• Hichem (1/5): Stay away from this place! - When we arrived the room was not clean at all. We arrived 30th of December in the evening and we were totally shocked and heartbroken. I took some pics and sent to owner. He responded that his cleaner confirmed him that cleaned was done. After he came out some very blurry , suspicious story that someone opened the door while nobody was there. So I told him we want to move or send a cleaner. He said he doesn’t bother with cleaning instead of of he will refund of money. We contacted booking.com because we were there without shelter end of the year. It was a very sad situation and I hope this person will take an accountability in the future his actions. He should not be on booking.com at all. I didn’t like anything.
• Jan (7/5): - The kitchen was well equiped. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The bed was quite small for two people and there was only one regular blanket. The shower was a bit clogged. Wifi did not work.

• Christine (5/5): - Kein funktionierender Internet Zugang und keine Antwort auf meine Anfrage um diesbezügliche Hilfe! Wenn man beruflich auf eine WLAN Verbindung angewiesen ist und stundenlang auf mobile Daten zurückgreifen muss ist das extrem ärgerlich! Winzige Handtücher , dünne Decke, keine zusätzliche vorhanden, Duschabfluss mangelhaft- innerhalb weniger Minuten steht das Bad unter Wasser-, kein Badezimmer Teppich, Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet- keine Dose/Flaschenöffner, schmutzige Gläser....

• Sonja (4/5): - Die Wohnung ist an sich sehr schön, tolle Küche, Badezimmer inkl. Waschmaschine, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Gleich bei meiner Ankunft habe ich bemerkt, dass weder mei Handy, noch mein Laptop, auch nicht das Ipad eine Verbindung zum Wlan herstellen konnten, da das Netzwerk nicht gefunden wurde. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurde mir eine Foto mit den Zugangsdaten geschickt. Es hat aber nach vielen Versuchen nie funktioniert, angeblich wurde ein Techniker geschickt, der keinen Fehler gefunden hat. Auf meine erneute Kontaktaufnahme wurde nie geantwortet. Auch den Fernseher habe ich fotografiert, der ebenso ein Wlan gebraucht hätte um zu funktionieren. Keine Reaktion. Musste täglich ins Kaffeehaus gehen um arbeiten zu können. Sehr enttäuschend.

• Arshad (1/5): Very unfriendly and uncomfortable place in summer - Comfortable bed mattress The website mentioned A/C. There was none! The nights were very hot and uncomfortable....as it's a ground floor flat we could not leave windows open. I requested a fan...it was promised but never turned up. There were no towels provided, nor spare sheets for our 11 days stay. In fact one pillow had no sheet at all. There were no basics provided in the kitchen, such as salt, pepper, oil, etc, which most of our previous hosts provided. There was no iron or ironing board. I asked for contact of the host and was not provided ( was it Dino?). The person who was in contact over WhatsApp was very unhelpful and even rude.... told me off for asking questions out of office hours!! He/she basically told me that he's only responsible for check in and check out and for nothing else! I complained about restless sleep due to the heat and wanted to check out early and seek a refund....he/she just ignored me. This has been the worst nightmare of a stay!!! I am going to follow up my complaints with Booking.Com
