- kate (10/5): - Very specious two bedroom. Quite private having separate levels for the two bedrooms. Comfy beds. Pretty well equipped kitchen. It was all very good. The kitchen floorboards are very slippery - use caution.

- Harriet (8/5): - property was in a great location and had secure off street parking. there were full amenities in the kitchen and bathroom which is especially helpful for long stays. i found the house quiet and relaxing. i would book again if i was back in the area there were some really hot days when i stayed and there is no AC in the bedroom, the host could provide a portable fan to help in summer.

- Ravi (10/5): Overall a very good experience - Great location, The property is inside a secure gate and felt very safe. Mathew is a great host, He meets the guests personally and gives information about the property and the surrounding area. He ensures the kitchen is adequately stocked up Melbourne was quite cold when we stayed there ,Though there was a heat pump, it took a bit longer to warm up than we would have liked. Also the Heat pump was quite noisy. The downstairs bedroom also had heating and which was good.

- John (8/5): Great place to stay for family or small group that enjoy cooking, common space and really hot shower - Neat & quiet suburb location. Not far from a fair size supermarket. Short walk from tram station. Very spacious. Good shower. Good kitchen. Nice host. Parking in front of its own front door. Access to units is gated so very safe. The bus on that road doesn't run in the evening. Walking to the tram station is only a few minutes but the weather happened to be wild for a few days during our stay. One night we caught a different tram and had to walk quite a bit longer in the wind because there was no bus.
- Lesley (9/5): A very convenient and comfortable place to stay while visiting family in the suburb. - Convenient location. Quiet as set back from the main road. Secure parking. Ample room in the kitchen to cook family meals. Large sitting area. Balcony that catches the sun. Good winter heating, particularly upstairs. Probably would be very hot in summer though. Would need to use air con/ceiling fans. Thoughtful and attentive host. Bathroom is small and rather worn in places. Ground floor with main bedroom and desk area is very cold in winter.
