- Lara Mariana (4/5): - Directamente nos retiramos al ingresar, ya que nada alcanzo nuestras expectativas. El personal super amable. Lamentablemente nos cobraron igual una noche. Desde mi punto de vista, ponen imágenes para vender, pero no muestran el conjunto.... Era como una granja. Hasta gallinas habia. La pileta sin reposteras. Sucia. Con una colilla en el agua! Todo muy precario y rudimentario. Habitaciones sin placares ni espacio para guardar la ropa. Sin ventilador ni aire acondicionado. Un calor tremendo hacia en febrero. La habitación fliar., tenia una cama doble abajo y en el entretecho 2 camitas mas, con un colchón en el piso para otra persona. Si hacia calor abajo, calculen en ese espacio. Era irrespirable. Había un aire acondicionado portátil q perdía agua, ademas q no enfriaba absolutamente nada. Lejos de ser un Spa Lodge como lo promocionan. Como nos habian cobrado todas las noches de la estadía, en lugar de cancelar eso y cobrarnos 1 noche, nos devolvieron la diferencia en efectivo, pero no siquiera en dolares, como fue cobrado, sino en pesos chilenos.... Una total decepción

- Jacqueline Romanet (9/5): Nosotros fuimos con mi marido y nos gustó mucho el lugar tiene mucha naturaleza en su entorno el lugar es muy privado y - Nos gustó la infraestructura del lugar además rodeado de naturaleza y detalles como un árbol en el medio de la sala tienen una pileta en su entrada que me encanta el lugar es hermoso acompañado de naturaleza su atención es muy buena de todos quienes atienden en el lugar. En el desayuno le falta agregar frutas y algún kuchen de la zona

- Barbara (5/5): - El lugar es una casa de campo con lindas instalaciones, luminoso y con juegos para niños, nos dejaron llegar antes del check in para disfrutar la piscina. Desayuno aceptable aunque faltó algo fresco. Sensación de molestar a los dueños que atendían de mala gana. Antes de reservar quise asegurarme de poder usar la tinaja porque era la unica razón de pagar un alojamiento de paso tan caro, a pesar de todas las veces que lo solicitamos y recordamos, cuando llego el momento nos dieron la tinaja fria y dijeron, será para la proxima 🙃 también habían varios detalles en las piezas, que si bien eran cómodas tenía la taza del baño rota, el televisor desconfigurado, etc.

El quincho , cocina a disposicion las 24 hs ! Vamos a regresar !! nada.
- Hernan (9/5): - Primeramente fuimos con la idea de desconexión y el lugar lo cumple. Por este motivo la ubicación era ideal, pero para otro puede ser un problema. Las instalaciones nos gustaron mucho como la amabilidad del personal, con Eduardo pudimos compartir muchas charlas. Son puntos simples. Debería haber perchero o lugar donde colgar la ropa. No tengo otra observación.

- Neil (9/5): Poultry, pooches and a pool at this super friendly rustic retreat. - Fab place slightly off the beaten track in Temuco. Rustic with a capital 'R', this hostal is friendlly and relaxed with chickens and dogs sunning themselves everywhere. There's a pool and a hot tub too although the pool is only open from middey to about 9pm so no early morning swims although that's probably a good idea to keep any noise down. The rooms are comfortable and clean with toiletries provided. Breakfast was great - a very friendly crowd. You can also go and use the kitchen any time to cook or make tea/coffee plus there's a communal fridge. Nothing.
- Stephan (6/5): Definitely not worth the price and Bookings photos are misleading - It is close to the highway for overnight stays. The cat is friendly. The fittings in the room is very old. The bed was hugely uncomfortable. The shower is a safety hazard with it's sloping floor. The staff is not helpful. The guy at reception sat back and watched while we struggled with our baggage through the gravel driveway and then scolded us for placing the bags in the wrong place while we had to figure out where reception was.

- Chelsea (10/5): What a great place, I will stay here every time I’m in Temuco! - The location is beautiful! We had enough beds for our whole group, 5 people, and everything was so clean. In the morning, a delicious breakfast and coffee was provided, perfect!

- Fernanda (7/5): Good for the price, could be much much better - It's nice and comfortable. The mattress is very good. Te place is beautiful, almost feel that you are not in the City. Staff were very nice Breakfast should be more handmade, these are details but with a little more of sofistication could be awesome (handmade bread, Milk in a jar not in the box, handmade pastries, handmade butter, fruit, handmade Jam, better coffee). Also, we didn't have a slot to park (but I think it was because they had an Event next evening). Is bear a road, so you can listen cars from your room. Also needs more sound proof inside, you can listen every other room noises.

- Aurora (7/5): It was just a stop-over, so it was ok for that. - Not very clean, the “window” in the room that apparently provided all the “views” to the garden, or swimming pool was a joke, very small and provided a view to the parking lot. It was not very clean, particularly the bathroom.
