Guest Reviews
- Shahida (1/5): Unreliable and disorganised - Within 20 mins of arriving, staff said our flat was unavailable! So they mentioned they had organised a new place only for ONE night and that we would need to go back to the original flat after. They were not prepared to organise or pay for travel transfers between accommodations. The staff was so disorganised in the information they were giving us - they would give promises and then when we quoted them the next day, they said it was wrong. It absolutely ruined our short staycation with all the stress and drama and the staff were so unhelpful and rude.
- Drak (1/5): Bad, absolutely horrible - Nothing. Maybe the location only. But it was very hard to get to with luggage as there is cobblestone and an incline, and no cars allowed to go up there It looked run down, not like the pictures, weird electrical situation, falling apart, mold, cracking walls, and dirty. For the price you are paying, you would expect much muchhhh more. The absolute worst part, was the AC wasnt working, the inside of the apartment was steaming!! Worse than the temperature outside.
- Petrosian (9/5): Superb -
- Andreea (7/5): Good - The location was perfect, right in the center, 2 mins walking distance from shops, restaurants, Fontana di Trevi. The heat was only working in the evening/morning and the since the windows were old and just one layer it was kind of cold and noisy. The furniture was also old. The property does look better in the pictures than in reality, but I guess its a fair price considering the location.
