It was huge, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to fully relax during our vacation. The management team was fantastic – communication was always quick and easy via WhatsApp. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Any additional requests we had were handled promptly, which really showed their excellent service. We liked everything but some improvements are recommended: - Upon arrival, the pool wasn’t clean, and the kitchen stove glass was broken – it would be good to double-check cleaning and maintenance before guests arrive. - The bathrooms don’t have shelves or holders for toiletries, which made it a bit inconvenient. - There was no vacuum cleaner provided. Since there’s no cleaning service during the stay, it would be helpful if guests had access to all necessary cleaning tools for self-maintenance.
