Es war schön, in einem großen Mietshaus zu sein und die freundliche Nachbarschaft kennenzulernen. Alles war unkompliziert. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und das Frühstücksangebot eher enttäuschend. Auf der Straße gibt es viel Verkehr.
• Jürgen (10/5): - Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber klappt hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet sehr sauber. Auch das Bad ist sehr schön. Es gibt kostenlos Kaffee und kleine Kuchen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist ideal, aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Straße ist recht laut, wenn man das Fenster nachts offen hat, aber so ist das halt in der Stadt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern konnten wir gut schlafen.
• ZakriJ (10/5): Top notch host at a very nice place for couples wanting to experience Naples - The location is easy to find. Instructions to enter is well conveyed. Place is well kept and maintained; pristinely clean when we got there. As we were driving, there were ample option to park nearby the place. Emanuele was extremely helpful with useful information, very responsive and very courteous in all our communication; it was like talking to a family member. He also gave us good tips on place for a nice Neapolitan dinner.. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night.. Keep up the good job Emanuele.. thank you for making our trip to Naples enjoyable.. Nothing..

• Jonas (10/5): Great value - Really good value for money - we travelled around a bit in the region and this place was the cheapest but in many ways just as good or better than more expensive places. The room was cosy, the bed really good, everything very clean and new. The host was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care off. You can stay in a better neighborhood but it’s central enough to do everything. Highly recommend.

• Daniel (9/5): - Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter, jederzeit erreichbarer Vermieter. Zimmer wirkt neuwertig und ist sehr sauber. Man sollte aber wissen, dass aufgrund des in Neapel auch in der Nacht üblichen Verkehrslärms und der dünnen Wände zum Nachbarzimmer Ohropax empfohlen sind. Das Frühstück ist Italien typisch. Kein Buffet im Haus. Ein Kaffee und ein Croissant in einer 10 Minuten entfernten Pasticceria (Gutschein). Wasserkocher/Kaffeemaschine/Fertiggebäck im Vorraum.

• Kelsey (10/5): Delightful stay and wonderful host. - The property and room was secure, clean and exactly as per the pictures. Comfortable bed and good size room. The host has been excellent with communication and extremely helpful with queries. Received great recommendations and hospitality and couldn't be more grateful with how they have helped me with an item that I left behind. We only stayed for one nights but based on our experience I would highly recommend. Shower drained slowly but pretty common in Europe and generally not much the buildings can do about it.

From ordering a shuttle to pick us up and sticking with it after we got lost, to his amazing dinner and breakfast recommendations (and breakfast snacks at the ready), he did everything possible to ensure we had a great stay and really looked after us. Everything was at a great standard - choose this place to stay. Excellent communication, the place was clean, comfortable, easy to get to and close to both the airport and train station, we wish we could have stayed longer. The lack of self check-in, we arrived at around 23:00 and the landlord had to come over and hand us the key, they were 15 minutes late and while we waited on the street there were a few persons passing by us and throwing long looks at us. Didn't feel safe at all.

• Anonymous (10/5): The stay was truly wonderful - The highlight of our entire stay was the unbelievably warm and welcoming staff. Their kindness felt effortless, genuine, and rare. The host especially was a gem, incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel at home. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the lighting in a few areas, some lamps gave off a slightly cool tone. A warmer light would enhance the cozy atmosphere even more. That said, other lamps already struck the right mood, so it’s a minor detail in an otherwise wonderful experience.

• Johanne (10/5): Thoughtful Host and Perfect Stopover Between Ferry and Airport - Emanuele was the perfect host — responsive and thoughtful, with seamless communication via Booking and WhatsApp. He greeted us in person upon arrival, and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth by organizing a car transfer to meet us at the ferry terminal and arranging our transfer to the airport the next morning. The apartment is modern and very comfortable, ideally located midway between the ferry terminals and the airport. We had a soundproof room with a comfortable bed and pillow, and everything was spotless. The shared kitchenette was convenient, and Emanuele even welcomed us with a chilled bottle of sparkling rosé — such a lovely gesture. Later that evening, he kindly brought us a wine opener when we needed one. There’s a large grocery store just a block away and a nice restaurant within a 7-minute walk. Everything we needed was close by. Highly recommended for a short, stress-free stay in Naples.

From his communication prior to arrival, the arranged airport pickup, the small but very thoughtful details in the room: toiletries, snacks, beverages and prepaid breakfast cards to breakfast at one of Naples’s best, Pasticceria Napolitano. Room was clean with gteat air conditioning in a very secure building that is very reminiscent of old Naples from the outside!

He arranged transportation for us from the airport to our place of stay & returned transportation back to the airport. Upon arrival, Emanuele met us outside, helped with our luggage & walked us inside. Once inside, this place was super cute & immaculate! He has a little breakfast/snack bar set up outside the room, as well as, snacks inside the room for guests. There was a loaded fridge of juices & sodas, chips & other little goodies in the room. The decor is very modern & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Emanuele even recommended dining places, and showed us where local grocery stores & banks were located. I really can’t say enough about his hospitality. B&B itself, is very nice for all the reasons already stated. It’s modern, super clean, nice amenities & superb customer service! I didn’t particularly care for its location. It was quite noisy. I heard glass crashing, very loud talking & just noise outside all night long. The neighborhood isn’t the best. My husband & I did walk to the pizzeria Emanuele recommended & it was absolutely fantastic! The hospitality & quality of food was outstanding! Although the pizza was amazing, we made certain to be back inside by sundown. I don’t feel it’s the safest neighborhood to walk around in. I would definitely recommend driving or being driven to & from. Other than that, our experience was superb!

We had even a small surprise welcome present, a very good recommendation for a nice place to have a typical local breakfast and whatnot. And all of that on his birthday The place is recently renovated, very clean and smart. It is in a beautiful building with a nice inner yard. Close the window and it's quiet despite the busy area, close to both the airport and Garibaldi square. Overall, the best you can pick.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Wonderful stay at Dimora Diaz B&B! - The place is located in a very cool area in the city center. It offers rooms & little shared kitchenette with everything that is necessary for a morning wake up and above like a toaster and a microwave if one needs to heat up a meal. Lots of tea and coffee choices, water, liquors. There are little refrigerators in the rooms full of soft drinks and baskets of snacks. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed, pillows and blankets. We had a wonderful bathtub near it. The bathroom is spacious enough with a shower and well equipped with toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as shower gels. The entrance is really intuitive and environment around safe. The owner - Emanuele - was really responsive and helpful in every case we needed him. We arrived at almost midnight and he greeted us personally showing everything we needed to know. Emanuele promptly responded to each and every inquiry of mine. I highly recommend this place for short or longer stay in Naples!

• Rdo (10/5): Great Experience - Staying here was one of the best decisions we made on our trip, and it was all thanks to Emanuele and his lovely wife (to be ☺️). From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. What truly set this experience apart was how Emanuele helped us with our wedding day. He arranged a driver to take us to Positano and back, organised beautiful flowers, and ensured every detail was taken care of seamlessly—we didn’t have to worry about a thing. To top it all off, they even surprised us with balloons in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The B&B itself was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Location was great and right near the train station. We’ll always be grateful for how he helped make our big day absolutely perfect.

• Kimberli (10/5): Safe for single travelers. - Quiet, clean and exceptional service. Little by way of food nearby and the property does not have a restaurant. They have set up a coffee station with packaged pastries instead.
• Jorge (8/5): Good deal - Great location in walking distance to supermarkets and public transport. The bathtub is a cool detail. The host was very kind and attentive. We needed to have our luggage held after checkout and the host was kind to accommodate to our request. The host was extremely insistent in us leaving the review. He contacted me 3 times, and also my wife asking for a review. I don't see the reminders as a problem, but the spacing between the reminders. The night tables next to the bed were very small. I am not a fan of diffuser sticks inside the room.
• Patricia (10/5): Great experience-your home away from home - We chose Dimora for its proximity to the train station, but we found a place like home. It was extremely clean, very comfortable, and the host was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was prepared at a local patisceria (pastry shop), and was a true, delicious napoletan breakfast (one pastry - croissant, sfogliattera, etc, and one coffee/cappuccino). The accommodation has shops and markets very close, but you also have all you need at the accommodation (before entering the rooms/bedrooms they have an area with microwave, coffee machine, pastry).

• Pavlos (6/5): Not for me - Nice decoration and perfumed place Staff don’t speak English. For heating is used air conditioning which isn’t enough and bathroom was super cold. Neighborhood didn’t feel safe and was not convenient. Too expensive for what it is. Not comfortable mattress.
• Janet (9/5): Convenient for airport - The place was very clean and bright. Great amenities which included coffee tea snacks. Loved the entrance garden and safety. We were needing a pickup at 3:30 in the morning for very early flight and when we walked out the gate it was very well lit and felt very safe. Our taxi was right there when we needed him. It was a great place to stay. Emanuele was excellent host!! Great directions and suggestions. Thank you Emanuele! The location was good and within walking distance to food and shopping but the streets in Naples need much help to clean up the garbage.

Looked cute and was comfortable. The bathroom was a cool addition. Breakfast with croissants and cappuccino at a cafe nearby was really pleasant as well It wasn’t possible to completely close the shower door when using it, so the bathroom got wet, but it was just a minor inconvenience
• Van (9/5): Superb - Very friendly staff. All new facility very well set out and presented. Lots of snacks to get you into the Italian mood. Definitely not what you would expect from the outside. Great place!

• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Located right in the middle between the airport and the city centre, with walking distance to both. The apartment was in contrast to the city. A very clean and cosy apartment. And very friendly hosts. One minute to the first supermarket, you could find anything in the area. It was the perfect choice for our trip.
• Nancy (9/5): Great overnight stay close to Naples airport in a safe location. - The room was great, very new and clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The area felt safe. Emanuele, the host, was exceptional. He met us outside to help with parking and helped with directions to the train, etc. The area is very busy but the unit is pretty soundproof which was great. We added breakfast to our booking which turned out to be a coupon for 2 coffees and croissants - it was really good but we had to walk a few blocks in the rain during morning rush hour to get it (not a big deal but we were tight for time). It would have been nice to know at time of booking as there are other coffee shops very close.
• Mariya (10/5): Exceptional - The room offered by Emmanuel and his wife is very modern, clean, new, and fresh, with a comfortable bed and good pillows, and excellent double glazing because the building is located on a busy street, but you can’t hear the noise inside. Emmanuel and his wife helped us with all our questions, were fine with an early check-in, and allowed us to leave our luggage while the room was being cleaned, as well as a late check-out. The accommodation also included breakfast at a very tasty café with incredible brioches and coffee.
• Davies (10/5): solo travelers dream ✨️ safe, clean, gorgeous and pampering - where do I start?? this place is impossibly perfect 🥰 gorgeous room, super modern bathroom and power shower 🚿 🙌 the bath in the room was to die for! complete luxury and lots of thoughtful touches. emmanual is super nice and helpful. Great breakfast, great shower accessories and wow what a comfy bed 🛌 😴 👌 😊 absolutely nothing to complain about here
