• Sarah SCARRATT (7/5): A fine place to be based nr Clerkenwell - Host provided good instructions how to find and enter the property Was as advertised. Clean. Well-equipped. Nice packet of biscuits to welcome me. It was a bit cold and dark. All windows left open prior to arrival and only overhead lighting

L’appartamento ha bisogno di manutenzione e pulizia. In generale non lo consiglierei. Persino gli specchi non sono puliti bene. Ho scritto più volte per fare delle domande ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Ci hanno scritto solo alla fine per ricordarci di buttare la pattumiera e spegnere le luci. Ci sono 2 tv ma entrambe non hanno segnale.

• Lydia (6/5): Justino pero correcto para una familia - Que se encuentra en una Tranquila zona universitaria y que tuviese zona verde con columpios para los niños en la parte de atrás. También valoramos el balconcito, muy agradable La cama abatible y las almohadas de esa cama no resultaban muy cómodas
• Mireia (6/5): - El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, con un supermercado a 2 min y una boca de metro a 10 min. Las camas son bastante cómodas. El apartamento cuenta con toallas y nos dieron de cortesía un paquete de galletas y una botella de agua por cabeza. Supimos cual era la entrada del apartamento gracias a un huésped anterior que subió una foto de la entrada, ya que en las indicaciones que nos dieron no se detallaba. La limpieza deja bastante que desear, nos dio la sensación de que las sábanas de la cama del salón no habían sido cambiadas. La cocina necesita un lavado de cara a gritos y una de las ventanas de la habitación tiembla todo el tiempo con el viento. Es una lástima que no inviertan un poco más en limpieza porque el piso no esta mal, es cómodo para cuatro personas
• Charlie (6/5): Not outstanding, not terrible - for the money you really couldn’t complain! Not outstanding, not terrible by any means. it wasn’t the cleanest spot, we noticed a lot of hairs in the beds and the bedding definitely didn’t look clean. however, for the money, you got what you needed.

• lyn (6/5): Decent base in a very nice spot, handy for stations etc. - great location with plenty of places to eat ad drink in walking distance. More information about what to expect on arrival (photos maybe?). I arrived alone after dark so it was hard at first to identify which building. When that was established I hadn't a clue where to find my number (it's a very large building), there were lock boxes everywhere out front... Someone kindly directed me to the right area and I immediately found the number with the corresponding lockbox. This could have been made much simpler if I'd known what to look out for, such as a picture of the building with guidance to the correct entrance and a photo of the door for instance.
• Carlos (7/5): - Tiene mucha luz, bien conectado y es fácil check in y out . Para una escapada rápida vale mucho la pena calidad-precio. El contacto con alojamiento es nulo, solo escriben para decirte código para recoger llaves. Hace un poco de frío en el alojamiento y bastante ruido.

• Aušra (7/5): - Pakankamai švaru. Buvo galimybė pasigaminti maistą. 4 asmenims pakankamai erdvės. Lova svetainėje ganėtinai patogi. Patalynė buvo švari. Virtuvėje buvo 4 buteliukai vandens, sausainių, buvo aliejaus, acto, druskos, pipirų, arbatos, kavos ir cukraus. Buvo 4 dideli rankšluosčiai ir 4 maži. Įmungus šildymą butas gana greit įšyla. Kai kurios atsilupę apdailos detalės. Parašius šeimininkui kaip pasijungti šildymą, negavau jokio atsakymo. Vaikai po lova rado lubrikantą, tvarkant butą reiktų atkreipti dėmesį ir po lovomis 😅 butas pirmame aukšte, su balkonu. Kaip ir smagu, tačiau gana triukšmingi kaimynai viršuje.

• Ekaterina (9/5): - Это частная квартира в многоэтажном доме на 1-м этаже. Внутри всё были чисто, кухня оборудована всем необходимым, даже было подсолнечное масло, уксус, перец, сахар, чай, печенье. В ванне - мыло, шампунь, кондиционер. Горячая вода в душе идет без проблем и с хорошим напором. До метро минут 10 спокойным шагом. Спокойный район. Хозяйка квартиры была на связи в whatsapp. На мой взгляд, соотношение цена/качество отличное для Лондона. Местами требуются обновления/ремонт. Отопление настроено таким образом, что включается в определенные промежутки времени и совсем ненадолго, квартира не успевает прогреться, в целом мне было достаточно холодно. Ну и по мелочи - не хватало полотенца для рук/лица.
• lucie (2/5): Fire hazard in London... - the neighborhood There was an issue with a switch leaking water and burning from inside. The owner didn't answer any texts about the issue. It could have been super dangerous. Overall the place is poorly done, lights that don't work, hideous paint job, broken couch and scrumbs left on it, cleaning not done as well as a rental should be.
• Cristina María (9/5): Un rincón acogedor cerca de todo. Muy cerca del centro - La ubicación, la terraza con el jardín al lado, el self check in, la cantidad de utensilios de la cocina. Camas cómodas y relación con el propietario muy fluida. Nos dejaron casi de todo en la cocina además de unas galletas. Detalles que se aprecian Harian falta un par de sillas más.

La cocina perfectamente equipada con todo tipo de productos. 10/10 en relación calidad - precio. Por ponerle una pequeña pega, la calefacción costaba que calentara. Por lo demas, todo estupendo.

• Barbara (9/5): Jó ár-érték arány, könnyű bejutás, kényelmes, rendezett - Könnyen megtalálható, jól felszerelt, egyszerű kis lakás. A házigazda kedves volt és segített, amikor kellett. A bolt nagyon közel van és a tömegközlekedés is nagyjából 10-15 percre van a szállástól. Van erkély, ez is pozitívum. Az ingatlan a földszinten található Ezek apróságok, de négyen mentünk viszont csak két törölköző volt. Az asztalhoz is csak két szék volt, de minden megoldható.

• Lucía (7/5): Bien para pocos días, falta limpieza. - La ubicación y lo amplio que era. Cocina grande habitacion y salón grandes. Ventilación en todas las salas ya que tiene ventanas en baño, cocina, salón, habitación.. muy luminoso y con vistas a un parque. Otro punto positivo es que es una planta baja, está justo al llegar al bloque de pisos. La cocina es muy amplia y tiene de todo: tostadora, sartenes, microondas, vajilla.. la anfitriona nos dejó agua y galletas que agradecemos mucho. Cerca de la estación de Farringdon, Tesco express, paradas de bus.. Barrio tranquilo y agradable. Las camas son cómodas, incluso la que está guardada en el salón. La comunicación con la anfitriona/anfitriona fue escasa.. pero al menos nos dejó dejar las mochilas antes y llevarnos las llaves porque los otros ya se habían ido y pudimos hablar con la mujer que estaba allí limpiando. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Dudo mucho de que incluso hubiesen cambiado las sábanas de la cama del salón. Había pelos en el lavabo del baño que tuve que sacar porque el agua no se iba, aún quitándolos también parecía que estaba atascado. Del baño también cambiaría que no hay una toalla para cuando sales de la bañera y se pone todo el suelo encharcado. El estropajo de la cocina tuvimos que tirarlo y coger uno nuevo porque estaba muy usado. Las toallas olían a humedad. El sofá del salón pide a gritos que se cambie o al menos utilizar una funda que se pueda ir cambiando con los huéspedes. Es una pena que el punto negativo sea este, porque el alojamiento si estuviese más limpio sería perfecto. Deberían invertir más en esto, ya que es preferible pagar un poco más y sentir que está todo limpio a estar pensando que no han cambiado ni las sábanas.

• Sari (8/5): - The host gave really good information in advance and we had a nice stay. We really don't have anything negative to say. One of the beds was abit too worn and soft and the other remote didn't work, but those were minor issues.

• Richard (8/5): Flat in the city - Clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Easy access A little noisy with upstairs neighbours and next to stairwell. Fixtures and fittings rather tired. Plug socket not near bed

• Jonathan (4/5): Basic and functional with loud neighbours - Basic but had everything we needed Very near to shops and restaurants Good access to public transport When we arrived there was a wet used towel hanging in the bathroom The door handle on the main bedroom was broken, and so very fortunate we didn’t put it on the latch, as we would have been locked out of the room. The metal latch on the folding bed was protruding when bed was extended which was very dangerous. Bed in main bedroom was placed in an alcove so one person had to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. Neighbours were very noisy at night shouting with extremely obscene language . This made sleeping difficult and therefore affected the whole visit

• Kathryn (5/5): Passable - Good location - near to tube stops, shops, bars and restaurants. Access with lock box makes arrival easy.. Toiletries in the bathroom a nice touch. Didn't feel very clean. Floors especially unpleasant. Decor is shabby. Sofa had no backrest cushions making it uncomfortable to use for any length of time. Toilet room very small and grim. The grill on the cooker doesn't work and seems unsafe.. Venetian blind broken.
• Claire (9/5): Excellent flat, well presented in a fab area. - This is a gem of a place. It’s a fully furnished flat, with kitchen, living room and large bedroom. It’s was very clean, well stocked and while the furnishings are a little basic, it really was a home away from home for a couple of nights. Don’t be put off by the large tower block which it is part of, or the reinforced door - it is a friendly neighbourhood, very close to Farringdon station and with a Tesco, Waitrose and cafes and restaurants right beside. Would definitely come back again if it is free. It was a bit daunting with the reinforced front door that made me feel maybe I wasn’t safe walking around there but don’t be put off by that.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom We had to take out the bins which I thought was strange as we were guests and were only staying one night. Felt a bit unsafe Was not worth the money we spent for 1 night. Way too expensive.

• Lauren (7/5): Basic but comfy. - It's in a good location for the tube, there are shops and restaurants etc nearby. The murphy bed is a good idea and the sofa is comfy. The property needs a little tlc generally. The floor in the kitchen felt a little sticky. There was no table to eat at.

• Daljeet (7/5): Good for a short stopover - The beds were comfortable including the pull out bed in the living room so definitely suitable for 2-4 persons. Location is pretty good for London and not too far from local bus stop Handle on the bathroom wasn't working but was told it will be fixed and the apartment floor needs to be cleaned to a better standard. Sofa in living room has seen better days

• Lucie (8/5): Small very cozy little flat in a great location and everything needed in place. Highly recommended! - We loved this little flat, enjoyed the closeness to all the sights downtown and the station. I particularly enjoyed the nice hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen. I also appreciated towels and small hygiene products in place which saves space when traveling and also the warm welcome in the form of a pack of cookies! The beds are quite small for two adults to share (just saying for anyone who may be a bit "bigger" :D), I could make use of kitchen towels in the kitchen area but that is just a detail. The place could use some more in-depth cleaning (such as the glass tables and windows) but it was manageable.
