Margaret (4/5): Stressful start, scary area, comfortable bed, clean flat - Bed is comfortable and good quality bed sheets, the place was very clean. The cleaning staff definitely do a very good job. Getting into the flat was a disgrace. The instructions to find the key are not clear, the owner was uncontactable when it was impossible to find the key to the flat, booking com only offers AI which is useless. There was no soap to wash hands, no shower gel, no water to drink, no tower rail to dry the towels. Surprisingly well stocked petrol station opposite the building.
