstructive airways disease and coronary vessel disease,I only went up the stairs at the end of the day. It was a new experience using electronic keys on my mobile phone! When the lift is functioning,I’d gladly stay there again but until then will give it a miss !
• Lourenço (7/5): Good - Very comfortable bed, one of the best that I’ve stayed so far! Breakfast very simple, croissants and coffee, no more no less, good to start the day… The detail that was left out was that the accommodation is in a 4th floor with no elevator available. Older/people with reduced mobility will find this very challenging. The perfect stay for young people in the very ‘centro storico’. The overall was very good.
• World_adventurer (6/5): A stay with potential that fell short on communication - Our stay at Dreams and Colours was, overall, okay. The apartment itself was relatively clean, and accessing it via digital key went smoothly. The room had a modern feel, and while there were some quirks, it provided a functional base for exploring Naples. The building is located in a fairly central area, making it a convenient starting point for getting around the city. Unfortunately, the experience was marked by several avoidable issues. Upon arrival, we were greeted by what felt like a construction zone inside the building—an unwelcoming foyer, likely due to elevator work, with no warning provided beforehand. The apartment is located on what is described as the fourth floor, but the steep and winding staircase makes it feel more like the sixth. There were no clear markings on the floors, which left us confused and wondering if we had missed it altogether. Inside the apartment, the lighting and window shade switches were unnecessarily complicated, adding frustration to an already tiring arrival. Although generally clean, we found black hairs on the bed and towels, and there was no towel hanger in the bathroom—a small but annoying oversight. The most disappointing part, however, was the handling of the included breakfast. Although we had booked a room with breakfast, no one explained how to claim it. Only on the last day did we discover some card-sized coupons in the room, which turned out to be breakfast vouchers. When I messaged the host asking if we could still use them, the response was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially blaming us for not asking sooner. Ironically, we were reminded multiple times about the tourist tax—but not once about how to access the breakfast we had already paid for. The host's handling of the situation, including oddly worded responses like “she didn’t ask for anything,” was frustrating and impersonal, especially considering I was the one in direct communication the entire time. Rather than trying to find a solution, the focus was on justifying the miscommunication. With clearer communication, better maintenance of the building, and a more guest-focused approach, Dreams and Colours could be a solid accommodation option. For now, however, the poor handling of our concerns, especially around something as basic as breakfast, made the experience more stressful than it should have been.

• Skaros (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful, always in contact with us enquiring if we needed anything - It was right in the center, close to all restaurants and places of interest Unfortunately it is in the process of having a elevator fitted, and the apartment is on the 4th floor! So a lot of stairs to walk up.

We used the breakfast tickets twice, which give you a croissant and coffee of choice. Really happy with our stay in Naples thank you 😊 Everything was perfect.

• Veerle (7/5): Good - The room was clean and comfortabel. Great location. Near metro Duomo and city center. The room is in the 4th floor and there was no lift. I reallize it’s a temporary problem but it would have been great to have known this. Four stories to climb (with luggage) is a lot !
• Maryna (4/5): Zero Italian hospitality - - Nice location: central and next to the subway - Clean inside the apartment - Comfortable bed - Building was dirty - Very strong smell of chemicals inside the apartment which made it hard to breathe - The staff couldn’t care less. No hospitality. Snappy responses over WhatsApp. Instead of inquiring how our stay is and whether we needed something, all I got is “check out at 10 am and leave the city tax.” Guests do not matter here. - Out of so many amazing places to eat around, the breakfast is served at a local cafe barely rated 3/5 on Google with multiple negative reviews. I didn’t even bother spoiling my morning there after reading feedback from other guests.
• Jade (9/5): Modern room, great facilities and central location ☺️ - Modern room and bathroom, very good air conditioner. Nice TV size. Great soundproofing as the street downstairs is very busy. Very central location close to everything. It is very high on the 6-7th floor so if you are elderly or disabled I wouldn’t recommend. The neighbourhood is a little crowded but I think most don’t mind that.
• Fabrice (10/5): Un très bon pied à terre. - The welcome was excellent, despite our very late arrival. always ready to find a solution to meet your needs. the room is modern and very comfortable. everything is easily accessible. Don't worry about the exterior appearance which may seem dated. inside it's perfect.
