• Juan Carlos (8/5): Spacious apartment. Limited hanging space - The apartment was very spacious, with enough bedding space for 5 people (two double beds and a single bed), with fridge, freezer, some cooking space, shower, toilet and washing machine with dryer function. There was limited amount of hanging space (one small hanging rack) but no hangers for the wet towels which is a main limitation. As mentioned in the description there are some few steps (half a floor) from the entrance until the elevator is reached. The outside of the building looks a bit worn, but the inside of the house is kept up to date. There was a lot of description about how to separate the rubbish but no guidance about where to dispose it. While it is in a very handy neighborhood for travel inside and outside of Tokyo, be aware the two subway stations are about 7-12 minutes walking which can be a limitation for people with reduced mobility in addition to the few stairs before the elevator.

• Pablo (9/5): Superb - About 15 min walk from two metro stops, grocery stores, and small restaurants.
• Muhsin (10/5): 4F JUN Shinjuku honest rating - The location was really good in my opinion. The house owner spoke English and checking-in and checking-out was straightforward. My favourite was the dimming lights feature which gave an extra cozy vibe. The bed wasn't fully cleaned properly, there were small fabric bits and human hair on it before we even slept on it.
• Helene (7/5): The apartment was clean but cramped, and the building was outdated, poorly maintained, and inconvenient to navigate. - The apartment itself was clean and met basic needs and was in a decent location within walking distance to a station and bus. We ended up using taxi mostly. The building itself was dirty, unkept, and old. We did not like having to walk up and down stairs with all our luggage just to get to the elevators. The apartment was cramped for a family of 5 and our luggage.
• Anastasia (8/5): Overall great stay and very recommendable place! - The location was excellent for our purposes and the kitchen and washing machine very convenient. The hosts were very responsive and even let us check in earlier than the defined time! We were 3 people with 4 suitcases and we had no space to put them and very little space to move around. Maybe one of the 2 double beds can be substituted by a sofa so that there is more space?
