• Samaras (10/5): Μια απόδραση στην πιο όμορφη περιοχή της Αθήνας - Το διαμέρισμα αυτό είναι μια άριστη επιλογή για όποιον θέλει να περάσει κάποιες μέρες στη Βουλιαγμένη. Συνδυάζει άριστη ποιότητα και τοποθεσία (το λεωφορείο σταματάει ακριβώς απέναντι). Επίσης είναι πανέμορφο και ο οικοδεσπότης εξυπηρετικότατος και πολύ ευγενικός. Εμείς πήγαμε για έναν γάμο αλλά δεν το χορτάσαμε και θα θέλαμε να ξαναμείνουμε εκεί. Όλα ήταν τέλεια!

• sergio (10/5): It’s a very Nice option if you dont care too much about design. The pictures are fair enough. The building is a peaceful - Gregory the owner is very kind and helpful. He Made my stay. Location very convenient to my needs. Forniture is a bit old. I would suggest a renovation.

• Anais (9/5): Gregory was incredibly hospitable and made sure we were comfortable at his place. - The primary draw of this apartment is its good location close to the beach if swimming. Little bit of a walk to other attractions (eg the lake itself, restaurants), which is less of a problem if the weather is pleasant / driving.
• Celia (10/5): The best place to stay! - Everything was perfect!! The location is great, everything is within a 5 minute walk. We stayed here for 4 nights and left extremely satisfied. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the building is a bit old but fully renovated inside out. The host was very polite and friendly and he informed us about all the nearby restaurants and places we could go. The building is extremely safe due to the good security system. Truly recommend this place!! Everything was great!

Non so good if you travel with a 3 years old child eho doesn't like to walk

• Paddy (9/5): Perfect spot for a beach getaway - Very cosy property, nice balcony to relax on and friendly cat come regularly. Comfortable bed and couch. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine. Host even left some refreshments and fruits in the fridge. Host also left disposable slippers which was a very nice gesture. Many beaches are within walking distance to the property with a grocery store nearby and the nice restaurant of Vouliagmeni. Note, there's no assigned parking. Parking is on street and can be a bit tricky to find a place.
