• Radostina (7/5): Great location, good beds, musty smell - Location is really the best! Very convenient to explore the city and 25 min walk to the main train station. Room allocation is really weird: it has 3 floors, main door enters the middle floor where is the kitchen and table; then the floor beneath has one big bed and the bathroom with jacuzzi and the sauna is there - bathroom has mold and on this floor there is strong musty smell. We slept there for 2 nights but more than that wouldn’t be ok! Otherwise it is very clean and ok. The other thing: the middle floor is glass and lying in the bed on the ground floor you can see everything up to the third floor - that was really funny; 3rd floor is just a bed, a big sofa, small table and a TV. There is strong musty smell coming from the bathroom on the basement floor.
• Анна (8/5): It was great flat, but with few exceptions - I really liked the property in general, mostly the location. It was so big, like 3 floors, are you crazy 🤪 and also I was glad sauna and jakuzzi were working 😝 It is definitely the most interesting flat I have ever rent🤭 But there were a few disadvantages, for instance ants ☹️ and wifi was so bad. And if you are planning to travel in a big company 5+ people - it won’t be that comfortable, because bathroom is on the -1 floor
• Yannis (4/5): Disappointing - • Perfect location, very central and well connected. • Comfortable beds. • The sauna is great and worked perfectly. • Unique atmosphere thanks to the glass floors – very special and different. • Safe area and secure building. • Overall decent basic equipment – suitable for a 2–3 day stay if expectations are realistic. • The floor was dirty – our socks turned black within minutes of walking around. • The jacuzzi was unusable. As soon as we turned on the jets, the water started to smell like sewage and turned slightly brown. • There was no functioning Wi-Fi, even though it was clearly stated on Booking.com that Wi-Fi would be available. • The host ignored all of our messages – we asked several times for more soap (as it ran out) and about the Wi-Fi, but received no reply. • Overall cleanliness was mediocre at best. • The top bed is too small for two people – the apartment should be listed for a maximum of 3 guests. • The highest window was always open, with no way to close it. • Generally, the apartment feels more like a basement – something future guests should be aware of.

• Randall (4/5): Location was good but I would recommend staying here due to the cleanliness. The mold in the bathroom is not safe. - Good location It was not clean, bathroom had black mold everywhere. There were bugs on the ceiling in the bathroom, and it smelled like mildew.

• Gary (8/5): Great value for money in a good location. - The apartment was spotlessly clean. The apartment is a little difficult to make your way around it.It is an unusual layout.

• Zoe (6/5): It was a cool unique looking space which was spacious enough to be comfortable. However due to the things that were miss - The property had two different rooms in which people could sleep. It had an interesting layout with glass floors and glass winding steps. The beds were comfortable. There was a good amount of space. It felt secure with three locked doors before you could enter. There were only a couple small windows you could have slightly ajar. There was no ventilation and because of this there was mould all in the bathroom which you could smell from the main bedroom. There was nowhere to put your soap in the shower and the drain was clogged with hair meaning the shower did not drain until the plug was cleaned out. We could not find any kitchen over gloves so we didn’t burn ourselves and no kitchen tea towels so we had to use bathroom hand towels. There was no toaster available. The sponges in the kitchen were quite old and needed to be replaced.

• Anastasiia (4/5): Disappointing - good location and quick response from the owner In the bathroom, there is a lot of mold, the room in the basement on the lower floor is very humid, with a strong smell of mold. It is impossible to sleep at night because of this. The bathroom and toilet are only on the lower floor, which is very inconvenient to use at night. First, you need to pass through sleeping people, and secondly, from the third to the first floor, there is a steep glass staircase.
• Jamie (7/5): Fantastic location, easy walking distance to everything. Well equipped apartment. - Great location, well equipped apartment. Description needs updating a little. Property appears to be a converted garage, that’s set across 3 floors, in order to make the place feel big, glass floors and stairs have been used which was a no go for one of us. Bathroom is located in the basement through the bed room which is awkward when you need the toilet during the night and have to walk past people sleeping. Property is more for a couple or a couple with a child.
