• Anisoara (1/5): bad experience ever, we didnlt stayied there as bed sheets was not changed and room not clean - nothing we had a booking at this property 20-22 Dec 2024, we arrrived ar 16.40 and room was not clean form the priovous guests, bed was unmade with the old laundry on, wet, used towels in the bathroom, I called the number on the propery, i sent messages on whatapp with photos, i called booking and they also called them but nobody replied, therefore we were forced to make another reservation to a real hotel and pay again. I made a claim with booking and with the property as well and nobody refund me the money for this old, dirty propery, i don;t know how something like this is accepted on booking. i asked them to refund the cost and all they could say was i am really, sorry, but we ended up paying 300 eur for this, and an additional 660 for the one where we stayed, this property shoudl refund us the money, but they have not done it.

• Nadine (1/5): Awful - SCAM!!!!! I wouldn‘t recommend this place! It was so dirty and the area wasn‘t really a nice area! We wanted to cook in the kitchen and nothing was working, there wasn‘t enough glasses and dishes… It was so dirty and the smell was bad. We were a group of 3 and there were just 2 bedsheeds, the other bedsheed were in the closet (I‘m sure it was already used because it smelled so bad) There wasn‘t really anyone to contact and ask for different stuff. I would stay away if you want have a nice stay
• Lucie (1/5): Never again🤢 - We definitely wouldn’t recommend this accommodation. We booked a stay for four but only one bed was prepared for us. There was a sofa which we found bedding for in a wardrobe but the bed sheets were moist and had a horrible smell that even overpowered the cleaning chemical smell present in the place from the start. Fixing the this very pressing issue was much more complex and frustrating than one would expect.At first we had doubts, but now we are completely sure that the “manager” of the place was just a chatbot, because the messages were very repetitive and often times didn’t seem to be at all on the same page. By the end we did receive new sheets, but to be honest the smell was still there.
• Anastassia (4/5): Disappointing - There was a bad fan in the apartment, and it was very difficult for the three of us to be in a stuffy room. The toilet lid was also broken, but it was fixed. On the last day of our stay, we noticed cockroaches.

• Anastasija (1/5): Highly not recommended. Filthy place. - Basically nothing. Everything was so bad starting from service, location, description of facilities, quality of the place. The area is dodgy, men in groups stared at us as we were walking in the street to our place. The entrance, corridor, staircase the door are representations of the place that you might read in the books about filthy places. As we entered the apartments we found aged kitchenette that definitely required renovation. The boiler and its holding parts were rusty, same disgusting look had old oven and other kitchen elements. The fridge was smelling as we opened it. The hole in the entrance door was stuffed with toilet paper. The bathroom and the room itself were better, but absolutely did not correspond to the look and vibe on photoshopped photos listed on booking. Instead of the AC a fan covered in layers of dust was placed next to the bed. 3 out of 4 of us started feeling heaviness in chest as we were staring at this room and deciding were should we move with two kids at late night. Obviously we didn’t stay at the property. We didn’t get any refund either. The owner just wrote I am sorry. No one wanted to solve our concerns. I travel a lot to various countries. This place is one of the worst if not the worst I have ever seen.

• Kitmo (3/5): Poor - It is a scam, Do not trust the score, you will see 6 of 7 scores are 10. It is no true The location is a bad area. No lift, you have to walk stairs with your luggage. The staff is very unhelpful. They answer the question just copy and paste The building is noise. And feeling unsafe
• Razvan-valentin (1/5): Disastrous. Stay away for your own safety !!! - Nothing at all, it is a scam. Everything war reported to the “contact person”. It is an WhatsApp Number that sends you copy/paste messages and was’t able to answer the phone. They have been reported to booking.com not only for the disastrous accommodation that didn’t meet the description, but also about the fact that the building is located in a very dangerous location, is completely unter construction and we were threatened from the “working crew member”, whom were careless drinking beer in the main staircase during the shift hours. Everything war reported with footage to the so called “management” and they didn’t care at all. We were glad to get out of there on the same they in one piece. Family with little baby.
