• Marko Magdenovic (3/5): Don't go near it if you have any other alternative - The buliding is nice and clean, the neighbourhood is quiet The apartment is in poor condition. The couch for sleeping is ancient and uncomfortable. I guess a 200 euro investment in a new one from ikea was too big of an investment. The kitchenette was decent and the only decent part of the apartment. It was adequately clean, I guess. The linens and towels were clean. It has the most ridiculosly small 14inch monitor posing as a tv, another 100euro investment. The keys do not function, and neither does the air conditioning. The process of getting and out of the building is semifunctioning. The shower is in poor condition, they even didn't bother to remove the limescale from the shower head. Shape of the bathroom is really wierd, the windows are old and drafty, and the whole apartment is in tiles, which makes it uncomforatable to walk. In total, the aparment requires complete renovatiom. As for rent, it is passable, if you are literally have no other place to stay in the city
• Tom (5/5): Pratique avec compromis et pour peu de temps - -L'appartement et l'immeuble sont très sécurisés -L'appartement est situé près du métro et de plusieurs pizzeria -Il y avait deux bouteilles d'eau au frais et deux petites bouteilles de shampoing gel douche ainsi que deux savons pour nous -L'appartement était très propre ! -Il y a beaucoup de rangements -Belle vue -Il y a des fuites à la douche (d'ailleurs celle ci coule très mal c'est une catastrophe) et au lavabo si bien que le sol était inondé après utilisation -Les fenêtres sont mal isolées donc on entend beaucoup la rue passante en dessous -L'appartement n'est pas accessibles pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à utiliser leur téléphone portable car les portes se déverouillent avec un smartphone -L'appartement n'est pas accessible aux personnes en surpoids car la douche est très petite et l'appartement est au 9eme étage avec un ascenseur minuscule pour 1 personne à la fois ! -Il n'y avait pas de café comme sur les photos, il n'y avait même pas de sel ! C'est plutôt mal équipé... Juste de l'huile

• Biagio (1/5): Un disastro!!! - Solo ed esclusivamente la posizione vicina alla metro a sua volta molto vicino a fiera Milano Rho Un divano letto con materasso sottiletta che non ci ha fatto chiudere occhio con mal di schiena persistente per tutta la durata della fiera, rumori stradali assordanti tutta la notte che non ci hanno fatto chiudere occhio, Spazio bagno quasi inutilizzabile 40 cm di spazio tra doccia e muro per passare al water, cavi elettrici scoperti da contatore al quadro elettrico tutto a vista….televisore microscopico con decoder esterno con telecomando non funzionante…..uno squallore
