• Mavridis (1/5): Think twice before booking - There is not much to like about this property as it is very out dated and over priced for what it is. The only thing was that It was in a good location. There is a lot of things wrong with this property from unstuck vinyl throughout the kitchen which has caused a slip hazard. Carpet rolled up at the ends creating a lip and trip hazard. Shower area not ideal, first of all the shower is in a tub and the shower head has nothing to clip on to so you have to hold the shower head at all times while in the shower. Also the shower head leaks so it squirts water all over the place. Black mold is growing in all wet area's not ideal for people with respiratory conditions. Walk ways are uneven and have insufficient lighting. Trees over grown along the access point to the house. Doors are not secure all around the property. They do not lock correctly. No key for front door, so there is no access in or out from the front door. This poses a high risk hazard has there is only one access and egress point in case of a fire. Look the property needs a lot of work and is very over priced for what it is. There's no railing and over sized steps leading up to the back door. booking.com needs to evaluate this property to make sure it fits standards of liveable conditions for humans.
• Tsvetana (10/5): Sunny sea holliday in Athens - The apartment is on the first floor of a block house.It''s very spacious and comfortable.We loved the balcony also very spacious and with view to the sea.We had all means for preparing food,and all the beautiful athenian beaches very close by car.The center of Athens is at about an hour from there with bus and Metro,no problem with parking to the Elliniko station if you don't want to use a bus. There was these mosquitoes,but in all Athena :-(
• Seth (10/5): Very comfortable and spacious apartment - Very spacious and comfortable apartment, very well equipped. On a quiet street, 15 min drive to nice beaches and close enough to Athens.
• Mevlida (9/5): It was really nice for vacation to stay in this apartment. If you have a car everything is near. - The apartment is in Voula and if you have a car, the location is perfect. only one room has the door
• Mihai (6/5): The apartment had its former glory back in the early 90’s. I wish it would face a complete renovation since it badly nee - I liked the location, the architecture of the house, the space, the parking spot in front of the house. The iron machine and the hairdryer were quite new and in good shape. Needs a proper maintenance, a lot of old appliances and pieces of furniture that don't fit the overall design. The main entrance in the building is not available for this flat. you will have yo enter from a sidewalk through kitchen. The strong smell of naphthalene from the old clothes closet. The tiles from the kitchen were painted in order to refresh their appearance. That didn’t go as planned so instead of changing it, they covered it with cheap pieces of linoleum. One bedroom was closed and unavailable to guests and the living room had to accommodate a double bed in order to simulate the second missing bedroom. The washing machine was a 25-30 years old. Never had a problem with old appliances or things in general. But this one is long gone without maintenance. The dishwasher was also an old one. The fridge the same. The espresso machine, the microwave the same. Old and not inspiring trust that you can use them without breaking them. Things like this looked that they have been used and replaced after a life of service in another house. How can you use them as a guest? They don’t inspire confidence or a clean use feeling. Some of the furniture, the same picture. Different colors and models. Out of service life brought them together in this apartament just to tick some boxes on a booking form. “Yes we have it”… but how they will serve our guests??!! We stayed there for a week. Seemed like an episode from Hotel Impossible with Anthony Melchiorri. Some owners do not have anything to do with this renting industry. It is such a beautiful house and apartment. It is a pity it is not up to his former glory in nowadays.
