• TamyEng (8/5): Bonito apartamento cerca de Termini, pero algo ruidoso - El apartamento es muy bonito, las camadas muy cómodas. Esta muy cerca de Termini pero alejado del resto de cosas. Por la noche hay bastante ruido de coches ya que el apartamento esta en una calle bastante transitada. Yo tuve que dormir con tapones. Tuvimos problemas con la ducha ya que apenas salía agua y era un poco incomodo.

• Tina (9/5): Comfy, nicely decorated, good host! - Beds very comfortable, lovely shower, bedrooms a good size, good location for mini supermarket and food places, great communication from host. Main door a little tricky to open, flights of steep stairs to get to the floor it is located on. Didn't spoil it for us but we were travelling with an older person with mobility problems so it wasn't ideal!

• Dorina (10/5): Perfect location, comfortable stay - It is the second time I am staying there, an now it became even more comfortable. The bath room is renovated, which ia great! It may be noisy in the night.

• Joana (8/5): - Ótima localização, com fácil acesso a transportes, comércio e até a alguns pontos turísticos. Zona muito segura. Apartamento muito acolhedor, conforme aparece nas fotos. O Gian conseguiu que antecipassem o check-in para as 10:00 am, o que foi uma grande ajuda com as malas! A precisar de alguns arranjos menores, como fuga de água no WC. Água com pouca pressão, o que dificulta e atrasa os banhos. Apesar de limpo, seria conveniente uma limpeza mais profunda, principalmente ao sofá.
• Belize (10/5): Sensação de estar em casa. - Fiquei hospedada em Roma com mais três amigas e a experiência foi simplesmente incrível. O apartamento é maravilhoso, impecável tanto na estrutura quanto nos detalhes. Tudo é muito bem equipado: desde taças e talheres dourados até ferro de passar roupa, Netflix e todos os itens necessários para uma estadia confortável. As camas são extremamente confortáveis, o aquecimento da casa é excelente e se regula automaticamente, o que fez toda a diferença no conforto. O apartamento é lindo, muito bem cuidado e acolhedor. O proprietário foi excepcional: sempre muito atencioso e disponível, respondeu rapidamente às mensagens e esteve disposto a nos ajudar com qualquer coisa que precisássemos durante toda a estadia. A localização é perfeita: perto de cafés, supermercados, pontos de transporte e a apenas 10 minutos da Fontana di Trevi. Dá para ir a pé a praticamente todos os pontos turísticos imagináveis. Sem dúvida, foi uma das melhores experiências que já tivemos. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar novamente! Nada à declarar.
• Simona (9/5): Quattro passi a Roma - Posizione comodissima. Casa accogliente e ben riscaldata. Provvista di tutti i comfort. Non si poteva chiedere di meglio. Mancano alcune accortezze che potrebbero rendere il soggiorno più piacevole.
• Maryam (6/5): - Close to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Apartment is a perfect size for a family of four. Adorable decor and nice shower. One minute walk to the supermarket and nice pastry shops. The elevator was a plus. The place was not ready until the very last minute. Unlike every other place we’ve stayed, which allowed early check-in or at least some flexibility, this one kept us waiting until exactly 2 PM. We had to wait outside in the summer heat with kids and luggage, and even at 2 PM, we hadn't received any message to enter. Eventually, we decided to go upstairs and to our surprise, the cleaning staff was still there. The floor in the bathroom was still wet, and the strong smell of cleaning products meant we had to open all the windows to air the place out. It was not a welcoming start to our stay

• Rebecca (6/5): Pretty apartment near to rail and Colosseum - The location is convenient to access the major sites of Rome and the rail network. The beds and pillows are comfy. The decor is pretty and it’s nice to have real plants. There is no laundry in the apartment; however a wonderful arrangement to drop off and pick up laundry to the laundromat down the road which was great. As it was winter, the apartment was quite dark, especially for cooking. There was barely enough utensils to cook with; fine if you are eating out but not if you want to cook meals. The owner was receptive to fixing the problems like the fridge which was stinky and to improve the cleaning. There is quite a bit of road noise, we managed ok with ear plugs. There is minimal water pressure in the shower.
• Karen (8/5): Cozy Apartment in Rome. - The property was in a great location just down from Santa Maria Maggiore & close to transit stops. There was a lot of room for the 3 of us; comfortable beds and a nice living room/kitchen for spending time together. The only two improvements that could be made: one of the bedrooms just has sheer curtains, which made it difficult to sleep since the street is very bright and active and the water pressure in the shower is very low.

• Monica (7/5): Precioso apartemento, ubicado en el cetntro de Roma - La ubicación, en el centro, cerca de monumentos para visitar, tiendas, supermercados y la estación Termini. Precioso apartamento, con todos los detalles de diseño, camas muy cómodas . Se salía el agua de la ducha por un lateral de la mampara y formaba un charco en el suelo, el agua caliente salía sin fuerza de la ducha. Obligarme a limpiar la casa, dejarla recogida tal y como estaba, es lo que me ha sentado mal, siempre dejo todo recogido, pero que me obliguen me parece mal. En booking especifica que incluye la limpieza, no me tienen que obligar a fregar los platos y poner todo en su sitio, como he dicho antes siempre lo hago, no me gusta que me lo digan.. IMPORTANTE, cuidado con las tasas municipales, en booking pone que está incluida y al terminar la reserva cambia el precio que pone y las tasas te las cobra aparte el propietario, tengan cuidado, lo he reclamado varias veces con captura de pantalla y no me ha hecho caso booking, demostrándolo con imágenes y hora de la reserva.

• Habib (10/5): It was an amazing stay! - Location was very good. It's in one of the best areas we liked in Rome, very close to Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. There's a very good supermarket for everything we needed downstairs. Also, one of the nicest cafés for breakfast and excellent coffee was on the corner of the building. Many main attractions are close by, by metro or bus. Apartment was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. It looks exactly like in the pictures they have here. The AC wasn't working well the 1st night, but the host was quickly responsive and sent us 2 new fans in their boxes right away until they fixed the AC later in our stay.

• Astrid (9/5): Feeling home in Rome! - Location, spacious organization of apartment, everything there that you need and decorated with style We had on the first morning a problem with the drainage of the shower and the pressure when flushing the toilet and it felt like a disaster at first but the host fixed it within short time.
• Lieve (8/5): Best deal in Rome for a two bedroom appartement - Very convenient location, close to Termini and Colosseum, with supermarkets, bakeries, public transport, restaurants, ... nearby. Light and spacious rooms with enough storage spaces. Tv with Netflix in every bedroom. Light and airy common room for cooking and eating. The apartment needs some maintenance and amenities were rather basic but the owners is very responsive.

The wifi was faulty, bathroom shower difficult to operate and doors did not work therefore water went everywhere (not fun to clean up after a shower). Door locks changed during our stay as manager indicated a 30 minute task took an entire afternoon (not fun when arriving from a very long overseas flight). Unfortunately manager did not communicate in a timely fashion. Not the return on value that I expected.

• Michał (8/5): A pleasant, clean apartment - A pleasant apartment in a pretty convenient location with less tourists than in some more popular parts of the centre. Bright and spacious enough. Very clean, with crisp white bed linen and towels. Pizzerias, bakeries and supermarkets in the nearest neighbourhood. The shower is the only problematic thing: it’s missing a door and the temperature is not intuitive to set. It’s a pity, because it spoils the overall good experience a bit.

• Ana (10/5): Perrrrfect! - Beautiful apartment, great location as many sites within walking distance, supermarket right next door, excellent communication with the host, very pleasant and hospitable, sharing recommendations and quickly responding to messages and calls. I've felt very supported. The apartment is fully equipped, they thought of every detail, there are even umbrellas that you can use in case of rain. Thank you, this is how hospitality service should look like :) I would recommend installing double-sided windows to buff a bit of the outside street noise, as it is a main street but not a crowded area. We did not need air-condition as we were there in May, but I did not notice the air-condition in the rooms, only in the living area, maybe I missed this detail.

• Radwa (8/5): Amazing location and apartment, super host. - Location, and the aesthetic of the apartment - the host was quite helpful and super sweet. We asked for the apartment to be cleaned and they provided that right away. The owner of the building was quiet aggressive, as we took our luggage out of the apartment she had a fight with me telling me that it’s not a hotel and that if I wanted to wait for my colleagues I should wait on the street not inside the entrance lobby.

Tons of restaurants nearby, shops, and a grocery store to make your stay even more pleasant. The shower doors are a little tricky and we needed someone to fix them, but the host was super responsive and the next day the doors opened and closed with ease.

• Toni (6/5): it was cheaper than comparable options , nice large size and had most amenities, sufficient but could be SUBSTANTIALLY b - location was close to termini and metro stops. nice and big rooms. floors were dirty and bedding either had some stains or wasn’t cleaned properly. and slats were missing from bed frame. windows didn’t really close properly and didn’t have screens. air conditioner was only in doorway and basically didn’t work but we couldn’t open the windows due to the bugs and horrendous noise. Was incredibly loud and very warm. The elevator getting up was awful as you couldn’t get bags in and out due to the doors. the air conditioner didn’t really produce cold air but did drip all night long into a big puddle of water on the floor. this place could be really nice if they put more work into it.

• Maida (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location, we went on foot everywhere, plus metro station just around the corner. The flat is very comfortable. It is pretty loud as it is on one of the main streets so I had to use ear plugs for sleeping but I don't mind that in exchange for the great location. I would suggest some more kitchen utensils, such us a toaster for ex. and more coffee cups (to fit the coffee machine). Other than that everything was perfect.

• Philipp (5/5): Good location, bad communication and extremely noisy from the street - Host unresponsive, we called the number and rang the door bell as indicated. Nobody answered. Luckily we could slip in with someone else, because the host responded after more than 1 hour. Usually we would have looked for another accommodation by then. Also instructions for the accommodation weren’t complete. You had to activate electricity with a key, which was new to us and took us a while. We were convinced that electricity was switched off due to the construction site on the other site of the entrance of the apartment. It was closed off with some plastic curtain, not a great sight. Also the bedroom window was broken and could not be closed, leaving the nights extremely noisy. We sent another message to the host where we could drop luggage after check out but this has been ignored completely. Would certainly advise against a stay here.
