- Chantal (9/5): Une vue exceptionnelle. Wow! - La vue est magnifique et l’emplacement est parfait. L’épicerie est juste à côté et tous les transports et le tramway est gratuit. Les lits sont confortables et l’appartement est propre. Les instructions pour le check-in sont très bien expliquées avec les photos. Ce sont des commentaires constructifs parce que je recommande fortement cette endroit. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Avec une vue aussi magnifique, les vitres de porte patio devraient être propres. Nous étions 3 et l’appartement peut contenir 4 personnes mais nous avions seulement 2 assiettes, peut être ajouter un bol à mélanger. Nous aurions apprécié plus de débarbouillettes, seulement 4 pour 2 nuits à trois personnes. Il faudrait ajouter des sacs poubelles. Dernier point, ajouter un livre d’instruction pour l’accès à la piscine et gym, nous ne l’avons pas trouvé.

- Cheryl (8/5): Exploring Melbourne from a convenient location. - The location was alright. Close to some restaurants. Pretty limited with regard to kitchen supplies. Living room furniture was enough for 3 people. Hand towels or paper towels would have been great. One of the bedrooms had a double bed and one has a queen.

- Pearl (5/5): Disappointed - Great views There was no instructions as to how to get to the pool, no cooking utensils, one bowl, only one blanket for two beds, no instructions that there is a rubbish shoot on the level to use, one aircon that didn’t service one of the rooms.
- David (7/5): Location fantastic - excellent for Marvel stadium / Queen Vic markets and CBD. - Location fantastic. Amazing views, very comfortable apartment. Initial key pick up was difficult. App didn't open properly on phone, leading to confusion. Nowhere to park whilst you are over the street getting the keys. Would be very difficult on your own. Key pick up ideal if you arriving at Southern Cross by train/bus.

The bed in the main room was a single king. I have a big and more comfortable mattress in my caravan.

- Carolyn (6/5): - Location was excellent, easy from Southern Cross station, and Tram's into the CBD on the doorstep (though easy walking distance to most things). Selection of shops across the road so no distance to go for supplies etc More pillows for each bed, it was odd not having a top sheet, just a cover. Being a 5 night stay, would have been nice to have a hand towel in each bathroom.
The option of a second key would have been nice - there were 4 people staying so we needed to constantly coordinate as to when to meet
Not a particualrly well stocked kitchen - had to buy a bottle opener! Designed to accomodate 4 people but only 3 chairs in lounge - all furniture was pretty tired.

Kids loved the two swimming pools and rock climbing wall. Didn't receive the email about how to get the keys and what our room number was but once I phoned them it was a sorted within minutes

The apartment was clean and provided extra amenties. - Easy check in with keypal, get a QR code to enter and collect key, Accommodation is across the road from Spencer Street Station. Great location, close to Southbank. The apartment provided many things to make our stay more enjoyable. Iron, washing machine, bathroom goods. Lovely view over Marvel Stadium. The main bedroom only had a double bed with a budget mattress.

The pool wasn't even in the same building, which wasn't ideal with kids.
Very expensive stay. Would be better off at a lovely hotel.
- Dixon (7/5): Good - Location was great with easy access to transport and various resturants and cafes in the immediate. The KeyPal solution in principal is great, but the quality of the Kaypal solution is terrible.
The operators are not able to assist in any meaningful way. If the home/operator of the apartment wasn't available to send a new QR code it would have been a major issue with gaining access.
The room could have been cleaner and the quality of the linen and towels of a higher quality.
It would be hard to give it anything higher than a 7.
- Rebecca (1/5): Not worth the money stay away and book elsewhere. - The location is very good. This property is listed as a 2 bedroom air conditioned appartment which it is not, it has 1 proper bedroom and the other bedroom is sectioned of with a particion wall that’s see through. The air condition in the apartment is an old split system in the living area and does not cool the bedrooms at all. In the bedroom that is actually seperate from the living area the temperature reached 32 Celsius with all the curtains down on a not hot day in Melbourne. This is not a condition our little children could sleep in and we had to pull the mattress of the bed and sleep them on the living room floor. The whole reason we booked an apartment and not a hotel room was so my husband and I could enjoy the common area once the children were asleep.
Also the bed in the bedroom was a small 130cm bed and the mattress was as hard and uncomfortable as a cot mattress! We contacted the property with our concerns directly when we got there and realised this was not suited for young children and they have yet to even bother to reply. Overall very disappointed.

Plenty of restaurants, street food down lane ways. Close to Spencer Street Station - ideal for New Years Day races at Flemington. Shopping precinct with Spencer Street Outlets across the road. Minor points. Key collection a little tricky when QR Code wouldn’t load. Staff assisted by sending screen shot. Make sure you exit the carpark exactly the same way you enter. No arrows. Can be difficult to navigate the way out for the first time.

- Susan (9/5): Clean, secure, modern, comfortable with an excellent view and location. - It was very clean, comfortable and secure, with excellent catering facilities with everything we needed, such as pepper & salt, cling wrap, ample coffee, tea, sugar etc, etc. Just needed to buy our own milk and perishables. Plenty of eating and take away food places nearby. Coles and the Southern Cross Railway station were very close as well as taxi stands. Great location near public transport. It had a washing machine and drying rack. The view was great, especially at night with all the lights. N/A

Easy access to groceries (Coles right nearby).
Apartment was clean, had everything we needed and a view over Marvel Stadium.
Loved that it had an ensuite as well as bathroom and carparking as we drove.
Beds are comfortable, The place sleeps 4 but only has a small 2 seater lunge and a small 1 seater chair (and not very comfortable).
Pillows are very flat and so not supportive - maybe include some larger ones too (or bring your own)
Car park was a tight park for us in a long station wagon but still great to have a carpark
Key access could be difficult with one person as have to park to get into Keypal nearby to get the keys before you can access apartments carpark (there is parking out front of Kepal so as long as it is free you are all good)
- Lynette (6/5): Great location but owner needs to address the above for the price charged. - The location was excellent, close to all transport we required including Trains, Skybus and trams. Kitchen was well equiped. Furniture was cheap and mostly uncomfortable especially the Master Bedroom where the springs in the mattress were giving way often. The Lounge was very hard to sit in for any length of time. Dining was good. The bath towels and face washers provided were completely non-absorbent and of very cheap poor quality.

- Cath (8/5): Great location but need to look at their cleaning services - The apartment was in a very good location across the road from Southern Cross station and a few minutes walk from the free tram. The apartment is on the 42nd floor with marvelous views of the city and was reasonably quiet even given the central location. It was good to have safe parking below the apartment. I had some queries about how to work the stove top (there is a switch hidden behind a flower arrangement on the back splash) and the owner quickly responded. There are 2 double beds in the apartment and the sheets seemed cheap and wouldn't stay in place which made sleeping uncomfortable. As noted in previous reviews, the level of cleanliness is not great; I found an old peach pit and other mess under the couch, dirty windows and mirrors and mould in the showers. This is not really acceptable when there is a $140 cleaning fee included in the price for a 7 day stay.

Staff were very helpful. Good location close to train and Docklands. The beds were quite hard which is a personal.preference and finding our way out of the carpark was disorientating for a 1st timer.

- Michael (3/5): Not luxurious or marvellous at all as advertised and totally overpriced and barely 3.5 star rating. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MO - The views were amazing The property was very unclean. The toilet had urine stains from previous tenants, the stove had baked food still on the baking tray, the floors were not vacuumed and left untidy, the bin in the bathroom had rubbish from previous people, the walls and floors had marks and stains everywhere and the windows with views were interrupted by numerous fingerprints and smudge marks. There was bleach stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms covered with a rug not styled for that room. Very disappointed and disgusted as when the cleaner came back after complaining he basically said it is what it is and wiped the toilet, the stove and made the windows worse by cleaning them all with window cleaner and the same cloth. Yes that’s right, my family and I were astonished watching this happen in front of us.

- David (10/5): Great value for money with amazing views. - Great location for Southern Cross Railway and Bus Station including Skybus - all 2 minutes walk away. Coles supermarket, across the road, was very handy. The CBD and Yarra are also only short walks away. The apartment has great views looking over Marvel Stadium(you can't see the pitch) and down the Yarra to the docks. We also liked that the apartment had coffee pods, some kitchen and bathroom basics - more than would normally be supplied in a short-term rental apartment. The beds were very comfortable. Overall it was great value for money. Minor things - not many power sockets, the dining table is small if you had 4 people staying, could do with some more matching crockery.
