• Chiharu (2/5): 最低 - 駅に近い まず、電話でオーナーを呼び出さなければ建物に入れない。 携帯電話が使えない人は宿泊しない方がよい。 WiFiが故障中との理由で利用できなかった。修理する気もないらしい。

• Santo (8/5): Posizione ottima per un pernottamento. - La struttura era molto vicina alla stazione Centrale di Napoli, pertanto molto comoda come posizione. Il vantaggio di essere vicina alla stazione ferroviaria implica vantaggi ma anche svantaggi, fra cui un pò di degrado e traffico sostenuto sulle strade limitrofe. Ma direi che il soggiorno ha avuto più pro che contro.

• Yasmin (3/5): Ruim - a cama até q era confortável péssima localização/informação, não existe funcionário, não respondem mensagens, se não fosse a sorte de encontrar outros hospedes saindo não teríamos conseguido nem entrar na instalação, não recomendo, com certeza vale muito mais a pena gastar um pouco a mais principalmente se for ficar por mais de uma noite

Ir pieejama duša, izlietne, bidē un kozetpods, atševišķā koplietošanas telpā, koridora galā. Tā ir viena telpa uz 3 numuriņiem šajā naktsmītnē. Katrs numuriņš ir aizslēdzams. Numuriņā ir jaudīgs ventilators, kurš var būt labāks dzesētājs par kondicionieri ( kas, nemanāmi var izraisīt medicīniskas problēmas klientiem). Bet var gadīties tā ka numuriņā darbojas tikai viena kontaktligzda. Un tad ir jāizvēlas: uzlādēt telefonu, vai darbināt ventilatoru! P.S. katram viesim pašam ir jāparūpējas par interneta pieslēgumu savā telefonā, jo Šajā viesnīcā internets nav pieejams. Ir WIFi, un tam var pieslēgties, taču tas nav savienotas ar internetu! Kādā no istabiņām iespējams ir arī LCD TV, bet ne visās.

• Alessio (9/5): Ospitalità e accoglienza - Camera piccola ma accogliente basic. Posizione vicina alla stazione tutti i mezzi di trasporto sono lì in piazza Garibaldi. Il proprietario molto disponibile e questo è un vantaggio con un prezzo davvero basso. Condominio 2 piano senza ascensore

• viola (1/5): Malo - Hacía mucho calor, tenía mucha humedad ; lo cual hacía que dormir plácidamente fuera difícil. El cuarto tenía material de construcción lo cual hacía parecer que no estuviera completamente terminado. El baño era grande pero se ensuciaba muy fácilmente. No había wifi y en el aviso lo decía, viendo los comentarios me doy cuenta de que es un problema común, junto con la mala señal de teléfono, hacía que uno estuviera desconectado. El ambiente era muy ruidoso y mal aislado. Vale la pena pagar un poco más para un lugar mejor.
• Reyes (6/5): Caldo - Posso capire che la camera sia economica ma, in estate fa caldissimo, al meno avere un ventilatore non sarebbe male. La camera e troppo calda, ed anche lo specchio non era fisso al muro. Qualcuno potrebbe riuscire a avere un incidente e rompere questo. Non bisogna di un grande investimento, solo appendere lo specchio al muro.

• Natalia (1/5): Bad - the cleaning lady was nice The shower didnt have the showerhead so washing felt like a shower before going to a drug addict facility, there was supposed to be wi-fi, surprise surprise- it didn’t work. The outlets were hella unsafe- at first the electricity didn’t work, then it started working, but it burned my powerbank. So we ended up traveling with almost 0 battery. After continuous texting with the owner and bustling them with phone calls we’ve gotten a refund for buying extra internet and broken powerbank but still paying for this stay felt like a daylight robbery.

• Victoria (1/5): Fraudulent, scam listing with an aggressive owner. - Nothing, this listing is fraudulent. There was no one even working at this "hotel". No one ever showed up to let me check in. I am not even convinced that this is even somewhere safe for ANYONE to sleep. I called the owner multiple times (before and after the check in time) and he was very aggressive on the phone. At 11:45, the first time I called, I asked if I could please just come in to drop off my bags inside. He said no. Then I called back, after standing outside in 30° weather with all of my bags, to try and check in. He kept repeating that check in was at 12. It was 12:15 when I called. The door was locked and remained that way. No one ever showed up to even attempt for me to check in. I did not even end up staying at this hotel because I did not feel safe. (And because there were no employees) Absolutely do not stay here. You are better off sleeping at the train station. Everything.

• Ersan (1/5): So bad , I hated it - The only good thing was that the hostel located 5min walk to the Train station , other than that nothing is good , don’t spend money for this property There was no Hair dryer , no WiFi , no toilet paper no soap. Besides everything was so dirty , the bed sheets not clean at all , the bed was not even comfortable , we struggled a lot at that property , I don’t recommend at all , don’t spend your money 👍
• Giuliano (1/5): Horrible. - Nothing, perhaps the location There is no WiFi, contrary to what they say. The room was dirty, linen unwashed. Also, scorching hot in there, not even an electric fan inside.

• Daniela (3/5): Poor - The matress was pretty confortable. It was close to Stazione Centrale. And i was tired and slept well, after I closed the door from the balcony and locked the door from my room. Thank God it was only one night, from 22.30 to 7! It was dirty, I found hair on the bed, the sheets i don t think they were changed for a while, dirty towels, dirty walls, lamps without bulbs, I was disgusted by the filthy aspect. The man from the phone that probably is owning the place was available at the beginning, then if you started to say smth that you don t like, didn t answer any more. Very very unprofessional.
• Dóra (2/5): For 1 night it is good if you would like to save money and can tolerate the heat and sharing a bathroom. - The location is good because it is near to the train station but the neighbourhood isn’t the best. We knew there won’t be AC but at least a fan would be good because it was burning hot in the room. The bathroom is outside and all the 3-4 room is using it so you have to wait for the others. The room is really small, there is no shelf to put your belongings but for 1 night it wasn’t a huge problem for us.
• Daniel (1/5): Not recommended - We didn’t like anything The place was dirty, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was a dental plate in the bedside table. The bathroom was flooded with water and the lights didn’t work properly. They don’t even have a fan and the place smells like cigarettes. Streets around this place are plagued of homeless people. We had to book another place because it is impossible to stay there
• Csenge (1/5): I dont recommend this place. - - In the bathroom the toilet had no seat, there was no toilet paper either, everything was dirty. In our room the towels seemed dirty we didnt use them also the sheets were questionable. They asked us about our arrival however we had to wait outside the apartman half an hour..
• Joshua (1/5): Absolutely terrible - Nothing it’s a scam they have scammed me out of £100 Everything IT IS A SCAM doors don’t lock really unsafe area balcony door connects to another room that’s unlocked and balcony door don’t close toilet doesn’t have a toilet seat rooms were filthy and a rat walked through the open balcony door couldn’t stay the night as I felt so unsafe and disgusted so had to find another place to stay there were open broken electrical sockets and no plug sockets in the rooms worst experience I’ve ever had they show pictures of a really nice room but then stick you in something worse than a third world country

Or not - Nothing Let's see, honestly I was not in this apartment because they were supposedly painting it (when I reserved the room a month in advance) and when I arrived they put me in a worse and cheaper place with the area looking much worse. My 5 days in the end were in the other hostel and I claimed compensation for changing the apartment to a worse and cheaper place and for now nothing.Supposedly it was being managed but just today I finished my stay and he stopped responding to me. I am an Erasmus person and I know people from Naples whose friends have rented rooms from this same person and more or less the same thing has happened to them as me. For now I would think about it, at least until I receive a response regarding my compensation for the change without warning and to a much worse area.And honestly I can't say anything about the Caraty B&B apartment because I literally haven't even set foot on it, it was 5 days in Naples and from minute one to the last it was on the wrong floor.I hope it helps you.
