• Mathias (10/5): - Der Schlüsseltresor war etwas schwer zu finden, da die Angaben die per Textnachricht kam nicht richtig gestimmt hat. Das Appartement hat mich dafür aber mehr als positiv überrascht!
• Caitlin (9/5): Superb - Great location, well connected to city center and in close proximity to local amenities e.g., supermarkets, pharmacy, salons and cafes/retauraunts. Apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Local area was quiet and safe. dishes were not very clean. I was unable to view the website with apartment entry instructions at the location as I had no internet connection and I assumed the instructions and/or wifi password would have been relayed via booking.com or email. this is my mistake rather that a company fault however it would have been helpful to have access to this information elsewhere. Luckily I was able to use the hotspot of a delivery driver.
• Marcela (6/5): Not very satisfactory - Good location as we attended a concert close to the accommodation. Close to train and bus connections. It was easy to find the appartment and get in. The apartment was well equipped. •Bed linen had a badly dried smell. •Hot in apartment/no climate •On the day of our stay, the owner wrote us to leave the tourist tax in cash, which she initially referred to as a "deposit". However, when we booked through Booking, we paid the full amount, which included taxes and fees. It wasn't a lot (3€/person/night), but it was unexpected as the terms and conditions didn't state anything like that. I think all extra charges should be mentioned in the terms of accommodation so that the customer can count with it. It was also bizarre that there was a form to fill out, but we couldn't find a pen in the whole apartment and didn't have time to hunt for one.
• Jan (10/5): Great, but be careful with parking - Everything related to apartment was great. Some problems with entering via app. Be careful with parking on nearby parking garage - Langobardenstrase 59A, our car was broken in, they told us that it happened several times this year.
• Marko (8/5): Stranger things - The apartment was very tidy and modern. Comunication with the owner was so weird, we couldn't tell if its a human or robot. Using door is via mobile app, it expired before our check out time so we stayed locked in and couldn't get out. There were no shampoo or shower gel, only hand soap..

• Anastasia (9/5): Overall really good stay! - Nice big apartment with the self check-in, with all the needed amenities. Really comfortable and good communication with the owner. Instructions were all very helpful. Area is very quiet. The location is not too bad, 10min on foot to the subway station and with supermarkets nearby. Only one towel was available, would be good to have at least 2: for example for hands and for body

• Adi (8/5): Very good - new apartment (too bad it was inhabited before), the owner was very communicative one of the pillows was dirty, there was a dirty towel under the topper (bedroom), needs a bigger table, no balcony, parking was a little far, all the dishes were dirty (in the washing machine)

• Zuzana (9/5): When you get in, the apartment has everything 😊 - Location was great, close to metro and highway to Czech Republic. You need to download an app to open a door, so it is limited for people with smartphones. Also we have trouble to access it via sended code, so frustrated, but probably the future right 🙂

• Alessia (8/5): Very good - Very nice and comfortable apartment, close to the public transport, 15/20 minutes from the city centre. Quiet surroundings, with lots of supermarkets. Host very kind, quick in answering. It's very useful to have the parking (also for a convenient price) even if it's 10 minutes walking from the apartment. The door of the apartment is controlled by an app but we actually prefer the old way key-style; the cleaning should be improved a little
