I’m not satisfied with the accommodation at all. 3點入住,2點多才通知臨時更換我的房間。
一家四口(包含2歲女兒)直到3:45才入住,一直在大街上等待。
入住後房子沒有任何床品、廚具、盥洗用品,直到4點多工作人員才把這些東西準備好,我們只能待在客廳等待。
這中間一直聯繫住宿方,卻被告知不要一直聯絡,這是我這輩子經歷過最糟糕的住宿。
Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, however I was only informed after 2:00 PM that my accommodation had been changed at the last minute.
We are a family of four, including our 2-year-old daughter, and we were forced to wait outside on the street until 3:45 PM before we could enter the property.
After entering the accommodation, there were no bed linens, kitchen utensils, or toiletries prepared. Staff only brought and prepared these items after 4:00 PM, so we had no choice but to stay in the living room and wait.
During this entire process, I kept trying to contact the host for updates and assistance, but I was instead told not to keep contacting them.
This has been the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in my life. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the accommodation and the way this situation was handled.

- Janio (5/5): - The view. The location. Very near for everything. The self check-in process was okay, but it was my first time experiencing a setup where the key had to be picked up from a different location — which was quite a hassle. There was also not enough complimentary soap provided for washing clothes. The cleanliness could be improved as well, as there was still visible dust in some areas.
- Amy (8/5): Great location, roomy apartment, basic amenities - The property is in a great location and is far more spacious than a hotel room in a similar location for a similar price. The team were extremely responsive once we had checked in. The “cleaning” requirements were far less onerous than other properties, you just have to clean your dishes and take the rubbish to the chute down the hall. The property had the bear minimum of furniture, blankets, cooking utensils, plates and bowls etc. If you’re looking for a home base for sleeping and having breakfast then it’s perfect sufficient but we struggled to cook a full meal in the kitchen. Also there was only 1 set of keys.

- Dennis (5/5): Great location but check-in, paying deposit, no sofa bed as advertised and cleanliness not great. - Excellent location, building facilities were great, pool, sauna, gym and lounge areas were great. Having to transfer $300 just to get the check-in instructions was disappointing, I booked through booking.com to cover security etc, I don't like having to transfer cash to a random account. We then had to walk down the road to a random asian grocery store, find the lockbox in amongst 50-60 others.
We were also told there was a sofa bed, even asked for linen and the response was "Noted", but on arrival there was no sofa bed, just a very uncomfortable small couch with a broken back rest.
We were also told there was parking, and told to park on the street until they called me back about a "remote" for the parking, but the call never came. Thankfully the reception desk was super helpful and sorted me out with a discount rate on the next street over.
Last thing was the room was not very clean, random hairs on bathroom floor, toilet roll was already used, toilet not as clean as it should be. Beds and linen were good though.
- Krystal (7/5): Cozy apartment and fantastic location. Needs to work on their communication - The location was fantastic and the property facilities were great. The apartment was lovely and cozy. It fit my family of 5 (we have small children) and had an amazing view. The communication from the host was lacking. The check in procedure did not go smoothly as no key was left for us in the lockbox and the reception of the complex does not handle the private apartments.
The phone number on the booking is incorrect and when they answered they said they knew nothing about the apartment, which made my gut sink thinking we had been scammed.
After trying for an hour and worried what we would do now for the night the host did message me and continued contact until she came to the apartment herself and handed me a key, which we greatly appreciated.
With some improvement on the communication and correct some details on the profile (correct phone number and change sofa bed to say air mattresses) we would be happy to stay again.

- Mark (8/5): Great location with comfortable rooms and nice ame⁶nities. Good - Location excellent. Stones throw from melbourne central station and big malls. Spacious for 3 of us.
Clean and functional. Kitchen adequately equipped. Great view over the city day or night. I would suggest some facts sheets about the apartment kept in a drawer or something . Info about using tv, appliances etc.
One of the ph numbers booking .com had to contact was wrong.

- James (5/5): READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING!!! - The view was fantastic. Plenty of food delivery options. The view. It was nice and quiet. Did I mention the view? The false description was a red flag, but we weren't aware of this until we went through the frustration of the check in saga. There is no chance of this place accommodating 6 people as advertised, there is no sofa bed as advertised. If your idea of "spacious" is a very small apartment, this is your dream. A two-seater lounge was the only seating apart from a very small table with two chairs. No welcome folder was provided, no wifi password provided, and Telstra reception was weak. We made the inconvenient effort to get the $300 cash for bond as requested, only to discover that they prefer a digital transaction. The whole check-in was very dodgy, we use booking.com all the time, and we have never had a check-in as dodgy and frustrating as this. As I write this, we have only just had our bond returned to us, it took 8hrs. Her (Christine) excuse was that she was in a meeting. Communication was woeful after bond and payment was received, after many attempts trying to call about the bond return, I called using my wifes phone. It was answered immediately. Throughout the entire experience I felt that we were being scammed. We will not be back, the whole operation has a bad smell about it. Save yourself the drama and go elsewhere.

- Samantha (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!! - The front desk staff were pleasant although they had absolutely nothing to do with this booking - it is privately owned/rented FALSE ADVERTISING AND DIRTY APARTMENT - we booked for 6 guests, the apartment advertised two double beds and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed! Two of our six guests had to find alternate accommodation, at last minute, at their own cost. Absolutely no response from the owner after trying multiple numbers and a message, still no response from the owner. The apartment was dirty with mould in the shower, and to top it off, one of the bedroom floor to ceiling windows was completely shattered. This apartment is 32 storeys high. The worst accommodation I have ever booked and stayed in - I would like a full refund.

- Michelle (10/5): Amazing location, great facilities! Would stay again. - The apartment has everything you need. It is in a fabulous location, there is a Woolworths Metro around the corner and Central Tram station is less than a block away. Has great views of the city. The beds are comfortable. Shower is amazing. Walking and free trams to everything you could want. Communication was very disappointing. I wasn't given the code to get into the apartment before arriving even though I had messaged asking for it a few times and was emailed saying I would get the code closer to arrival time. I didn't get any information until after I rang the contact people after midnight when I was at the building nervously wondering if I had given my money to a scammer and where myself and 2 teenage girls would sleep the night! The following morning when I had a few simple SMS questions responses took a day or so and some questions were not even acknowledged or responded to. Definitely something the managers/owners NEED to improve on.
