Beautiful view of the lake No free parking nearby which makes you walk several blocks to park on free area or pay the equivalent to almost 50% of property value for paid parking. Drainage of shower was slow

• Sebastián (10/5): Marisa nos atendió de maravilla, el lugar está súper bien ubicado, con una vista increíble, y sin du - La atención de Marisa fue espectacular, muy servicial y siempre a disposición. Nos recibió con unas cositas dulces y saladas sabiendo que llegábamos al medio dia. También nos dio una guia em PDF com 15 páginas con muchas alternativas de paseos y sugerencias de lugares para comer por tipo de cocina. La localización es espectacular al lado del Centro Cívico, de la calle Mitre donde están las chocolaterias, y de la Calle San Martín donde hay una muy variada oferta de lugares en donde comer. La vista desde el depto espectacular, recomendamos, y si tenemos la oportunidad volveremos a hospedarnos allí. Lo único, que comentamos con Marisa, es la posibilidad de pagar con tarjeta de crédito (ella ya lo está viendo). Para los que no vivemos en Argentina, teniendo la posibilidad de pagar con tarjeta extranjera, nos podemos ahorrar el IVA.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro, todo accesible (gastronomía, transporte publico, supermercado, etc.) y la calidez de Marisa fue excelente, super atenta en todo, hasta en los detalles!

Among the accommodations I spent in 7 regions, I was the happiest in Bariloche. Cleanliness, comfort, coziness, and Even the cake and wine you prepared.. I was moved by the delicacy. It was really the best If I come to Argentina again, I will definitely stay again. It‘s not empty words There is none at all. very perfect!
• Silvia (9/5): The apartment is in a good central location from which to explore the town and surrounding areas. - The owner showed great hospitality. She was kind, polite, helpful and professional. Upon arrival, I was irritated at something that Bookings had not explained well, but she calmly worked with us to resolve the problem. We could not control the temperature in the apartment individually because the building has central heating. It was a bit too warm, and we had to sleep with the windows opened. That would have been alright, except that the bars nearby were noisy well into the night.
