Nicola (8/5): Lovely apartment but.no good value for money - Wonderful design and layout of property - very clean and comfortable Would have been nice to have had a small carton of milk on arrival - considering the cost paid for renting for 2 nights - building / drilling noise going on in the next apartment in the afternoon which wasn't very relaxing - and a little bit strict on the noise policy considering there were parties going on in the other apartments -

James (8/5): Very good. - The renovation and location of the property was excellent. We were very disappointed that there was no air conditioning outlets in the two bedrooms. There was only one in the lounge that did not filter through to the bedrooms. The owners can easily change this set up.
Ivanka (1/5): Bad - Location was great as it was close to everything. Apartment was clean, spacious and updated. I wish we were aware of the renovations taking place in the apartment below which was very noisy and unbearable so we had to move which was very inconvenient.

Sara (9/5): Beautiful and comfortable. Perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend away with family. - It was so comfortable, modern and clean. Great sized balcony and had absolutely everything we needed I. The kitchen. Plenty of towels and loo rolls….. haha! It’s the little things eh! The schoolies - in a unit in the same building very loud till late in the evening, but that was out of the control of our hosts booking
Eglinton (9/5): Luxury homes do a great job of making you feel welcome and managing the property. - Just as well the kind lady gave me a lift to the property after picking up the keys as it would have been too far with my luggage. The bags and Byron bay cookies were a real special touch. The folder with information about the location was brilliant. Definately needed umbrellas for use. Would have been great to have coffee pods for the awesome machine that was available.
