Amr (1/5): Just terrible - The customer service was terrible I was deceived by the Ad... I booked it after i was sure that they provide wifi and parking slots.... Parking wasn't included ... And they have never provided any information about the wifi details And their customer service denied my messages. I am asking for a refund, since the deal was made on wrong details. Booking.com is responsible.
Aizada (1/5): Dangerous place!!!!!!! - This is dangerous place ! Don’t take it ! My son has broken his leg . There are active fixings and building actions in this place , the builders didn’t allow even enter to this place ! Nothing ! The place is dangerous even for adults ! Don’t waste your money ! Better to sleep on the street than here ! Everything in apartment is dangerous , the wardrobe is always falling down when you try to open the door , the fridge is broken , no air conditioning!
