• VANESSA (7/5): En pleno centro de Bruselas - La ubicación; está en pleno centro de Bruselas y muy cerca de la estación de tren. Aunque había productos de limpieza e higiene personal, hubiéramos agradecido que hubiera sal, azúcar y algo de aceite. Además de tostadora o microondas. Pero en general, la estancia ha sido cómoda y satisfactoria.

• Bea (5/5): Bien - Estaba limpio. Se dio feedback al propietario y fue receptivo. Había calefacción. Está a unos 15min del metro. Fue muy complicado sacar la llave del buzón. El sofá cama no estaba armado y fue súper incómodo, llegamos a media noche a ver cómo resolvíamos. No había jabón para lavar los platos. Era muy pequeño y costaba movilizarse. No había donde colocar la maleta. Cocina pequeña con pocos utensilios.

• Christine (7/5): Prime location so close to everything including the main station making it very easy to get around but the noise is 24&# - Location was perfect. So close to all of the centre & main train station making it a brilliant place location wise to stay. The noise! My gosh it really is noisy which is probably reflected in the price as the apartment is prime location but by far the cheapest property. When I say noise; you can hear every footstep above, every voice below, there are street cleaners and bins getting emptied from say 4am, general cars and people.

• Karol (8/5): Ottima posizione ma può migliorare il servizio offerto - Posizione ottima, vicinissimo a tutto, struttura pulita, letto e cuscini confortevoli, acqua calda a volontà Scarsa comunicazione da parte del proprietario, ho inviato un messaggio martedì, insistendo tutti i giorni fini alla mia partenza verso la struttura(domenica) chiedendo delucidazioni su un paio di cose, mi hanno risposto domenica dopo che ormai la risposta era inutile, stessa cosa successa una volta la, scritto lunedì, siamo a martedì e sono ormai partita e non mi hanno ancora risposto.. come scritto su altre recensioni, molto bizzarro entrare in appartamento e trovare 2 lavatrici/asciugatrici in funzione.. poca attrezzatura per fare i pasti in casa ma a noi non serviva fortunatamente

• JACQUES BO. (8/5): Séjour agréable malgré quelques inconvénients - Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Appartement vaste, agréable et extrêmement bien situé. Malgré des lacunes d'équipement et l'inconvénient du bruit, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Equipement insuffisant : il a fallu demander une cafetière (qu'on nous a gentiment apportée), éclairage inadapté (plafonniers faiblards, absence de lampes de chevet), aucune chaise hormis les tabourets autour de l'îlot central de la cuisine. Appartement bruyant (bouchons d'oreilles plus qu'utiles !)

• Marco (8/5): - Bel appartamento, grande e spazioso. Ma soprattutto centralissimo e ben posizionato Non ben isolato acusticamente, quindi abbastanza rumoroso durante la notte.
• Thomas (7/5): - Le plus l'emplacement Parfaitement situé pour visiter Bruxelles et a deux pas de tous les monuments. Les échanges rapides et les services efficaceslors du seul problème que nous avons sur notre court séjour Le manque de matériel de cuisine. 1 seul bol pour les enfants, pas simple pour les céréales Deux fours micro-ondes, un ne marchant pas et l'autre n'étant pas branché. Trois machines à laver avec du linge dedans. Pas de machine a café alors qu'un carton de machine est au dessus de l'étagère. Bref idéal pour visiter, pas pour y séjourner la journée.

• CATHERINE (7/5): Quelques imperfections donc qualité prix.... trop élevé - Très bon emplacement Le frigo n était pas nettoyé il restait à manger dedans Les 2 sèches linges tournaient encore Le gros bémol.... est le fait de n avoir que 3 chaises alors que nous étions 4 et que nous n avons donc pas pu se mettre tous à table !
• Irène (7/5): - La location est en plein centre-ville. L’adresse de l’appartement n’est pas celle sur le booking. J’ai du appelé la propriétaire pour avoir l’adresse exacte et heureusement que mon forfait téléphonique m’a permis d’appeler un numéro international. Il y a beaucoup de bruits de l’étage au dessus et le bar à côté.
• MichelaAndre (10/5): Appartamento stupendo - Appartamento storico a 2 minuti a piedi dalla piazza più bella che abbiamo mai visto. L'appartamento è pulito,bellissimo e comodo. Il prezzo per 4 persone era anche conveniente considerando la zona . Nulla. Tutto bene

• Fabrizio (6/5): Pleasant - Location in city center. Large shower Sofà-bed was extremely unconfortable. Lot of dust in the corners and under sofa. Kitchen had no equipment to make coffee. There were 2 steam-ovens which were very difficult to use: a normal oven or a microwave would have been much more useful

• Simona (1/5): Bad - This was an absolute nightmare. I booked this place expecting a normal check-in process, but instead, I received NO instructions until I had to ask for them myself. When I finally got a so-called "code," there was NO CLEAR ENTRANCE to the property. Just a useless diagram under a window that led absolutely nowhere. I tried messaging the owner – NO RESPONSE. I called – NO HELP. I was literally stranded with nowhere to stay, and after the call, all I got was a dismissive response saying I had "all the information." No, I did not! The owner made ZERO effort to assist me. This is beyond unacceptable. I was forced to book another accommodation at my own expense because I was left with NO CHOICE. The complete lack of professionalism, care, and responsibility from this host is shocking. This was basically a SCAM – they took my money and provided NOTHING in return. Stay far away from this place unless you enjoy throwing your money away and being left in the street with no help!

• Karina (3/5): Poor - Location, you go walking everywhere and the apartment was clean and big, very comfortable and they gave us towels. They kept our bags until we could do the check in. The electric hob didn't work, same as the oven, I contacted them but there wasn't any solution. We rented this apartment specially because we wanted to cook and it was impossible, they didn't care if something didn't work properly. They said they would send someone next morning to try to fix it, I never got a call/message about this...

On the other hand there is too much noise, it is very cold and the ow - It's a place where there's too much noise outside, and the neighbors too. too much noise coming from outside we can even wait for people when you talk outside the cars and the neighbors who are up there
