O anúncio diz que o apto tem ar condicionado, mostra foto de ar em um dos quantos, mas tem ar só na sala, com ventiladores nos quartos. No verão, é um problema. Reclamamos é informaram que no anúncio do Airbnb é Seazone diz corretamente. Mas a reserva foi pelo Booking, onde a informação não está correta. As cadeiras da mesa são de plástico, mas não suportam um adulto com peso entre 80-90kg. Os pés entortan e minha esposa de 70 anos quase caiu. Reclamamos e trocaram 2 cadeiras por cadeiras de madeiras, as outras duas não. O anfitrião não reage bem com as reclamações, não ouve bem as reclamações e foi necessário insistir.

Cómodo, grande, limpio, todas las comodidades y detalles de categoría, cocina superior completa con todo, lavarropas, camas grandes y cómodas, aire, cosas incluso a estrenar. La vista del piso 10, hermosa. La pileta siempre limpia y muy cómodo el sector, los juegos y el parque super bien mantenidos. Cerca de a playa (excelente también la zona de playa). Viajamos parando en 5 alojamientos distintos de Brasil y Uruguay, sin dudas este FUE EL MEJOR, más completo, limpio y lindo. Super seguro. Recomendamos y sin dudas volveremos. Nada! Todo impecable. De hecho extendimos estadía.

Além da localização privilegiada, a segurança do local é muito boa, o que traz muita tranquilidade. A piscina é ótima para relaxar! Recomendo muito! O único ponto de melhoria seria a instalação de ar-condicionado no segundo quarto. Em dias mais quentes, isso faz muita falta para o conforto de todos.

• Thais (10/5): - Apartamento bem aconchegante, tamanho bom para 4 pessoas e bem localizado ,tem tudo que se precisa na cozinha. .
• Tatiana Maia (9/5): - Ficamos no apto 1001. Ficar na sacada foi o ponto alto, tem vista para o mar, pois é um andar alto. Colchão bem firme, gostamos muito, mas, para pessoas que preferem um colchão mais macio pode não ser tão agradável. Região tranquila e sossegada, mas próximo à praia, dormimos com as janelas abertas sem problemas com barulho. O box do banheiro é pequeno e o acesso ao chuveiro também é restrito. Uma pessoa de tamanho grande pode ter dificuldades para tomar banho.
