• Natalia (9/5): - El alojamiento es bastante amplio y tiene muchísimo almacenaje para guardar las cosas que necesites. La ubicación era excelente. Estaban al lado del Vaticano y al cruzar el puente estabas en el centro de la ciudad. Servicios cercanos de autobús. Las colchas estaban sucias, pero nos las cambiaron enseguida por unas nuevas. Como recomendación, daría una mano de pintura a las paredes y cuidaría un poco más el tema de la limpieza. Por el resto, perfecto.

• Maureen (8/5): El apartamento era grande, igual que las fotos, pero falta equipar la cocina con toallas. - Ubicación excelente, cercano a los sitios de interés, con supermercados cercanos y cafeterías y restaurantes. Que cuando hicimos la reserva quedó pendiente el cobro de un monto de €120 euro por tax de turista, que cobran en Italia de €6 por persona por noche, pero la host no aceptaba el pago con tarjeta, solo efectivo, tuvimos que hacer un PayPal y por eso tuvimos que adicionar 15 euros que le cobraban al host por recibir PayPal. Nosotros llevábamos poco efectivo.

Uteráky veľké a čisté. Dostatok toaletných potrieb. Keďže sme si prečítali recenzie, vedeli sme,do čoho ideme. Rozhodla skvelá poloha. Som ale prekvapená, že majiteľ nerobí nič pre to, aby urobil nápravu. Stále rozbité sedadlo na WC, stále pleseň v kúpeľni. Veľmi špinavá podlaha, rozbité lampy... Byt má veľký potenciál. Stačilo by ozaj trochu pozornosti a dojem by bol úplne iný. Škoda.

• H1b3rt0 (10/5): Angel House is AMAZING!!! - Localização, acessibilidade, comodidades e proximidade a restaurantes, supermercados e outros serviços, além de ficar a 7 minutos a pé da entrada do Vaticano. O apartamento tem Android TV, WI-FI muito bom (cerca de 1GB) 2 aparelhos de AC, máquina de café, máquina de lavar a louça, microondas, frigorifico, fogão e forno. A Ângela foi excelente na resposta às nossas dúvidas e muito atenciosa. Curiosidade, a água da torneira e de quase todas as fontes em Roma é potável, o que constitui uma poupança significativa. Altamente recomendado. Nada.

• Sisse (5/5): God beliggenhed, men mangler rengøring og skimmelsvamp. - Beliggenheden er virkelig god. Der er ligger et supermarked "Tiger" lige ved siden af. Internettet fungerer godt. Jeg bad værten om koden til internettet, og de sendte den til mig på WhatsApp. Jeg bookede deres private taxiservice fra lufthavnen, og chaufføren hjalp med at komme ind i lejligheden, det fungerede godt, og det var en stor hjælp, det kan jeg anbefale. Vi kunne booke en babyhøjstol. Jeg kunne medbringe min lille hund uden problemer. Der ligger mange gode restauranter 5 min. gang fra lejligheden. Der er gode opbevaringsmuligheder i lejligheden, og den er indrettet godt. Der var en stor plet med skimmelsvamp på toilettet. Der manglede generel rengøring. Gulvet var beskidt, meget støv, og der var mange pletter på sofa og sengetøj. Espaçoso, confortável, com o essencial bem organizado e uma localização imbatível — pertinho de tudo: supermercados, metrô, lojas e, o mais especial, a poucos passos do Vaticano e da entrada dos Museus Vaticanos. Todos foram muito atenciosos e amáveis no atendimento. Foi a minha primeira experiência ficando em um apartamento e só posso dizer que foi espetacular! • Karin (10/5): Wonderful stay for all of us and we would definitely stay there again! - Perfect location!! Close to many things and lots of great restaurants close by. Grocery store is just around the corner too!! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for us. I loved the kitchen. It was so quaint and cute. The place was well equipped and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook there but there were a few spices and things. Just a recommendation to add a couple of sharp cutting knives for salami but we were ok with what was there. There wasn’t any air conditioning but that is because the area or building doesn’t allow it until the end of June, so we opened the windows and used the fans on the mini splits. The only bad things is there are sirens all day as there is a hospital just down the road. I wear ear plugs so didn’t have a problem.
• Kim (5/5): Quiet, conveniently located property that could use a deep clean. - Nice location in an old building close to the Vatican. Small balcony to look out over the street. Quiet neighbourhood at night. Lovely old fashioned lift. The whole property could do with a deep clean. It all feels quite tired and unloved. Cupboards and draws were dirty. Soft furnishings all stained. Bedding on the sofa bed was used. Toilet seat was not secured at all and we asked for it to be fixed and it was the next day. Odd smells in the bathroom and shower seals all need redoing as full of mould. There is a full kitchen but limited glass ware and knives.
• Rick (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome - This apartment was perfect for our visit to Rome. The location was spot on—just a short walk to the Vatican, metro station, and several bus stops. The apartment was spacious enough for four people, with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony, watching the city life go by. Everything we needed was nearby, from supermarkets to amazing restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting with our luggage before check-in. I also highly recommend using their airport transfer service—it made our arrival stress-free. A truly wonderful experience!

Tea towel and a dish cloth would have been useful. The property was clean but there were a few stains on soft furniture.
• Colm (8/5): Lovely place, great location, helpful hosts, would definitely stay here again. - Lovely property in a magnificent old building. It's an easy walk to everywhere and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby I was supposed to be travelling with a friend so needed 2 bedrooms, but only 1 bedroom was made up. As it happened they couldn't travel anyway so it wasn't a problem, but it would have been better if it was made up. Also, it would have been nice if there were one or two coffee pods for the machine, just to keep me going until the store opened the morning after I arrived.
• Pamela (7/5): Good - The location was excellent, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. There were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and even great shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient.The apartment was clean and well-equipped overall. However, the kitchen could use better ceiling lighting. The bathroom was spacious, and the hot water worked perfectly, but the tap was broken. We were a group of six, all family. The bedroom with the double bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed, which opens into a twin bed, wasn’t suitable for two adult people as it sagged like a bathtub. The other bedroom with a single bed that converts to a double was half-broken, forcing us to sleep on the floor. When we asked for an extra pillow and blanket, we were told none were available. While the towels were clean, the quilt was stained.

• Søren (3/5): Don’t go there - The apartment was actually basically nice, it would have taken just a little effort to make our stay pleasant. The apartment was really really dirty, and they didn’t fix it. There was a vacuum cleaner- it was so old that it could not go under the bed where it was thick with dust and undefined things. It was equipped with old stained furniture, very lousy kitchenware which didn’t invite any cooking. The shower was black with dirt, and garbage the previous guests had left was on the floor and in the cupboard. The toilet brush was disgustingly dirty and was leaning directly on the floor. We ended up buying cleaning equipment and cleaned for 2 hours (4 people). Booking.com didn’t help at all. We actually tried to move, but couldn’t get a refund for some of the 1.600 Euro that we had payed.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica, making it ideal for sightseeing. The neighborhood is charming, with plenty of local cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. Despite being so close to major attractions, the area is quiet and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. The hosts were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome! The stay in the apartment was flawless, with no issues at all.

• Henna (3/5): Great location but not worth it - The location. I rarely write reviews, but I’ve been so disappointed lately in the apartment style listings. The place looks bright and clean on the listing. It’s dirty and worn. There was tons of dust in the second bedroom and the couch and mattresses were worn. The shower sprayed water everywhere (which, to be fair the manager fixed within 24 hours). The toilet seat came off and the tub drained poorly. There was very little lighting in the kitchen. There were no extra covers for the beds, just a thin sheet. There was a dirty comforter that we used and some worn couch coverings we had to use to keep warm. The small bed is like a cot, slanting on one side. Spend a little extra money and find somewhere better.

• Olga (10/5): "Nice apartment for a Rome vacation." - Great location near the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, and not far from the center. There are two shops 50 meters from the house that are open until 23:00. We liked that this is a big apartment: there was enough space to relax after a day in Rome. The design is nice, the bed was clean, and there were several towels for each person. There were also capsules for the coffee machine and, of course, a small balcony overlooking the street where we had coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. This made our stay in Rome simply excellent. On the day of our arrival, the hostess of the apartment sent us video instructions on how to get into the apartment and get the key. She also quickly answered any questions that arose. We needed a transfer to the airport, and the hostess helped us book it. We definitely want to come back to these apartments again. Nothing
• Uladzimir (8/5): It was good. - Perfect location, and extremely spacious and quiet. We were able to drop bags 1.5 hours before check-in time. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the shelves of the wardrobe and some surfaces were a little dusty. The most irritating thing was that despite the rather high price, the apartment lacked some basic things one would expect, such as an ironing board (and the iron was barely functional, to put it mildly), or a knife (only table knives were available), etc. Despite the call to keep the kitchen clean, there was no dishwashing liquid, no sponge, and only one kitchen towel. It is, of course, all minor stuff, but altogether these lacking minor things somewhat spoiled an otherwise excellent impression of the apartment.
