• Junji (6/5): 普通 - ロケーションは抜群。セキュリティもいい。隣室も静か。 入居時に最終日の退出予定時刻を告げたにもかかわらず、伝わっておらず、最終日に空港到着予定の7時間も前に追い出された。退出当日の14時には次の宿泊者の到着予定を入れており、顧客サービスより儲け第一が透けて見えた。屋上プールの画像が載せてあるが、常時使える訳ではなく前日までの予約が必要である。

• Wendy (10/5): A comfortable clean base for exploring the city. Great pool, easy check in. - The room was a good size. Went to the café downstairs on the first day and it was good. Great location for walking to lots of attractions. The roof top pool was excellent. Gym looked good but we did not use it. Nothing
• Brittney (7/5): Good location! - Location is amazing - so close to walking street & the opera house. We took grabs to & from the war museum / markets so not sure how close those are on foot. The host was really easy to deal with when checking in, and met us there on arrival. The pool is nice - especially in the heat! Although, would be nice to have an extra towel for the pool. We were given a cold bottle of water each which was nice too. The wifi is good. Really great value for money in HCM city! We found a fake nail in the bed - which suggested it wasn't cleaned properly. We were told not to get anything dirty on the white towels; which is understandable, but an alternative to wash our face with would have been a great addition. The shower does make a leak / dripping noise - which can be annoying at night time - and there is a small window near the couch with no curtain which lets light into the room. There was no top sheet on the bed either, which I think would improve the “cleanliness” feeling.

• Aiza (10/5): Great Location - The location is very convenient. It is near everything. Walking distance to Vincom and Saigon center and Saigon square. A bit of a walk to Benh tanh market. Near many restaurants and massage shops too. The pool is big and has a great view of District 1. The host is very accommodating and even recommended places to see and visit. The area is quiet despite being near the busy street of Le than ton.
• Lisa (9/5): Great stay - Location is fantastic close to everything. I was upgraded due to malfunctioning air-conditioning so I can't comment on the room I had booked. The apartment I was upgraded to was amazing. The only thing was ongoing noisy renovations during the day....all fine for me because I was out most of the day.

Also the apartment has a great location, right in the center of the city. The household was very intelligent and polite, she is a good one. The room was clean, I appreciate this very much. I think I will be back for staying in Ho chi minh

Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, plenty of kitchen equipment and bonus as we could wash our clothes. Good communication from host, lots of advice and help.
