• Leoni (1/5): Pessimo e fortunatamente solo una notte… - La posizione Appartamento non corrispondeva alla descrizione..La pulizia pari a 0,asciugamani pieni di capelli,la lavatrice piena di panni sporchi dentro,prese della corrente sfasciate…l’acqua della doccia fredda e il doccino rotto…senza contare che nella descrizione c’era la macchinetta del caffè almeno per un semplice caffè appena svegli ma niente,per poi darci la spiegazione che era stata rubata e avendola ordinata non era arrivata(come che a Milano non si trovi un negozio di elettrodomestici) ma poi mettere una moka era anche troppo… Comunque noi non prenoteremo più e sinceramente non consiglio…pessimo..

• Dimishkov (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great We paid 180 euros per night and there was no Wi Fi. I have been in more than 30 countries and this is the first time i didn't have Wi Fi in the accomodation. The accomodation is okay for 60 euros per night not 180 euros per night.

• Seb (8/5): Great area and good apartment. Getting into the apartment building can be improved - Good location to the city and the cathedral. Very clean and nice apartment. Getting into the building is a little tricky and can be improved.
• Daniela (9/5): Stay in January 14 to 17th - Very cosy apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need. Few minutes walk from city centre and from Navigli area. Grecery shops and cafes 2 min walk away! Highly recommended, great value for money.

• Vlado (8/5): Good location and flat, the checkin process can be improved - The location and exact floor of the properly should be shown more clearly. The checkout process with the locks is a bit confusing. You need to have 4G/5G mobile internet on your phone in order to check in and enter the apartment ( this should be stated more clearly)
• Zachary (4/5): Disappointing - Location The washing machine stopped working half way through our first load and made our clothes stink. It also had little to no hot water in the entire place causing cold showers for two days. The host took 45 minutes to respond with proper check in directions and details when we weren’t able to get into the property.

• Emilia (4/5): if you want to be stressed out book this - only the location is okay This reservation was a nightmare. I got no instructions about the check-in process from host, even though I was asking a day before, and also a few times on departure day. More- I got NO reply. He was not answering the phone even on 3 PM, when I should be in room already. I had to engage doorman and finally host answered the calls. However, no further instructions how to check in were sent untill 4.30 pm. And still, unclear instructions only. You have to ask about everything- code to open the gate, the big doors because they will not help you with anything. Slow replies, rude and unprofessional host. Never been more furious about stay. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR VACATION IN PEACE.
• Βαγγέλης (7/5): Good - The appartment's location was very helpful for somone that wants to explore the city either on foot or by the city transport. Although there were no instructions in order to open the doors and get into the appartment, the host was very helpful. There were almost no utensils (spoons ,forks, knives), there were signs that no one cleaned the house before we arrived (we found food in the bedside table and the litter can next to the toilet was full of toilet paper). Also there was no dish soap, hand soap or nearly enough toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. Furtheremore, there were no instructions delivered beforehand in order to open the doors and get in the appartment, as i had to contact the host multiple times in order to get the necessary information

The sofa bed was very noisy and uncomfortable, the only item that needs to be replaced in the house.

We couldn't find the apartment because we haven't enough information of the host and after she didn't provided information quick about the keys and the codes of the entrance. We lost time and effort to communicate again and again.

The apartment wasn’t clean and no towels or shampoo or enough below we call her three time to get the internet and finally we manage it without her support
